I went to see the car they said car in service.I waited and then left.They called me and they said it did not come out of service. l called the next day salesman was off.Spoke to someone never called me back.

I ended up buying the 2015 BMW 335i from BMW of Dallas. I could not have had a better experience a the dealership. Everybody I worked with went out of their way to make the experience great. I would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy there again.

Car was not as described. My husband showers upntonlooknat the vehicle and the salesman told humor had navigation, Bluetooth and backup camera and the car had none of those features. The car also had "racking stripes" down the side of the car and Lexus does not do racing stripes on their vehicles. The salesman did not know his vehicle.

Sales folks were good but watch out for the F&I folks, the are sharks. Come in with outside financing or they will try to screw you.

I bought the car after the test drive! It's a great car and sold itself. My wife and I were shopping for our 18 y/o son's second car, only this time, we wanted him to have his own buyer's experience. The saleswoman took care of him and the finance dept took time and explained everything to his understanding. The experience was plesant and faster than expected. I didn't haggle the price because I'd done extensive market research and knew it was a good/fair deal. I'd buy from the dealership again next year without hessitation

We contacted this dealer on a couple different cars. We were assured a particular car was there and rearranged several things to get out there. Well, I should have been suspicious because there was only one stock photo listed on car gurus of that car. Well, of course that car had "just been sold" and they tried to steer us into others they had on the lot, a couple of which that didn't have the features we were specifically looking for. Classic bait and switch and these people should not be trusted. Footnote: it's been a week since we went out to look at that phantom car and it's STILL listed on car gurus.

5 STAR Service!! Made the experience very smooth. Never knew buying a car could be this easy. But BMW of Dallas made the experience very smooth. Bretton was very helpful and took care of the whole process. Excellent salesmanship he explained the car from top to bottom. I know where my wife and I will be buying our next car from. With a Salesman like Bretton I see why BMW of Dallas is #1!!

I took my wife down there to look at the 7 series that just popped up on CarGurus and the guy said it was sold already. He offered to show us another one that appeared on the list at the same time but we had to travel a bit and it was being detailed. After reviewing the blue book on the vehicle I noticed it was selling for $3,000 more than what it was worth considering the miles it had.

Jared was a great guy to work with. I was a little upset that the car we had been discussing had a deposit on it when I got to the dealership. Things did work out for the better since I was able to get a 2013 Lexus GS 350 for $1500 more.

Two weeks of phone calls knowing I was from out of town 300 miles away still in Texas , agree on price , offer a deposit to hold car , then was toll they could not take a out of town deposit ???? also was mislead about carfax !!! I have purchase car all over the U.S. per phone and this is a first.. This site is a great tool and you don't need dealers like this. thanks

I felt I was rushed through the process, and after test driving he put a piece of paper in front of me and told me to sign. I thought it was a release form for the test drive, but actually was a bill of sale. We had not even discussed price at this point. Also, when I asked the sales associate his opinion of the car he just kept telling me that the price was good, never gave me any feedback on the vehicle itself. I will not go back to BMW of Dallas.

We do not feel this Dealership took our Auto search request serious. The individuals we dealt with were courteous, however not highly responsive. We showed up in person, made follow-up calls, and gave them right at a month to execute our search request. In the end, we purchased a vehicle at another Dealership due to slow response and then no response. Too bad for them, we are now in the market for an additional similar vehicle.

Was treated courteously and test drove a 2008 Z4. I wanted another Z4 but they said it was sent to wholesale. I saw the car sitting in the garage and it had just been delivered from the body shop for slight hail damage. While sitting there the salesman and a supervisor called BMW and got it CPO'd and increased the price by $4,000! I made later bids but never heard from them. I would never do business with this dealership.
