They knew I was coming to see a certain car that I made an appointment for got there and it was “sold” an hour before. Tried to sell me cars out of my price range! They do not guarantee Nj state inspection on any car like most dealers. Even the salesman basically told us to run, that he had been there just a month or so and was skeptical of their dealings.

Its was awful. They said it had a clean car fax but when I got to the dealer the bumper was cracked and falling off. The door locks didn't work. No tires. When I advised the sales man he just told me when "is a use vehicle". "If dont want it like that get a new car". Is that the way to handle a buyer? Will never go back and will tell everyone about my experience there. Dont waist your time.

Although Winnert was very nice and attentive from the moment we got out of our car, there was no bargaining or negotiating. I even pointed out the defects of the vehicle and asked to maybe talk to a manager or the owner and the answer was still no, so I walked away with my cash instead of driving out with a vehicle.

I purchased a used 2012 Kia Sportage AWD from Bridge Auto Group. My experience was lovely. The car is in very good condition, low mileage, and OBO. Winnert was the name of my sales guy; he was a complete gentlemen the entire time my daughter and I were there. He took his time with me. I asked questions he was enthusiastic the whole time. He granted me time to test drive another vehicle, and he understood when I didn't want to trade in my other SUV because it was a present for my daughter. The owner allowed me to put my other SUV in his visitor's lot until my daughter was able to come get it. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Bridge Auto Group.

While the vehicle I went to look at was sold prior to me coming in I went to look at other vehicles they had in stock. The representative was really nice however the quality of the vehicles is poor - they are in ‘as in condition’ many with damage to the interior or exterior and they are very dirty. So while the prices are low the vehicle isn’t quality. I went with my gut instinct and choose another dealer, which was a better experience.

Car not drivable, and after I showed up they apologized for not telling me when I scheduled to test drive. My main issue is that I was promised a call back to let me know if I would be able to trade my current car in for another they may have, never heard back. Very dismissive since I wasn't buying something more expensive.

Worst place ever. In this place you can find a lot of cars, but if it is an used car that you are looking for, should be stay away from this place. I bought an used car and since the day after the nightmare started. The car was without brakes and the answer was that they cannot change the brakes in all cars so be ready to spend other 200 dollar to change the old brakes. The cars are without inspection, the check light turned on the day after and after one month that I take the car to the mechanics back and forth is still there. The answer was that I bought an used car so it's something that can happen. The air conditioning didn't work, but the seller promised me that they would have changed it. This never happened and the air conditioning is not working. At the end they don't answer at my phone call and continuously hang out the call. This is my experience with this place, my advice is stay away from it

It was pretty terrible. I made an appointment and they weren't prepared, he didn't seem to know anything about the car in fact I told him info on the features and how they worked. He seemed uninterested in helping me and didn't even go with me on the test drive or check my licence. He couldn't answer legitimate questions I had and seemed apathetic at the idea of discussing anything and made no attempt to actually sell me the car. Back up camera didn't work and some info on the carfax made me concerned and he just shrugged it off. The whole time he interrupted and talked over me mixed with walking away to handle other business. I actually really liked the car and if he had been more engaged I'd have probably bought it. Instead I will never go back there.

I test drove the car, the air conditioner sent out hot air, the message said the seat belts were not working properly, when I released the parking brake and started to go, a message came up and said, I had to release the brake. I just drove it around the building and parked it.

I drove over 200 each way on 7/7 to pick up a vehicle that was described as ..."head-turner", "rare find", and "be prepared to be noticed". All lies. When the Carfax has one previous accident 99.9% of the cars that you go to look at has had the damage repaired, not this one!!!!! The car is scraped and scratched and dented from bumper to bumper on lower passenger side. There was a golf ball-sized hole in the rear bumper and the roof was bubbling with rust in at least 5 different spots. I was assured by the sales guy Sean that "the guy's who take the pictures went to college". SMH

I purchased this car. I test drove the car at 1:00 pm, working with Sean. By 7:00 pm I was driving this car home. After taking it to my mechanic the next day for a complete check over, he told me the car was in great shape. Dont expect a fancy car dealership they aren't like that. But I found all the staff very pleasant and I'm happy with my purchase.

Dealer made it seem like I was getting a great deal until I acuatlly paid for the car with me saving my hard earned money for 2 years while be in school. Later that day I drove it back home finally and ended up not being able to turn on all in less then 12 hours shon and the managers will make you sign and agree to wave the lemon law so don’t be surprised if they say you buy the car as is. Will not be recommending anybody to come here.

Here, is where I found my car. Luckily I had contact with Ninnit. As the dealer next to him sold the car I went to see. Ninnit had the car I inquired about, as well as others in my price range. Except, for the outrageous ,ridiculous, 4% fee they wanted to charge additionally for paying the total amount with my debit card,?! On top of the taxes and the 295.00 for registration ?!

I don’t remember which salesman I dealt with but he was rude. I asked for pictures and details about the car, all he did was send me the link to the dealership page... I asked for additional pictures and I never got any. I was willing to travel out of state for the Jeep Wrangler unlimited and he acted like all I did was waste his time. I’ll never deal with them again!! I should have listened to previous reviews about how bad they are.

Excellent experience. Sean Corcoran was friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It was a very low pressure environment considering there are about 10 other dealerships all crowded in the same street corner. They have a very large inventory - many cars in the back lot and inside the warehouse/ Car was clean and very fairly priced. I would recommend Bridge Dealer Services to my friends and family..

Arron was arrogant I drove 2 hours to hear the car sound horrible belts squeaking didn’t even realize who I was or what car I was there see I brought 8,500 cash to buy this car I offered him 7,000 cash for a Mercedes that sounded like a monster truck he never even consider my offer told me 7,000 won’t buy the car after he had his mechanic spray belt lube to stop the squeaking said battery died the night before cause interiors light were left said the hood was up all night never tried to negotiate said to me I’m sorry but 7,000 cash is not enough and I have other customers I’m going to shake your hand and say sorry for you having to drive 2 hours !! No people skills also said he had the car on out on a Saturday night and it didn’t sound like that wasted trip 2 hours one way 2 hours home because he never once tried to negotiate the price !!

I received a call from the dealer. Before going I asked was there a check engine light on and he said no. He said that he would check the car over and contacted me back to tell me that it needed a cool and it would be taken care of before I get there and the car would be detailed. I went to the dealer to test drive it and there was a check engine light on and smoke was coming out of the tail pipe after the car had been turned off. The smoke continued for some time after the car had been cut off. What the dealer promised was not done and then he tried to tell me that we didn't discuss anything about a check engine light or that he was going to repair the coil that he said was an issue on the car. He basically called me a liar to my face. They provided bad customer service and I wouldn't go back there due my experience.

The salesman said yes it is. so i go to the place just pull up and he tells me they just sold it, but thats ok because we have other vehicles. I turn around get back in my pickup and leave. Not good, salesmen was full of himself and was compensating for lack of sales experience. No matter what a price of a vehicle is, all prices are negotiable. They tried pressure sales tactics on a car that's been sitting on their lot for 61 days, they try to tell you that everybody's looking at the car someone is on their way to put money down on it but the car so hurry up and buy the car. The hurry up tactic if you fall for it you're miss looking over the car and probably get stuck with a bad deal. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership.

Asked to call in advance so I did. 45 min at least. First of there are no signs anywhere for the place. We went through 2 buildings full of auction cars that were for sale by 10 different dealers with no signs anywhere. When we finally found them, we were greated my a guy that was gonna show us the car but could not find it. Then he did. Burried behind 3 cars, not ready for a test drive and after looking inside the car (not cleaned) we pooped the hood and it looked like a possom or something was living in there. The car looked like hell because of how the last person treated it but these guys didn't even bother cleaning it at all. Nor getting it ready for the test drive. After looking at this sorry sight (60 seconds) another sales person came out. I told him that we are leaving since they didn't really care about trying to sell this vehicle. So do yourself a favor and SAY AWAY from this place.

Nice car, def had been in some kind of fender bender things didn't line up. Dealer was busy with customers. I had an appointment but it didn't matter, still waited 30 min to see a person. Dealer didn't really care after test drive went off to help someone else. So I went elsewhere to buy a car.

My experience was not the best. Yes, they responded quickly, but when it came down to it all they wanted to do was sell me a car that was simply not in good condition. There was a lot wrong with the car and they wouldn't even look at anything i brought up unless i bought the car. They then, knowing it had all that issues it did, wouldn't even drop in price. As a matter of fact they raised it. Just be careful with these guys, they want your money, they don't want to help you.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I WASTED MY TIME OR GAS DRIVING TO BRIDGE DEALER SERVICES INC. The operation was unscrupulous. I spoke with the owner at 2:00 PM. She stated the she would hold the vehicle until 5:00 PM. I explained to her that I am a volunteer youth basketball coach and that I was looking for the minivan to transport my youth basketball team to practices and tournaments and asked about the condition of the minivan. The team cannot afford to pay for a vehicle so I am paying for the vehicle personally so these young men will be afforded the opportunity to participate. She assured me that the minivan was in excellent condition and would absolutely pass inspection. I communicated with her every step of the way. I arrived at 3:45 after driving 90 minutes. She was not on site but sent someone out to meet me and took me through a maze of buildings into an office with a broken door. When I arrived, she was not onsite but directed me to her sales manager, Winnert. He rudely stated that the vehicle was sold 40 minutes prior to my arrival and he doesn't care what the manager stated - they cannot hold a vehicle and he didn't care what the manager promised me. When I told him that I needed a minivan to transport my youth basketball team he said that was not the vehicle for me and that the vehicle was in terrible condition. This is after the manager stated to me that the vehicle was in "excellent condition". Of course he directed his young assistant to show me another vehicle that was twice the cost!!! This place is the epitome of lacking moral fabric and the way they treated me was less than substandard. I WILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Maybe this dealer should be blocked from advertising. It is a black eye. How mamy AG complaints exist against this dealer? My search for a minivan for our youth basketball team continues - But NOT at Bridge Dealer Services.

Stock #: 18270 This vehicle is not ready for sale. CarFax reported that the vehicle failed emission in NYS. When I turned the ignition on, there was no "Check Engine" light in the instrument cluster. The vehicle was dirty. The condition of the vehicle looks over 100,000 miles and not 54,855 miles or close. CarFax does not show a trail of the milage. The salespersons, A & J were unprofessional. The dealership sign was not easily visible and the cars are parked just off the streets. I was disappointed after made a long trip there.

If I could give less stars I would. After my first visit (we live an hour away), we started negotiating via email. We came to a written agreement for the purchase of the vehicle. Kenneth, the salesperson, knew we were on our way. He emailed us on our way to have the vehicle added to our insurance. We did and emailed him the info back. On arrival, we were informed of the "Bad News". They were at that moment selling the car to someone else. We HAD a written agreement and he KNEW we were on the way. Is this honorable? Is this good business? I think not!

Because of this, there is often high demand for our vehicles. So it is not our company policy to hold vehicles without a cash deposit and a purchase agreement. We offer very good deals upfront so there is really no need to haggle.

word yo! this place is sketchy! don't go by yourself or if you are a woman. It's a free for all lot where each salesman is a different "company" they walked us down a hallway through an overgrown backyard over a marsh into the warehouse seriously. salesman left us to talk to other people and never came back. waste of time

I did actually lease the 08’ Caddy SR 4 with help from agent Winner. He was very helpful as he still accept my calls whenever I need assistance with the vehicle. I'm dealing with a few setbacks, I understand it's a used vehicle. But the regulars could've been topped off, like- oil and other fluids. I could've blown the engine if I didn't happen to check it. ( Which was bone dry!?)

These people are irresponsible, liars and disrespectful! I bought a car there cash a month ago and I am still waiting for the title, when I call to ask what is happening with the title nobody knows to give me an explanation. When I went to buy the car all there they treated me very well and very kind and now when I call for them to solve the problem of the title they all talk to me and they treat me badly on the phone as if I were bothering them. These people have a lack of incredible professionalism, after I paid 7k cash for a car and now nobody gives the face to tell me where the title is.

Great car. Carlo is a true gentleman . I have purchased cars over the internet previously, but this was the best experience of all . The car was more stunning in person than the photos could project. Five stars for all of the employees there . Very engaging, very friendly and personable. It was literally minutes before I got a response to my interest in the car. I took the car home the next day as the papers were prepared before my arrival.

The dealership responded back to me after my request for information. We arrived at the dealership (first time), and no salesperson approached us, so we walked around and left. The second time, we saw the vehicle, and had to go inside the dealership to get assistance. The salesperson was busy; however, he had another employee let us test drive the vehicle, with this other employee in the vehicle (I can't remember if this person was a salesperson). Once we returned to the dealership, the salesperson came outside and asked us how we liked the vehicle. We went inside, and the salesperson asked us to take a seat (he had another customer at his desk). I did inform the dealership ( a particular salesperson) what time I would be there to look at the car. I believe, there was another customer before us, so, we left the dealership and did not return.

Awful service! I made an appointment to view an Acura with Aaron and he didn't even have the decency to call me to tell me that the car was already sold. I called on Monday, set the appointment for Wednesday and not an email or call to tell me it was already sold. All this after I made an appointment! My wife and I drove there and back a total of 60 miles because we felt this vehicle was the perfect fit for us. Some would say we should have called to check availability but we set an appointment date and time so if anything changed, it's on the dealer to at least give us a call. Not only that but the salesman there that sold the vehicle pretty much waved us off, didn't acknowledge us or apologize for our inconvenience. This place is awful and I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. Awful customer service that doesn't deserve a half a star.

There are several dealers in our complex and you may have been approached by someone who does not work for us attempting to sell you a car from another dealer's inventory. That being said, we generally do not hold cars without a deposit even for appointments. I agree with you that it would be great customer service if the dealer would call ahead to inform a shopper that a particular vehicle is no longer available. We are a very busy dealership and our vehicles tend to sell quickly because we sell them below retail market price.

Staff friendly and decent but policies regarding allowing the vehicle to be taken off-site for inspection and return makes it unreasonable to commit to a deal with them. If you are a mechanic or have access to travelling mechanics maybe an option.

Otherwise, it is a significant insurance risk and too much liability for the dealership. A day after expressing my interest in a 2008 Toyota Corolla, I was contacted by an eager salesman named Winnert Arno. We scheduled a test drive the same day, and the next day I bought the vehicle. Winnert was very professional and helpful and provided me with a full Cargax report as well as helping me out with some financing issues. Drove 3hrs to purchase a 5 series. During the test drive this car was vibrating @ 70mph and during breaking, I mentioned it to Juan and asked them to fix it ( rotor was grovey) Sean GM told me I would have to pay to have it repaired. He claimed to have sent to the bmw dealer to find out the cost hour later some guy came back saying the dealer says nothing wrong with the breaks it had 50% I asked for the paper work/invoice from the BMW dealer of that finding they couldn't provide. All I wanted was to have the issue address and I would have bought the car. Instead I had to drove four hours home after being there for two hours. Sales people seems personal can't say the same for Sean the GM.

Which vehicle did you come in to see? We do not alter the photos in any way. If looking at an older vehicle with higher mileage please expect normal wear and tear. A ten year old car is just generally not going to be perfect. Any single car literally has tens of thousands of parts and they all are subject to wear over time. It was my third time at this dealership to see a car. First two times I was told the car was still there and once I reached, the car was never available to test drive. The third time, I liked the car and so I went ahead with the process of paying it off since they couldn't hold on to the car with deposits (which is understandable). Moreover, after adding the car on my insurance the manager sells it to someone else WHILE THE CAR WAS STILL ON MY NAME AND INSURANCE. The reason I was told was that the car is AS IS and will not be cleaned or fixed while the salesman sold me the car promising to clean and fix. So, be prepare to spend 6 hrs to finalize the deal and still leave without a car. I personally am a positive person so cannot say I wasted my time but I was really disappointed with the service om that day. The manager and sales person should speak the same language to not fool the customers, especially returning ones.

I recently purchased a high end vehicle from Bridge Auto. My buying experience was first rate. I found the dealership to be clean, well run, with a nice selection of vehicles. This company is the most unorganized dealership I've ever visited.They have literally a handful of sales reps and an entire different warehouse filled with 100+ cars you do the math.VLAD was suppose to be my sales guy and the night before we discussed on the phone that he would be willing to negotiate.I drove over an hour away from CT. to visit this dealer to only be told that no they didn't want to negotiate and honestly it was ok.The car didn't look as good as the picture at all and it was making a squealing noise.The best part about the car were the tires.I knew right away I wasn't happy but basically went along with the motions.The only thing I'm upset about is I wasted 2 hours and drove 38 miles.

"My experience at bridge dealer services" My salesman Winnert Arno called me and described me the car on the phone. I set up an appointment with him so I took the train because I live in Connecticut and Winnert picked me up from the train station. We got to the car that I was looking for, and after a test drive car was great just like he told me and then we went to the bank and we went to McDonald's to get a coffee and I bought my 2009 Subaru Impreza. The dealer emailed me with an automatic email saying hi --received the email. This is very poor in terms of customer relations. Jennifer emailed two days later saying the car was available and asked me to call her..... I did the same day (within two hours ) but no return call as of 24 hours later. How do you rate that if you are in the used car business? I would say that if I were in the used car business I would call it poor. Not selling too many cars. Kirk

Salesman showed me 3 vehicles! Done quick and pain free! Finance Mgr Miguel made process easy ! Brakes were done as I requested and lights were cleaned as per my request! I was pessimistic about traveling an hour rather than using dealer in my neighborhood ! But will definitely recommend these guys to anybody who asks!

Yes. Car is an absolute disaster. Took car for a test drive and while I knew it would need some work the list was tremendous. When it was delivered from the dealer (I paid for this service) I took it for a test drive. (approximately 20 miles) There was no issue with check engine light or other issues . I was advised the tires needed some air which ended up being the air suspension not working intermittently. Upon NY emission inspection I was getting a code to cause the Check Engine light to come on. Had my mechanic pull the cluster and warning light cluster had been shorted off. Possibly a fluke but more likely criminal in my mind. I now have put more money in the car then I originally paid for it. Stay away from this dealer. I have bought 5 cars over the years off of EBAY and the only time I had an issue the dealer sent me a check immediately to resolve the issue. I contacted the dealer via email and never heard back!!! Terrible!!
