Non-responsive dealer. After sending an inquiry, dealer asked if i was interested (which I mentioned in my inquiry); when I asked for information on salvage title, I never heard back from them.

Dealer did not respond, so I called them to ask the questions I had, answered some of my questions however, was unwilling to negotiate price at all.

Didn't provide Carfax report - I'm getting one myself before I decide
They sell salvage title or rebuilt title but won't give you the reason why the titles are like that. Stay away

quick response
Showed up there was no parking so we parked in the lot and some guy comes out of a f150 yelling at my fiance and I to move our car we can't park there so we asked where to park and he said in customer parking which was full of inventory cars as well, so yup we got in the car and just left

We bought their Subaru a few days ago and it runs really well and looks in wonderful condition Mostafa and all his team are incredibly professional and friendly and Ali even helped me reboot my phone as I was leaving, they do great work

Road construction made their lot hard to locate but the owner was super friendly and his crew was very accommodating. I tested two cars and took home an SUV the next day. Zara’s mechanic gave the vehicle a free alignment to make sure everything was good to go before I took it off their hands. Super easy.

Prompt communication.
Never got to car, zara auto back out agreement while i was heading to bank, someone drove in
with cash in hand , i get call mins later sayin got cash in hand for car "im selling", Would you like
a different g37??? What a Rat man, how dose a dealership even get going with this moto,
"cash in hand beets any agreement" zara words not mine, i got tex to prove it.

You did not want to put a deposit to hold the car and thought I was bluffing when I said I have a customer here ready to buy. and the car sold. I offered to sell you a better car for the same price to help you out but I got an angry response instead. Anyway we are still here for business if you're still in need of a car. we don't hold grudges.

Actually had a good experience. No pushy sales, let us test drive a few cars and come back a number of times before we finally purchased a car. Easy to work with and signing was simple enough.

They put the vehicle on hold for me to be able to come in and test drive it the next day. There was some body damage to the vehicle that wasn't mentioned in the ad. Overall the servive was good.

The salesmen at Zara were professional and prompt to answer my questions about the 3
vehicles I test drove. They seem to have good clean inventory and a good process. I didn't
end up purchasing from them but would consider them for a future vehicle.

Staff was helpful and friendly. They deal mostly in salvage titles which I am not interested in, so the non -salvage inventory was a bit limiting. After I told the guy that I did not want a salvage title he happily showed me a few things that had clean titles. He wasn’t pushy at all, very polite and helpful. I would return in the future if they had a car I was interested in.

My wife And i went in and drove 3 BMW's the staff was great and didn't pressure us at all and told us if we didn't see the.one we like now check back in a week cause the inventory is always changing

Description of the car was total opposite. Car was horrible, bunch of things that were not working, leaking oil. Customer service was really poor. Horrible experience overall

The dealership has been great on working with us. We are flying from Houston to Denver to get the car. They worked with us
on the deposit and have been very up front about a couple of minor issues that they are trying to resolve before we pick it up. I

Horrible. No knowledge about the car. Seemed shady. Neither key fob worked. Two of the salesmen just conversed in a foreign language. On the way out, we both thanked one guy and he just grunted.

Unbelievable poor customer experience! Even after offering to put money down to secure the purchase, multiple confirmation emails of two days and phone calls and commitment that I was traveling to purchase the vehicle, the Dealer Mastafa sold the vehicle to a walk-in because he was offered a higher price! Greed was chosen over a good customer experience!! Shame on them!! I would avoid this Dealership at all costs!!

You asked me to hold the vehicle and I informed you that it cannot be done without a deposit. I offered for you to call and give me a deposit over the phone and you said you would do it the next day. I did not hear from you until about 1:30 pm the next day which at that time I had a customer sitting in my chair finalizing the paperwork. Dealers never got back to me. I had to call them. But they did answer my question on vehicle about salvage titles. And cashier check only, no financing.

outstanding experience. Moath Darwish was awesome in getting us a great deal on a car. No games, told what we had to spend and got us into a great vehicle. Easy to setup appointments and even had car started and warmed up for test drive! Let me take it to a mechanic to look it over without any issues or complaining. The vehicle was in great shape and sealed the deal. Smooth and fast transaction. Let him know what you want and he can find it.
