There were extra prices immediately added to the advertised price. They wanted to "up sale' some special coverages. What got me upset was the $595 dealer fee. They immediately removed the up sale charges, but we had to negotiate the dealer fees.

I visited the dealer to check out the car I was interested in. I was ready to buy that day, but I didn't. The dealer was busy, but there was sales person available. I had to request one from the receptionist after not finding anyone on the floor or the lot. This was a real contrast to the Ford, Honda, Fiat and Nissan dealers I had previously visited and was at the point where I had selected the Make and Model of car I want and have been focused on the Volvo since then. But the salesman was luke warm to put it mildly. I had to ask for information about the car I test drove and he literally did not say a word during the test drive. I had to ask about the features, how to open the hood, etc. Even though the car I drove has been on the lot for over 40 days and has had a price drop, they dealership was apparently uninterested in offering any incentives to sell the car. They were so blah and totally uninterested in selling me a car that I lost interest as well. With Dyer and Dyer I am done and done.

Had great experience and agents were very helpful. They helped me in clearing everything in 2 hours and handed over the car though I didn't had my loan approved by tat time. I went at closing time, but they worked after hours until I get the car my hands.

Dealer did respond . Awaiting result. Have communicated with sales person. Sales person requested vin, pics and etc. which was provided. Awaiting return info. from dealership. The overall rating is and should be only 2 stars. The time for response should not be days, but hours.

Sales Rep was great during the test drive, but after that it turned into a pressure sale and I decided not to purchase from this dealership. I already had financing, but didn’t have the time to complete the purchase that night, and wanted to see the vehicle in the daylight. The Sales Rep left me a very disturbing voice message making my car purchase all about him without any concern about me. My son had just totaled his car and this is why I was on the market for a car. He only wanted the sale even though the car didn't have all of the features I wanted in my next car.

I found their practices to be off-putting if not shady. The person that responded to my inquiry & scheduled my same day 1:30 test drive was reported as not [working the floor]. They immediately tried to "interest me in something else", while immediately informing me that they thin the car was sold. Then confirmed the alleged "just" sold sale. I LEFT! As I that wasn't bad enough they sent me a follow up email about my recent purchase, addressing me by someone else's name! Of course I had not made a purchase. I'd call that a bait &switch attempt because 4 days later the vehicle was still listed!!!

The typical bait and switch - The car I asked for was NOT available and they knew it however they said it was because they had one in a color that I did not want - Not worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to get there - would not buy a car from them at this point - looking elsewhere.
