This was an amazing car experience. I now know the difference between 'used car sales lots' and 'used cars, at new car sales lots'. New car salesmen make a large commission off of new car sales not their used car 'trade ins'. Their financial success does not depend on selling you a used car. Not only did I get a great deal, they gave me what I can only assume is the treatment you get from them when they sell you a new Mini Cooper. As a single mom all I can say is that the help they provided free of charge like delivery, registration, 48 hr buy back protection (so I could have my mechanic check it) gave me the peace of mind I needed in order to make the experience safe and hassle free. Plus they were very kind. Here is my story: After being yanked around by Craigslist car sellers, I bought a used car off the 'trade in' lot from the Bay Area's largest new Mini Cooper showroom (palace). They sell trade in autos off at good prices after inspecting & fixing. They have a free two month warranty. Also a purchase protection one that allows you to return the car in 48 hours for any reason. The car I bought was one of their own mechanics. I now regret how deeply suspicious I came off at the dealer, but hey...how was I to know they were serving it to me on a silver platter after all the horse sh#t on craigslist. I am still disoriented by the fact that they gave me bottled water and delivered the car to my door from an hour away. I am still incredulous and bewildered that this car buying experience is even possible. Like: have a car, 2000.00 under blue book, with nothing wrong with it, oh wait...let us throw in refreshments, a stereo, and bring it to your doorstep for free...if you don't like it, just bring it back for a full refund...DMV?...no worries we'll take care of all that...you'll get the slip in the mail, till then here's your temp. Bye now, nice doing business with you. ummmmmm.... scratching head in disbelief. The car passed my mechanics inspection with flying colors. He said it was a great car and I got a great deal. Who knew?

It was my daughter who purchased, I made first contact, I found her the car but I didnt appreciate them saying I was a character to my daughter not sure was good or bad? However she got car and she said they were good esped at keeping her payment where she wanted, but we think there's no spare. She will check with them when she goes back, I told her to physically have them show her tire not just say its there. Otherwise they were good. I used to sell cars. Car was beautiful!
