They have a very odd pricing structure. I was quoted a price on the vehicle, three days later the price had increase. I was told they are a 'live' pricing dealership. Didnt understand and was told i would receive a call/email with their best price. Never heard back so i purchased at another dealership

Dealer ship was fair but new salesman was a little rough around the edges not understanding basics if car sales including paperwork made the process a bit longer than usual and a little painful watching him struggle!

I would never consider the Bill Rapp Superstore ever again. I had called about a vehicle I was interested in and told them I would be out that evening to look at the car. I drove an hour with my family to see it going to the GMC side of the dealership just as they had instructed. When I arrived one of the saleswomen had me come right over and start filling out paperwork before I ever even saw the car. About 30 minutes later after she had my social security number, license, and address she left for about 5 minutes and came back to tell me that the car I had come to see had just sold! They had a folder with my name on it and a big yellow “Hold” tag inside the folder. She said it had “just” sold across the street at the Subaru part of the dealership. She then offered a much more expensive vehicle. I left very disappointed. To top it all off, upon leaving I called three times before speaking to a real person, then was transferred to a voicemail. No one has returned my call! Unprofessiona!

Tried offering me not even half of what I owe in my car what a joke and stated it was because of a scratch on my front bumper yet the vehicle I was looking to buy from them had a bigger scratch. Waste of time.

very unhappy ,,wouldn't follow through with me on the deal,,,,didn't give it a chance,,did a hard inquiry on my credit just for a prequalify,, I lost 3 points on my score,,they didn't have to do a hard inquiry for that,,thought that was wrong,,didn't run my credit to banks for financing,,just said we cant do anything for you for fianacing,they didn't even try,,as I do have good credit,,had my girlfriend on with me for extra income,,still would not try,,just bad business,, I don't think any1 should deal with this dealership,,,thanks scott

Unfortunately the car pictured was not available on the day we went. (he had left a message which we missed) We did buy a 2018 demo similar to the car we drove that day. Salesman, Brian Milford, excellent and very knowledgeable of the Subaru Foresters we were looking at.

I called them to see if I could test drive the car, they said I could. When I got there a salesman refused to let me test drive it. Based on, me not knowing if I wanted to buy it for sure. He proceeded to ask for my credit score which I refused to give. He responded with “We’re done here”. I got up and left because I was livid. I tried to contact them since then, about the situation, and they haven’t called me back.

Very pleased with our shopping experience. Sam was courteous, helped us find what we needed and closed the deal to our mutual satisfaction. CarGurus I think contributed a great deal to the experience.

We were interested in a few 2015 Subaru Legacy cars. They had a nice selection. The Salesman was great. Very friendly, easy going. We walked around to all of them. He supplied us with all the data we needed. Gave us the rundown on the features of all of them. We were invited to test drive any that we wanted. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life.

My best experience on CarGurus has been with Bill Rapp. Great communication. I live in Phoenix and they are in Syracuse and we are processing the purchase agreement now. The sheer distance should tell you how much work they are willing to put in for their customers. Dakota in sales is a US armed forces veteran, so he knows how to get the job done.

The dealer contacted me about this vehicle right away, I didn't purchase this one but I did buy my vehicle from Bill Rapp. Was very please with their attention to me and sales rep was professional but personable!! I didn't feel pressured at all and they even suggested different vehicles based on my description of what I was looking for. I felt like if I was to walk in this dealership in a few months, they would remember me. If your looking for a good deal and personal service then you need to visit this dealer.

They responded very promptly to my inquiry. They answered my questions and offered their contact information if I had further questions or wanted to schedule a test drive. They inquired about my vehicle requirements. I won't hesitate to call them once I have organized my finances and am ready to purchase.

Dealer was slow to respond with requested information about the vehicle and photos/video...said he would send a video, but never did. He said he would send a video but never did. Also, there were large time gaps between my requests and his responses. Just didn't seem very concerned about selling it.

I went to the show room, and I am very happy with this dealer ship and Mike the salesman that helped me. I did purchase the 2015 Ram Laramie Crew Cab 4WD. I am very impressed the 1550 Ram Laramie Crew Cab, especial with the ride the great look and the horse power.
