Not the same car posted in the ad. Wasted my time driving there. Was more concerned in how I was going to finance the car before even bringing it out. Then brings out this car that was in far worse condition than the pictures like I was supposed to be impressed by it.

Terrible place. They knowingly misled me and wasted my time. I Called to make sure they still had a car that was listed on CG site. They said yes, so I drove a long way to buy it. They showed me a totally different car and told me it was the same one in the ad I showed them! That car was wrecked, filthy inside and out! The side mirrors were duct taped on etc... the one in the ad was not. Why would I go l out of my way to buy a car like that? They assumed I was a stupid woman! I gave them a piece of my mind and left as fast as I could. I should have read the online reviews first, most are 1 star and very bad reviews. Don't get screwed by them! The pics they post ARE NOT OF THE ACTUAL CAR!!!

I did not like this dealership. They seemed very unprofessional. The saleman argued with me that he was going to sell the car with bald tires on the front. I told him the car would not pass inspection with those tires that way. He said tough, they are selling it as it. He walked off when i told him i would be interested if they could replace those bald tires.

Worthless dealership. Pictures posted of vehicles are not actual vehicles. Flew from South Texas to Dallas to purchase a vehicle and they knew we were on the way and they supposedly sold it the night before. Now seeing it is posted again at a cheaper price. Never return phone calls or messages. If they was a 0 rating that's what I would put.

Terrible! All they were interested din was how I was going to pay. They would not even show me the vehicle without filling out a credit application. I was very willing to walk away from the vehicle I was interested in. Worst customer service!

Poor response to my online or telephone inquiry. They were very difficult to get in touch with, their line would ring and then disconnect repeatedly. When there, almost felt like an inconvenience. I came in and was ready to buy, but they seemed very lackadaisical about selling. I ended up purchasing same vehicle elsewhere for a little more, but with better service.

I thought they were rude and liars they told me to bring bank statements and pay stubs and they would work with us not to mention I took 900.00 dollars as a down payment after driving 2+ hours I was told that was a cash only price I'm disabled I traveled there with oxygen they should have been honest on the phone and told me cash only price they did not and when I did get there I sat for 45 minutes before anyone ever talked to us would not buy a car from them at all

So unprofessional and rude and just all around horrible experience. If you don't finance with them direct, they don't want your business because then they cant charge double or more for the car. I had a deal made in the morning then 2 more salesman, if you call them that, about the car saying i must put 500.00 down right now. I already had financing elsewhere and was ready to buy then the guy calls back and says oh I can't sell u the car, its going to be wholesaled out at a later date. The car was just posted 1 day before on about 6 sites...but I'm not financing thru them so they weren't going to sell to me..HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES....Ive bought and sold many a car and this is the first time I've been treated so unprofessional. I bought my dream car at another dealer and was treated with respect! The 1n 2 business owner needs to double check who they hire.

Dealer lied about price of vehicle on car gurus. They said I could only in house finance. No cash option. They told me the car would cost me $18,000 when I had half the money down on a car that they had listed at $6,988. Very unprofessional company. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. The car I test drove was filthy and nasty inside and out.

Extremely bad. Nice on the phone said car would be ready when I arrived, drove almost 2 hrs. to see car, even had cash with me.they called me back to verify I was coming just as I arrived and said meet inside. Only one open spot in very small park lot, could barely get out of my car. The car I came to see was nowhere in sight. Went inside and ask for sales man. Was told he was with another customer, there is sign up sheet by door, fill out all information and take a seat somewhere and some one will find you. You have to wait your turn. I did buy a car at different dealer. So now I am shopping for a similar car for my other grand kid. But not from this dealer.

Went in no greeting everyone was standing around looking at us Hispanic guy comes up and helps us out but than started talking about I need 2500 dollars down for the charger and all this I asked him I pre qualified and already spoke with some one regarding down payment and the guy well i don’t know but that’s the price no help what so ever worst car lot

I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership! When I arrived at this dealership I was taking into an office and was asked how much money I had for a down payment, how much money I wanted to offer for the car I was there to see— ALL BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE CAR! The car I was there to see was one price online and another price at the dealership. After going back and forth I was never shown the car and I finally left the dealership.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The sales associates were not professional at all. They provided me NO customer service whatsoever. The car I was looking for was not available for test drive. However it took them 25 minutes to assign a salesman to assist me. I would never go back!

Customer service is the worst in this place. The so called sales rep has no understand of what customer service is. I don't know where they get these people to sell in their showroom. Don't buy from them, they purchased the cars from auction and don't do any work in the cars. They sell them as is, just like they brought them. Keep your cash and go to a dealer that will give you guarantee on the car.

They tried to get me to schedule an appointment for me to drive the car I inquired about but I didn't want to an hour unless I was approved for a loan. I kept getting the runaround when talking on the phone. "someone will call you in 15-30 minutes." (Never happened.) I got emails stating that someone would call, three days later still no call. And I really liked the car I was inquiring about. It was a great deal. But No deal is worth being neglected over.

Hi Kimberly...we do have a process to assess our customers needs so that they are only shown vehicles that they would qualify for.  Many of our customers find that they like this system, but we understand that this process isn't for everyone and wish you well in your car search.

Went to look at a truck,didnt get introduced to the person who said they'd meet me once arriving. There turned out to be 2 trucks identical make/model only different miles. One was in excellent condition the other was not. They used the old bait and switch by posting the better truck pictures for the cheaper trucks profile . They would not even receive the keys for a test drive. Then proceeded to try and sell a more expensive vehicle. A day after leaving they raised the price of the crappier truck.

I went there to look at 2 autos. I told the salesman it would be a cash payment. He shows me the first vehicle and I look it over and I see a couple of other vehicles and look at those. We go back to the first vehicle and I ask the salesman to start it, but he didn't have the key to the lockbox. So, while we are walking back to get the key to the car, another salesman comes out and goes directly to the car that we were clearly looking at in detail. He gets into the car drives away. I am angered because he was rude and he later acknowledged he knew his colleague didn't have the key to the car. The other salesman, Marcus(?) clearly thought he had an immediate sale. When I approached him about taking the vehicle, this is when he acknowledged that he knew his colleague didn't have the key. As we were speaking, he kept telling me to calm down. And then he said, "Homie, you need to calm down". He was clearly insubordinate with the manager and his attitude was tolerated.

The staff was nice however the cars were not dependable. Once I walk out to the area the inside of the cars where a mess and not clean. Repairs where being done on the cars that where listed on the website. The pictures were photo shopped. I wouldn't do business with this agency.

We don't live in town so we made the drive all the way to Dallas, TX to look at this car. When we arrive and walk in, we aren't greeted by anyone and had to search for someone to help us. They don't seem very happy, and don't operate with the level of professionalism that is needed when making a large purchase such as this. You couldn't go and walk the lot without an attendee and the salesmen were not knowledgeable of their vehicles or prices. Had I not done my research online, they would have overpriced a vehicle by A LOT! This was a sketchy visit, and I will not be doing business with them. The only positive note from this experience was their response time when I called and said I wanted to look at one of their vehicles.

The response time from the dealer is fast, but the compliments stop there. I made two appointments and was on time for both. On the first visit, after signing in I received a call stating that someone would be with me shortly. An hour passed before I decided to leave. I returned a week later to see the same car and it was not presentable. The battery was dead, the rear view mirror was damaged, lug nuts were missing from the front tires and to top it off, the salesman tells me that the listed price is cash only. If I wanted to finance the car, it would be marked up $8000. No thanks I will pass!

I was contacted by phone from someone who led me to believe he was a sales representative as he told me to ask for him when I arrived at the dealership to see the vehicle I was planning to buy. The person I spoke to over the phone also said we could work out a deal on price as I was paying all cash. I get to the dealership to view this car and not only is it not even available to see, the person I spoke to in fact WAS NOT a sales rep rather a person in a call center, and the staff at the dealership refused to make a deal the person over the phone promised, and then they tried to get me to buy a completely different car. It was a complete waste of my time and poor communication. I will never go to this dealership if I need to purchase a car again.

I called and made an appointment which was very easy. Ended up texting them to let them know I was running late. I received a message back thanking me for notifying them. Once we got there and walked in there was no one at the front desk. I ended up calling them to find out what I was to do. I was told to go in and find a women, he explains that where he was and where I was were two different building. They only deal with the calls. Found the women, put my name on the list and was asked to wait. Took an hour to get there and waited an hour and 45 minutes with no help and I just gave up. Took an hour to get back home. Wasted almost 4 hours of my day for nothing.

The call back was ok I guess the lady basically told me they wasn’t taking offers on the vehicle due to it being income tax season and they cars was being brought up and they couldn’t hold the vehicle for me until I got there when I’m coming from San Antonio Texas driving there

I went twice didn't know who I was going to talk too. The first time had to wait for the car because it was somewhere else. Had to go , went the next day I still didn't know who I was going to talk to. They couldn't answer my question. I was going to pay cash for the car. They told me the will not accept bank card. Cash, money order or cashier check. I kept on asking them what would be the final price. They kept on telling me that I had to wait till I went there? When we went to test drive I asked the salesperson how much would in total. He said you need to add sales tax, license and registration add like $800.00-$1000.00. When I purchased my car all that was not near that amount?

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!. First of all they have an office person that knows nothing about the cars or how the business works make promises to you to try to get you to come in. I walked in and asked for Aaron (office person). Some guy said follow me, no introduction, or how can I help you. "What vehicle are you here for?" He then told me Aaron is unavailable and took me into an office and pulled up a credit application and started filling it out and asking me questions. I asked if I could see the vehicle before to see if I was interested. Then he asked what would be my down payment because if I didn't have 3k to put down we were wasting time. I told him I had clear titled Tahoe to trade. He said I can tell you now we will only give 500 to 1000 for it. Mind you, he never even looked at the vehicle. The he said I will have to run your credit before I will even be able to show you the car. I was looking at 2008 10k Yukon not a 100k luxury car. His name was Chris. NO!!

I don't understand the bad ratings. I bought a car here a month ago that ended up having a few issues but the owners have resolved all of them with no cost to me (In fact, several service shops speak very highly of the owners). Also you can't beat the warranty if you choose to go that route. The owner really goes out of his way to make everything right. He is a man of his word. If you want to save money pay cash.

He called once left a message, I called him back and set up and appointment, called in the morning to make sure I was coming in and that was it. Very nice easy to talk to guy. Working with Larry at 1and2 Automotive was one of the most pleasant car buying times we have ever experienced. Larry was never pushy, always straight forward and honest. His knowledge of the car and the attention to detail made the car buying process stress free. Once the vehicle was selected and price agreed upon, the paperwork took less than 15 minutes and we were driving away happy. The car had been checked out thoroughly by the 1and2 Automotive team which gave us great confidence in our selection as we drove off the lot. It was nice to find a local independent business that we will gladly recommend and hope to work with again!

They lied and was extremely rude if i could give a negative star i definitely would. They told me to come in and that they work with all kinds of credit. We came in and hardly anyone was there. Maybe two customers in the whole place not including my husband, brother and me, while the employees are just standing around doing nothing. We was told to sit down and wait and "someone would be with us shortly " 40 mins later a salesman comes up to us. The salesman immediately runs my credit with out showing me the car i was asking about and then proceeded to tell me that its zero down but the tax title and license is 1,200 due at the of signing, apparently the salesman thought i was a complete idiot that cant tell the difference between a down payment and the tax title and license. He still never bothered showing me the car or allowing me to test drive the car. When i told Zoey what happened she acted shocked. Which yet again was another lie. This is the most dishonest place to get a car

I live 180 from them and they wanted me to drive to the dealership to get an appraisal on my trade. I've bought 3 other vehicles in Dallas and Houston and negotiated trades over the phone and through pictures. They are behind the times.

I would rate this business as a 0. The staff is very unprofessional. And the fact that this business wants to run your credit before they even show you a vehicle is absurd. Basically they don't want you to waste their time if you don't qualify. Came all the way from Louisiana because I was told the vehicle I was looking for was available only to find out that the vehicle was not available.

Hands down this has to be the best dealer in Dallas! For people with bad credit especially! I bought my car from them in May of 2017...in October of 2015 I had had a repo...and am thankful for the deal they game me on my car. I pay super low monthly payments and they made sure I was really satisfied with the car before I took it off the lot. Thank you again, 1and2 Automotive...I really STILL love my car.

By far the worst dealership experience of my life. When I walked into the showroom I was greeted by a salesman and asked if I'd be paying cash or needing financing. This before they even knew anything about my needs. Then I was escorted into a room where they wanted my information and drivers license. I politely asked if I could simply see the car before we got into information exchange but my request was brushed off. After collecting the information the salesman told me he needed to talk to his manager but would be right back. I waited approx. 15 minutes in that room but no one returned. It truly felt like they wanted me to leave because I did not fit their buyer profile. Anyway, I never did actually get to see the car since they don't allow anyone to view the cars on the lot without escort. The entire experience felt fishy...I'll let you do the math on that. My advice is to stay with the main-stream dealerships.

On the internet I look at pictures of the car but when I arrived they said that the car is not ready it had to be clean and go through a 21 point inspection. The dealer called and scheduled my appointment. Upon my arrival and meeting with the sales rep the vehicle was “not ready” to be shown. I was advised it had water damage from all of the rain. They had no other vehicle to show me. Would have been nice to have been notified before I drive 45 min in the pourydown rain. Sales rep was nice but I received absolutely no follow up.

Person I talked to on the phone was very rude, i gave him benefit of the doubt, so I drove to the dealer - i was not able to look at the vehicle and they already wanted me to put in aplication - what the heck I need to see before I buy, nevertheless I walked out.

I am not sure which one is 1 and 2 but the larger dealership was not helpful in anyway and I had an appointment, so I went to there other location were Justin my salesman was very helpful and I did not wait 2 hours. Had it not been for Justin and the sales staff then i would have looked elsewhere.

Horribly disappointing! Drove over 300 miles just to sit for an hour and half and THEN be told after the drive and wait that financing was not available to anyone out of a 60 mile radius. After some discussion with manager/owner they offered to help but wouldn’t even let us LOOK at a vehicle until AFTER a credit check.

I emailed this dealer several times about a specific vehicle on their lot. Due to my work schedule and place of business, I am not able to take calls during the day, but am able to check email. Nevber heard a thing back from this dealer aside from automated replies non-stop. "You contacted us but then vanished" type of emails, 3 in one week. So I thought at this point they weren't worth looking at, and saw other reviews online, plus one from the BBB giving them an F rating based on their experience secret shopping them. So now I am just curious as all get out. So I go in, and by a miracle the car I actually wanted was there. alone with a lot of signs regarding non-refundable funds in the office. Told the "salesman" I wanted to buy that car cash in hand, but wanted my mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection first before anything. He vanished and never came back. That absolutely spoke volumes. Steer clear of this place.

I bought a Tahoe from these guys and it was an awesome experience. I'd recommend them or even buy from them again in the future! The Tahoe I bought is older bought has held up very nicely for it's age. I can tell they sell good quality vehicles for reasonable prices. All of my paperwork was explained thoroughly and they we easy to work with. Plus super friendly! Bonus! I have a thing for supporting local business and will totally buy from them again before I buy from a huge corporate dealer!

Horrible experience. First of all ask for an itemized breakdown of the car cost. I was buying a cash car 5000.00. They charged 900.00 for a locator device. When I asked why would I let them and pay 900.00 for a locator on my cash car they wouldn't answer. There was another 200.00 of complete non sense added on top of that. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this shady place. They will keep you waiting even when you come in and they are slow. They will lie and say the car is coming and it's not. They also lie about the condition of the vehicles. Most look like trash on the inside. Took my money some place else got a car the same day. My advise don't bother to stop by complete waste of your time and money!

I called back after I did not hear from them, only to be told the guy working my file has gone out of town and would be back in a week or so. Needless to say I went with another dealership and got the exact same car, same price, only newer with less miles.

First let me say Nice cars. In their photos they try to show every detail Good and bad. I was going to be a cash buyer but soon learned that they were not really interested in me because they make their money on finance. I did not have an appointment and we waited well over an hour. You have to have a salesperson so you have to wait on one. They advertise low prices on their inventory to appeal to the consumer only to make their money on fees and finance.

NO STARS! Omg I hate to be the only bad comment but someone has to state the truth here. I have been here twice trying to get a vehicle, CASH ON ME! The first day I had an appointment at 5:15pm. Upon arrival I was checked in and told that someone would be right me. TWO HOURS LATER & no one has helped me & its past close at this point. I was very angry because I needed a car that day but knew that it would not happen that day. So I follow up the next day and was confident that I would get the car after Unicie (CALL CENTER GIRL) assures me I would be seen and would not have to wait. I get there and attempt to check in, and they tell me that there is a wait. I attempt to explain the arrangement and the guy told me I still have to wait. I get the call center agent (Unicie) on the phone and she put me on hold as she contacts the sales agents. The call gets disconnected somehow and when I called back the line would not ring at all. Worst experience everrrrrrrrr

The vehicle was there...on the showroom floor...but missing the DVD player. Also missing was my salesperson. We got no excuse for their not being available. Who we did got didn't seem too enthusiastic about trying to make a sale and made no attempt to move the vehicle outside for a test drive. We walked out and more than likely won't walk back in.

First off, we had an appointment for 12:00 and we didnt get helped until at least 1:00. Then they brought out the wrong car to test drive, they said they were bringing the right car to the dealership. They said it was going to take about 5 mins, 30 mins later the car pulled up. The car was nothing like the website showed, it wasnt cleaned and looked disgusting on the interior. EXTREAMLY unproffesional buisiness. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY!

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!! Called and make an appointment. Once they i waited almost an hour and was on the wait list the moved us to an office and ask us to give our social security number to show us the car. REALLY??? They say that this prove we are serious. What if i dont like the car or even i want to use my bank to finance? I NEVER had such a bad experience in any other dealer. This is the most ridiculous sales people in the world! Since I obviously font give them our social security number they say they wont show us the car. Well THANK YOU FOR THAT. You just saved me a problem. People, just read their reviews in google....I wish i did before drive for an hour

Use caution!!! This dealer called me and set up an appointment for 45 minutes later. I showed up and was not helped within 90 minutes. If you’re too busy to keep an appointment, then DONT make the appointment. Maybe this is the new way to buy used cars, but I was not impressed!!!

The company the staff as a whole are really a ZERO. Whatever you do please if you are smart and I trust you are, please listen to the negative comments. If you miss a payment and have a life are death situation and need sometime, like maybe a week or two they will come take your car unannounced even after you make prior arrangements with them. You will lose your 2k -3k whatever down payment you gave them and this can happen within a 3 week margin of purchasing the vehicle. But it's typical when rich people take advantage of the lesser advantage, dawg eat dawg with them I promise. Do yourself a favor please, and don't go see for yourself trust me. They should have laws to protect ppl from them and their loan shark tactics.

Was ok didn't like the fact that I bought a car from them and they didn't fill the tank with gas it was on empty they need to do better with this situation. If someone spends a lot of money buying a car from you you should at least fill it with gas.

We verified that the car we were interested in was available. It was confirmed that it was. We drove a LONG way only to find out the vehicle is unavailable. To this day the vehicle is still listed on cargurus as a great deal and available. I give up with these people! We had an appointment and still had to wait a hour to be told the car we came for is not available. On cargurus it is listed as a Volvo 2011 xc60 $5,488 and listed as a great deal. Maybe after this review they will FINALLY remove it but BEWARE They blamed it on the call center....fix your call center. Who’s fault is the hour wait? Good salesperson Zack...I hope he moves on to a more reputable place.

Dealer had 4 cars we were interested in so it seemed promising. Contacted them to verify all 4 were still on the lot. They confirmed, so we headed their direction. Showed up without an appointment, but they did not suggest that we needed one. Waited 2 hours and the only updates we would get would be when we had to ask, otherwise they never checked in on us. Had there been only 1 car we wanted to see we would have left long before 2 hours. They ran my credit while we were waiting ...without asking! Once they finally pulled someone else,1 car was MIA. 1 wouldn't start. The other 2 were at a separate lot, so we were shuttled to that lot in a car that was for sale with transmission problems that barely got us back. The 2 at the other lot were in terrible shape. Don't let the pretty pictures fool ya. Ultimately, we were delayed so long we did not make it to the next dealer we wanted to see a car at. The next morning that car sold before I could get to it 30 minutes after they opened!

My question was is there anything I can do to help the process move a little faster, he raised his voice and indicated NO this is our busiest day and before I finished talking he hung up. Car was in TERRIBLE condition, which they could have just told me over the phone, instead I had to drive almost an our, ON MY ONLY DAY OFF, to see a car which they KNEW was in rough shape!!! Also, they want to run your credit before they even show you any vehicles!!!

These people are horrible. I contacted the dealer via e-mail and I was assured that the car was available before I made the 1-1/2 hr drive. After being assured, and told that they open at 9:00 am. After making the drive we’re told that the car sold at 9:15am. What a crock.

The car does not look like on the ad. The inside doesn't look like the condition in the pictures and the tires not only on this car but several cars need to be changed immediately. The tires were so wornout that there was no tred on them left. We even called ahead a day before for a test drive and I would have at least expected for the car to be ready and tires changed for when we got there. Aslo when first entering the dealers office he asked if we were gonna pay cash or finance it. It kinda bothered me because I had not even looked at the car yet and he was already asking how i was going to pay. Like dude first show me the car and we can go from there.

After making an appt at 5pm for the next day at 430pm, I received about 4 more calls and 2 texts to confirm my appt. Too much. I was about an hr late, but was told I could be seen. Waited and waited in hot showroom, then got up yo leave and guy at front desk acted as if, I was supposed to wait. You can't look at cars while waiting so I can go sumwhr else, np. Sum1 did come after that and I was thrn told the car I was there to see had a screw or nail in tire and was being serviced. Why have me come out there and then wait to be told that?? I kno the flat didnt just happen. Not interested...

You cannot see any vehicle without an attendant who is the only one with a key to the locked lot. He must be supervising and monitoring you during your view of the vehicle. You cannot see an attendant without an appointment. You make an appointment and you wait hours just to get an attendant. You still have not even seen the vehicle. I asked why do you all waste so much of the consumer's time? They replied, "we are like scheduling an appointment with a doctor". Well hell. I hate doctors. Ill never go back. Waited for hours and then left. If you are going to use this setup, increase the number of staff.

You must make an appointment! No walking through the lot without an escort... and whatever you do, do not give your phone number. You'll be harassed, long after you ask to be removed from their list. Something smells with this dealership.

Worst experience for a dealer of any kind hands down. Got email after email that was auto generated to genuine requests for buying a car and working a deal. Called got no one at business, then have phone number to be called to finally get an email with a number and a request to talk to Dee. Then get on the phone to find out she couldn't even help with car and working deal and she's just an appointment setter not anyone that could help or make a decision. Was then told they wouldn't talk price or deals over the phone, dealt with many bigger dealers that have no issue talking about price. Live no where near this dealership to be told to come in to find out if price is negotiable or not. Then she takes my number saying sales will contact me and can discuss price. Couple days go by nothing, then another auto email from her comes through. Sent it straight to spam, I'm done.

The service is terrible... the cars are all over priced... my credit union says they are basically marking up the cars $1700 to $2300 over the value of the car.. to make matters worse they make you wait around ..then get you in a room so they can try to convince you to finance with them at a ridiculous rate...

My question is, why do I even have an appointment? I just wanted to see the vehicle. I had cash in hand. I don't need creative financing. Don't make an appointment if you can't honor it.

Very BAD experience. These people are not customer centric. They first made us wait an hour just to see some vehicles in the lot because customers are not allowed on the lot without a sales rep. Once we got with the sale rep and we told him we were looking to buy within a week, but not that day, he dropped us quickly and "let" us go see the cars in the lot un- escorted, just so he could get the next customers waiting for a sales rep. Also, he said that if I wanted to finance with them, that the price listed on the website would go up, and he couldn't tell me by how much. He wanted me to do a credit application before I even knew the final sales price of the car(s) I was interested in. Very shady people. Just looking to squeeze out all the $$ they can for these used cars.

I contacted this dealer here on Car Gurus and they responded super quick. I went in and test drove a couple of cars, but hadn't made up my mind so I thought about it for a few days and they checked in on me, but didn't pressure me...so that was nice. I ended up buying a used Mercedes from their store and couldn't be happier.

Horrible! Horrible! Stay away.. Communication is the key to selling a car. Tried to speak to someone for 4 plus days about this car. All I got was a run around. When I did finally speak to someone. It was like they didn't won't to be bothered. I do have to say that at least Allie tried to help. But she was not a sales man.

Waited all day to hear from sales, was too busy with other customers. I was told I was an absent customer and hard to deal with, since I was not there in person although I was there the day before and drove several vehicles. I was asked to fill out credit app. which I did, only to be asked all the same info again through text. I was only interested in the one Hummer and asked sales person to work up a deal--never did since he had other customers in front of him and I guess was to busy.

Waited over an hour and a half to just “LOOK” at this truck. I already had financing and cash worked out so there was no need to even sit down with a salesman. Finally they let us see the truck and it was very smelly and clearly was not vacuumed or cleaned. There was tobacco all over the floor board and stains in the carpet. The leather on the back seat had a hole in it, the rear bumper was falling off and there was a large scratch on the back. None of this was mentioned. I wasted my time looking at this awful truck. The staff never communicated with us except for asking how we were going to pay for the truck. I found it offensive when the salesman asked if I had good credit when I am clearly there to buy that’s specific truck. I was not shopping for ANY vehicle. I was there for the f250. I see why this truck is priced the way it is.

Run like a prison. They even have bars on the windows. They have people in line waiting to make car payments Very impersonal. First thing they do is put you on a waiting list to talk to someone, then you wait and it just gets worse from there. Do not go to 1 and 2. Plenty of cars out there.

I went to their facility and waited two hours and still had not been shown a vehicle. I then saw the vehicle I was there to see pulling out of the driveway and noticed a huge scrape along the passenger side. I went back to the website and noticed that they had only one very vague photo of that side of the vehicle therefore I decided to leave. I was very unsatisfied with their customer service and the representation on the website.

NOT GOOD. Vehicle was DIRTY inside with DOG HAIR and it STANK. First time I go from SA to Dallas and vehicl le had tires that I'm surprised made it home. Barely any gas was put in the vehicle. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. I'd like to retract the one star I've given it but doesn't appear possible.

I didn't care for the wait time. I also felt like I was being jerked around about simple looking at a car. I sat in an office the entire time and I was finally told that the car wasn't there and I wasn't offered to see anything else. I politely left because the salesman really didn't have time for me.

If I could give no stars I would. I waited over an hour after scheduling to talk to someone the day before. When I finally got to talk to someone they wouldn’t even let me look at the car until I started to do the paperwork for the bank loan. Over all was a bad experience.

HONEST REVIEW!!hi This was an ABSOLUTE waste of time! Despite the other reviews, I was optimistic and gave it a chance. After reading the reviews, I called about an Infiniti 4 times before I got to the lot. I was told 4 different times, based on the stock number, the car was there and had not been sold. I even asked when I walked in for my appointment and was told the car had not been sold. Had to wait 45 min to be seen by a VERY NONCHALANT salesman who didn't even introduce himself. Just walked up and said he could help us. We tell him the vehicle we came for. And he tells us the vehicle was sold earlier that day by another location. Then he asked if my husband and I wanted to choose from any of the "decent running" vehicles they had left. (Ummm, Hell to the No) Who the heck tries to sell a car with a description as "decent running"?? Y'all can keep your "indecent" sales representative and "decent running" cars. Ineffective Communication between the two locations and Lack of Customer Service will be the downfall of this business.

I DO NOT give any star rating but had to be chosen to post!! This was a waste of time and a 5 hour drive from Houston. When we arrived had to wait hour and a half and then told that the car had been sold after I was told that they had it available. I even showed the salesman the car on their website. Bait and switch tactic is what it was. I would not go here or recommend anyone.
