Called to inquire about a Jeep Wrangler with a price of 30,555 and was told that's just the base price and they have added wheels tires and other thing totaling 4000+ worth of add on. My problem with that is they have pics up with all that already on so ajust the price and not do the sell trick. Just put the price your asking on the jeep

Went and looked. They wanted my keys to evaluate my Jeep. They wouldn't bring my keys back to me for my car. Old trick that I hate. They were always bringing them back to me but wouldn't. This guy had my keys, no, that guy has my keys. All the while they kept hitting me to sign. Knew I wasn't buying from this crappy organization.

Very easy to work with, good price, not your usual hit them as hard as you can .High pressure dealership. They had me in and out of the dealership very quick with no drama. I appreciate that.

Made a 3 hour trip there only to be told it was sold the night before they said they sent me a message but when I checked it's time stamp was the same time I arrived. Will tell my friends in the area not to do business at this dealership.

Found the same vehicle on two dealer sites and on Car Gurus. Called this Lake Keowee location in Seneca to confirm the vehicle was on the lot. After confirming it was, the "sister dealership" in Spartanburg responded to my car guru request for info and stated it had sold. I called this location back and asked them to verify the vehicle in question was on the lot because the other store said it sold and I was driving a considerable distance to go there. The "sales manager" put me on a brief hold then guaranteed me the vehicle was there. They even claimed to measure the truck box to confirm its length for me. After a hours long drive they tell me the vehicle was sold Saturday. The salesman promises they will make it right. The "manager" is no where to be found. They then try to up sell me a brand new Dodge 3500 dually after I clearly explained my price point. They said they would make a great deal for me on it; I entertained the idea they would follow through . It took so long to get there after all. The "manager" then showed up after I asked where he was over and over again. I replayed the situation to him verbally. He gave me empty apologies over and over and short one word answers. He even admitted by accident that the vehicle was still in the system and he did not fix the erroneous vehicle stock entry even after I showed up and the issue was in full light. I told him that this issue could happen to someone else tomorrow and got no response. At the end of our talk, my conclusion (not stated) was that this mess happened because he is lazy and failed to do his due diligence after I raised several red flags with him on the phone. Had he cared about his customer, his business, his reputation, or his job, he would have been able to easily figure out the vehicle was indeed not there. All he had to do is physically walk his obese butt outside to lay eyes on the vehicle. Seems he is another one of those who only show up for the paycheck. That attitude would be fine if I were spending just $2.99 at McDonalds and not 10's of thousands of dollars on a diesel truck. After playing the "I will get your keys right back to you" game and the "offering me prices and payment plans way out of my stated budget" game, my wife and I decided it was time to pop smoke. I went into the office area and asked where my keys were multiple times and I did not get as much as an acknowledgement. I then raised my voice enough to ensure I was being heard. Then a cowardly looking slime ball had the nerve to yell at me from behind a barrier for yelling in the office. I scolded them like children and called them as much for the way they were acting then guy got defensive like a child (common theme) and told me I could leave. Magically my keys appeared instantly. As I walked out he muttered some disrespectful comments. He then continued to run his mouth as another employee slammed the office door shut. Two salesmen stood outside the door I don't know why maybe they were trying to be scary in case I wanted to go back for a fight. Who knows. (They were not scary FYI and I was indeed angry enough at that point to take it out back.) As I was getting ready to put my truck in gear, another "sales manager" (how many do they have?) came to my window and apologized. He asked me to wait and they were going to try and get within 20 dollars of my price point. The deal he stated he was working would have been worth investigating on any other day but wife and I were too disgusted to stay another minute. We left. I'm not going to buy a vehicle from a group of "men" who delivered nothing but lies and empty promises from the time they opened until 4pm; then finish up with big dose of blatant disrespect. I will not return to this store. I will probably not entertain the sister store unless/until I contact the owner himself. In all honesty, I'll probably just go elsewhere period. On a smaller note, the bathroom didn't even have any soap.

Experience was good until the deal was done. Once the deal was done they informed me there was no spare key. The dealer said they would not provide me with a spare key for the reasons listed below: Lake Keowee Dodge lost money on the deal and didn't want to loose more money on the deal. I paid $19900 which was the price they were asking for it. Then after explaining my frustration management, a so called manager named Mark yelled at me on the phone so I hung up the phone at "your not getting a key. Return the van if you want, have a nice day". Then the same manager called me right back and yelled over the phone to me, he said "when somebody tells you to have a nice day, you should say it back" then immediately hung up on me. That was my customer service experience after deal was over.

The rep did a good job in responding has kept me posted as to the progress. Because of the long in making repairs found and bought vehicle elsewhere. Sales rep that contacted me get a great job!

I love the truck I bought and how great they were about pricing and trade in's... However the salesman sold me my truck as a 6.2L when it was actually a 5L. That makes a bit of difference when it comes to towing options. That's my only 'negative experience'

It was good experience, I did get pushed through to the finance office for the paperwork before I was finished with negotiation, but it worked out OK, the gentleman there assisted me in getting payment I wanted. All in all it was a good experience. Made it a little more stressful because I was pushed for time when I arrived because of distance traveled. Great people great dealership. Love my new truck...

Bought my van here. Reggi the salesman was great. Hey, my grandson does not like strangers, especially men, but he loved Reggi. We all 3 did. He was the reason I bought my van there, though numbers are important he and Joe treated us right. But most of our time was with Reggi. My wife is a ER RN, she works 14 hour days. He drove all the way to Pickens for her to sign papers as she was exhausted. 1st rate service

Dealer basically told me after CONFIRMING a different deal over the phone and through various text messages that they could not sell the vehicle to me at the price they were advertising because of my credit and because of the defects I asked them to take a look at concerning the car. They we're basically trying to conn me for an extra thousand dollars claiming it was because the bank that I had already had an approval and monthly payment from, we're charging them that amount. Then, they were trying to have me sign off on the paperwork without notifying me of this matter before hand. Luckily, i was alert. Any advertising price of ANY car sold throughout America should be sold at the same price for EVERYONE regardless of credit. Credit should only affect rates, approvals, downpayments, and monthly payments. To me it was sterotypical behavior and I was not too pleased with their level of professionalism. My credit should only dictate how much I pay back in interest, alomg with my monthly payment, not paying so called fees for their dealership. Please be very alert when dealing with this dealership.

They were very nice. However if they listed prices in ads it would save a lot of time!! They don't have cars in the range of 2900. Even though the car I was looking at was listed at other places for that price. It would save so much time just to put price on ad.

Sale man---could have perform a better job, waited for 30 minutes or more to see this jeep. Wasn't/Isn't the best inside--seat covers are torn and not attached to frame. Too many area with paint chips. ( I would probably not purchase an auto here ----left with the feeling of having wasted my time.) However, the follow up person (a young lady) was more helpful than anyone encountered in person.

The showroom cars were dirty. The van I looked at had major work on the front suspension. I found a hole in floor board and ask to put it on rack, that's when I saw other problems. The sale person was a good man. The management wasn't up to par.
