I never spoke with the Online specialist who I was talking to
over email, but I dealt with a Salesman named Eddie. He was
good, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and tried to help
as best as he could, given how busy it was. Didn't like that the
car didn't even turn on when I tried to, even though I didn't test
drive it because it wasn't to comfy, which is not the dealerships
fault, but they should keep better care of their vehicles as it
doesn't look good that the battery was dead. I give it a 4 due to
good customer service.

desk to the salesman and the finance team
were awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Well trained staff! If they don't have exactly
what your looking for they will go out of their
way to try and find it at one of their affiliated

Best car buying experience we have
ever had! No pressure, great deals on
used vehicles. We worked with Anthony
Canada and he was wonderful! I would
recommend going to Bertera Subaru
and working with Anthony Canada to
everyone I know! Walked in at 330 pm
on a Monday and left at 8 pm with the
car and price and loan we wanted. Fair
money for our trade too! We got a 2013
Subaru Impreza and absolutely love it!
Great gas mileage, awd, and
comfortable. Go to Bertera for your next
car.

The worst dealers in hartford
area....never going again....not trust
worthy...went to see a car was the first
person to see the car and put a deposit
on it...did all the paper work...n still didnt
get the car...they said we was not sure
ifu was serious enough...n sold it to
somebody else...if I was not sure why
would I put a deposit on the car...waste
of time...never going back

Salesman was nice and intelligent, answered our questions. He
used the usual sales tactics on us, but I guess that's what they do.
With the financial person I felt like I was just another sale and she
wanted to move me along. And she seemed annoyed when I
questioned the service plan (third party, and mechanics often have
trouble working with them and getting them to pay). These
extended warranty services, especially when they're not through
the car manufacturer, basically try to get out of paying for repairs. I
noted to Vicky that of course a business is not going to sell
something that's better for the customer than for their own bottom
line, and she seemed annoyed.
