Phillips Chrysler is one of the very best car agency I have ever dealt with . They were very honest and easy to deal with. I purchased the NISSAN Cube & they delivered the car to me. The car is beautiful & drives like a brand new car. Thank you Phillips & Lou.

Dealer was slow to respond. In my opinion didn't want to make a fair deal on a car that was in an accident. But you can't expect to much from a used car dealer during tax season.

I had a great experience with Phillips Chrysler. From the moment Joe responded to my request to the greeting of Chris when I arrived. The paperwork was all set and waiting, all I had to do was like the vehicle. It was as described and could not be happier. Thanks for making this experience enjoyable.

Horrible experience. We went to the dealership on a Tuesday. The listing oruce of the car was confirmed. My husband and I returned to the dealership Thursday and were told that all of their internet prices were incorrect. The current listing price was $2000 more than the car guru price. They made no attempt to honor the price or offer to work with us.

There are hidden fees. The advertised price is not the price the dealer charges. This dealer has hidden charges. Buyer be alert.and when I asked the used car sales mgmt. For the lowest price he would sale the auto for he would not give me a price he kept trying to get me to tell him the top price I would give him.

Had issues when I went to pick up the car (2 hours from where I live). It was a cash deal and I requested that everything be ready and quick so I could get in & out and back on the road for the 2 hr drive home. I arrived at the dealer at 4pm and didn't leave until after 7pm. Car had zero gas so wouldn't start when I went to test drive. Car had not been prepped at all. The whole experience at the dealer was very unorganized & inefficient. I have since contacted the dealership twice (once to salesman & once to manager) for a question about headrests and receive no response. My conclusion is that all is good until the sale is made and then things fall apart and you're on your own.

Asked for pictures of vehicle and 3 days later after several calls. I get a courtesy call to inform me vehicle sold. I would have drove the 2.5 hours the day i asked for the pictures and paid cash for the vehicle the day i asked for the pics.

paid $13,000 OTD for a "as is vehicle purported by the sales person to be a great driving vehicle and within 40 miles of the dealership (home and then to grocery store) the check engine light and the VSA light came on. After numerous calls and much discussion with the dealership they grudgingly agreed to look at the vehicle. when I arrived with the vehicle I was subjected to another round of "sorry but you bought an "as is vehicle" before a sales manager finally said "lets find out what's wrong and try to resolve it." problem was found to be that the engine was misfiring causing all the problems. Being very magnanimous, the dealership agreed to "split" the $470+ repair bill with me. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper and I probably won't buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to friends. We all understand the "as is" concept of car buying but we "expect" a certain of honesty, integrity and support when buying from what we assume is a reputable dealer. I truly expected more that the "oh well" attitude that I received from the dealership when this $13,000 failed on the day of purchase.

Internet coordinator, Joe, was great and contacted me immediately after my inquiry on Cargurus. He arranged a test drive with a salesman the same weekend. Well, the salesman did not get the message. My wife and I drove 45 miles to test drive a car and to get the value of our trade-in. After tracking down a salesperson, we test drove the car and we liked it very much. However, there was no one on site that could evaluate our trade-in. We were told that we would have to come back another day. After leaving the dealership we never heard from anyone again.

I'm only giving it 3 stars because we could not come to a price agreement on a vehicle due to the profit fluffing Dealer Fee of $500.00. Joe and Lou were good and did their jobs as well as could be expected in spite of having to fight for 500.00 additional store profit that they do not even get paid any commission for as well as a dealership that thinks the $500.00 added profit is a customers obligation to pay. A little arrogant if I may say, but what do I know, I was only in the business for 20+ years.

This dealer has tried many times to sell me a car and we have not been able to agree on price. Mark, Hefner, Internet sales has been especialy helpfull on several visits. the servvice has been top notch. Courteous, polite and finish job when promised. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Their add stated that the 2011 Genesis is a 3.8 Track, but it is not. Only notified them that their add has been incorrectly stated and should be changed.

I bought a 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder from them. Happened onto hem on the way to look at 2 other vehicles. Had a REALLY nice, helpful AND believably honorable salesperson (Ray). Was in and out in probably no more than an hour....financing and all. He even pulled a CarFax for us. Got us what the going $$$ value was from Kelly's (I think) Blue Book..in general...eveeryone I dealt with was stellar. They are on 441.....not 200...so I'd have missed them AND my gorgeous Eclipse were it not for a "turn of fate".
