Substandard experience in all sales dynamics . Prompt initial response , however, it appears that the internet sales manager never read the content of my follow up e-mails. He answered ZERO of my questions and responded with a price that was 3 thousand dollars higher than their on-line price. One can only hope their service department is competent?

Terrible experience. Wasted my time left and right. Went through the process of setting up an appointment to look at a vehicle. Made we make it 2 weeks in advance. The hallways to the dealship they tell me the truck was sold weeks ago.

Do not trust this dealership! One of the sales managers is named Oscar. Oscar is fits the typical car sales person stereotype whom you can not trust. He does not keep his word nor does he have any integrity. Purchasing vehicles from this dealership only perpetuates the potential for exposure to horrific customer service and deception. Protect yourself. Find another dealership to purchase from!

I wish I could give this no stars. One of the sales guys was so rude and in my face just because I asked for a lower price on a used car. He gave me a 20 minute lecture about how he has "20 other people waiting for this car." I had never experienced anything like that. Would never go back.

I rate this dealer a 5 because they responded to my email. And even though the car that they were selling was not what I was looking for the dealer still sent me emails to see how they can help me find what I was looking for.

The worst. . Called ahead before visit to inquire about cars condition. Salesman said perfect condition. Drove for three hours and when I got there the car had been in an accident and had damage.

Made an appointment to see the car on Monday, drove from L.A. to Oxnard the next day to test drive and potentially buy the car, when we got there the salesman came out to tell us the car was being sold to another couple. He knew we were coming, and he knew these other people were coming as well, but didn't even bother to tell us, just let us make the hourlong drive for nothing. He didn't even seem apologetic that we were inconvenienced, nor did he offer to help us find another car. The only good thing about that trip was a nice meal afterwards at the Ventura Harbor.

I spoke with and individual at DCH asking if this particular vehicle was still available, he said he would check and get back with me. Two days later, when I did not hear back from him, I phoned and left a message and still no return call. It's now been five days since my last call.

Horrible sales team , very rude , had to wait with my wife who I told them was ill , 30 minute. just to see a car I called in on to purchase ... The "internet sales man wouldent even show himself ,and do the deal we had arranged for the past 3 days . I was there to trade in 1 car and purchase 2 !!!!! Worst dealer ever

It's a shame I can't give this dealer a minus 5. Their website talks of their honesty, transparency and customer service...oh how contradictory. After agreeing on a deal (full asking price and a couple of repair items) this dealer decided to sell the vehicle out from under me the day before I was due to take delivery. My words for this dealer (leaving out the many expletives) are, underhanded, unscrupulous and immoral. With many places to go to purchase a vehicle you'd be best advised to bypass DCH.

Dealers need to be honest and disclose if cars that are for sale have prior owners that SMOKED. After 2 detailer treatments and washings, the interior of the BMW still reeks of nicotine. In hindsight as we drive the car a lot, would not have purchased the car or asked for a discount w/ this constant bad odor. Also, the mechanics did not reset the dashboard w/ their service before it went on the floor so when we start it, there is a light that reminds us service is due and upon returning it to the service center there, a 50 mile drive away, they would not reset it.

Inventory is what it is: they had a lot of cars but a limited number of the model I wanted. Their service was terrific. Attentive sales staff but not TOO attentive if you know what I mean. Seemingly honest transaction (if you only buy a car every 10 years you don't have great skill at understanding the big picture and negotiating well on your own behalf. That's why you rely on an honest dealer). Well informed staff. It's a complicated process even in its simplest form. Their website was informative and allowed comparative shopping.
