Per the sales rep or manager..the price on the car was increased before making visits to let people know it was sold. They contacted me a few times to confirm the appointment but no one contacted me to tell me the vehicle was sold. I saw the price hikes and that's why I called them to be informed that the vehicle was allegedly sold. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Thanks

Great service and a great experience. Did not purchase as it was not the vehicle I was looking at but the dealership and sales department were very good. Would recommend.

Wendy was nice to speak with and they seem willing to work on the price. So, we'll see how everything plays out when I take a look at the vehicle this weekend.

Do not trust this dealer’s advertised prices or sales tactics. I drove 2 hours to reach this dealership. After signing the sales paperwork for my car and driving it they told me that they sold the car to someone else! Then they told me that they could only offer the same jeep for an additional $2,400. Their advertised price does not include the additional $1,700 dealership accessories (which I believe is a spray they place on the seats in the vehicle). Based on my personal experience I must say that I do not trust this dealership and do not recommend them to anyone.

They sold the car I was comung up to buy but its ok I found another dealer with a nicer car who actually put a sold tag on it so I could drive 3 hours to purchase it. They did at least call and tell me they sold it and I could have put a deposit after not yelling me this durung the initial call

If I could give it a half or no star I would. Like the other reviews, we had a lot of the same issues. Went to look at a specific jeep, lady called an hour before we went to look and said vehicle was still there. When we got there, they tried to put me in a new car and 17 other different cars. When I said no thank you, I wanted to see the car I came in for it was all the sudden gone and sold. They knew my price range, and yet continued to waste my time putting me in cars that were almost 100.00 over what I wanted to spend. Make sure you check the cars over, because a lot of them are damaged. Another thing is, they play games with you by not giving you the price of the cars. I have been to a good amount of dealerships, and this by far was the worst one yet. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Drive 2 hours and salesman had taken car home. Had to wait for him to bring it back. Windshield cracked. They would not deal at all. Terrible experience. Would not waste my time dealing with them again.

As with many other reviews, the dealership looks to be putting low prices cars online in order to get people in the door. I had a scheduled appointment to see a car and was worried about the reviews stating people drove more than an hour to find out the car was "sold". I contacted the dealership the night before they closed to make sure the car was still on the lot, and again the morning of before I left to see it. The car was still on the lot, however the car was "sold" 10 minutes after talking to them on the phone and leaving. To the dealerships credit they sent an email to me stating it was sold. However, I'm not sure the car was ever really available, considering it is still being listed on their website as available and the many reviews stating this happened to them. I would warn anyone to keep this in mind when dealing with them. They are responsive, and friendly on the phone. The car you may be interested in because it is a really good deal, may just be a ruse to get you to see other cars they have.

Progressive Did An Awesome Job. My Family Went Up There From Cleveland For The 2017 Grand Caravan Gt But We Drove Away In A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus Because Of The Awesome Deal They Gave Us. It's Full Of Awesome Friendly People.

Responded, but salesman was not honest about the body damage to vehicle. I drove an hour to see it and the bodywork was not as he described. Very dissapointted.

It was sketchy from the start.. Woman named Kelly called me back. Told her I was concerned about all the negative reviews.. Stories about people coming to view vehicles only to have them gone..I am 4 hours away in a different state.. She said I could reserve a car for 24 hours for $500.. Made plans for Monday.. This was Fri.. Hung up..20 mins later wife noticed Veh said sold.. Called Kelly back at her private number she gave me.. Couldn't get her to phone, another woman said Veh was sold.. This is after Kelly verified it was there and nothing was in play.. Woman said well we sell 20-30 vehs a day. I haven't seen the dealership but this seems unlikely.. In the end glad I went somewhere else.. Whole transaction seemed sketchy.. I've bought a lot of vehs and 2 site unseen from dealers.. Bought 3 vehs in past year and never had an experience like this

I drove over an hour to test drive a used car, I made sure that it was still in stock before I drove there. When I got there it was gone. Could be coincidence but a lot of other people seem to have the same experience.

Lots of rebates and then a extremely low ball offer for trade in, just trying to bring people onto the lot !! 4 hour drive one way for NOTHING !!! What a waist of time !!

After contacting dealer and attempting to set up time to come look at vehicle, the dealer raised the price of the vehicle by $2300. The dealer did not let me know the price changed for the higher. I pay attention and do my research which is how I knew the price changed directly after I inquired about the vehicle and was making arrangements to drive 2 hours to see it. I have had unpleasant experiences with several dealers based on me being female with the false assumption I am gullible. I am very disappointed there are people who believe doing shady business like that is the way to go. Sadly for them, if dealer would have told me the price was raised, I would have given them a chance for being honest and this review would have been much different.

Sales staff was ok. Not too overbearing. Sales manager was very accommodating when it came to finding a better rate for a car loan.

This dealer never replied to my request for information, but I did contact them directly about this car. Initially, the experience was fine with the test drive. Then the high pressure sales kicked in. If I didn't believe it was a decent deal, I would have walked out. They wouldn't tell me what the interest rate would be until time of signing and the salesman practically yelled at me because I wanted to think about it. I ended up buying it anyway just because I wanted it. Also, they were too busy that day to finalize the sale, so I made an appointment the following day for the paper signing. I still ended up going there the next day and had to wait over an hour to get in to talk to him. So, in other words, decent price on the vehicle I wanted, but the service was lacking severely.

We called the dealer to make sure the car is there. They told us yes. We drove one hour to this dealer and They told us the car is sold! The car is still posted on the website. Not sure if this is a scam...!

not to good at all miles on vehicle jumped up and price did to was unwilling to work a deal out so looked else where. Sales person was nice but I didn't like idea of the vehicle being driven daily when they where trying to sale it wasn't paying for a car that they are using as a commuter.

I love my new car and the people I worked with. They were well organized and made sure all my questions were answered. The price on CarGurus was different then the price they had on their website, but they sold me the car for the lower price without question.

The people at Progressive CJRD are very nice, but when I asked for pictures and a price of the vehicle they didn't have any answers. The dealership is not close to my house, but I would have gone to look at a truck in my price range.

Had very bad experience at this location. Had an appointment time set up, I got there as soon as they opened and nobody was around. I had to search for an employee, once I found one he had no clue I was coming. Treated me very poorly, after I told him what car I was looking at he pulled it up, car was a mess, leaves all over it, and come there to find out the car had a recall and was waiting on a part. Not a very happy customer especially after driving 1 hour to look at a car and to get treated the way I did, not to mention the employee was yelling at me telling me I was ruining his day!!

We took a test drive. I loved the van, it was exactly the van I want. i would have liked 10K fewer miles and the price was over18K when costs were added. It was over my budget. The sales rep is watching for a better deal if one comes along. It appears to be a well run dealership. The KBB suggested the price was a good one.

Great selection of vehicles but terrible service. I told the sales team what I was looking for and test drove three vehicles that weren't what I wanted. Finally after researching more on their lot I found the exact vehicle I wanted and when I requested a test drive the sales person started complaining. Total of eight hours at the dealer. Oh and would not fill up your tank even though every vehicle was on E.

The sales process is misleading! I didn't appreciate driving over a hour to the dealership to not receive a approval for financing. What's the point of the pre-approval. I understand that nothing is guaranteed. I took the time to enter all of my information for the preapproval. I was *pre-approved* for up to $35000. The y were not able to secure financing on a $15000 car. Stop lying to your customers to get them in the door. They could save alot of time on their end and not waste the time of the customer. Typical auto sales. Places of this nature give auto sales a bad rep.
