To be honest the car was available and I told the lady I spoke with there “lets get the ball rolling” on this specific car I had a 2022 Cadillac CT5 premium Luxury to trade in so essentially I was downgrading to save money they sold the car on me after I made it abundantly clear I wanted the car. Instead they ask me to look at their inventory for another car when I had already specified my interest in the 2018 BMW 5series E Drive AWD it was the perfect price to help me reduce my debt while not sacrificing to much on a downgrade Cannot say I’ll be doing business with them OR CONSIDER them for business again YOUR INTEREST MEANS NOTHING THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT A HOLD ON THE CAR EVEN AFTER I TOLD THE LADY I WANTED IT
I’m gonna be honest with you don’t waste your time. They don’t get back to calls , on the listing they mention one owner once I receive the Carfax it’s three owners on the post no damage recorded to the car on the Carfax. Two damage reported very poor communication. They don’t call back. It looks like they don’t wanna make sales.

The sale Ashley gave me an attitude when I gave my offer to the car. They have been lowered the priced multiple times, she laughed at the customer when they make an offer, no wonder they got 3 stars review.

Overall terrible experience. Initially reached out on a car that looked like a great deal - texted and called back and forth with them on & off for about 3
weeks, and finally got a sales associate on the phone. They wont do any deals out of state, and wont give you a sales price without going in - based off
of the other reviews, it seems like their only tactic is a bait & switch, and tacking on addtl fees at the time of signing. Its a shame dealers like this are even
allowed to sell cars - it makes the wading through never ending crappy dealership's even worse.

This dealership is a scam! I drove from PA to see this car and it wasn’t what I expected . The brakes needed changing, you had to press all the way done to stop. The screen was broke and the carpet was worn. Really WORN! I saw the metal of the car! Then they charged you $3k extra for their inspections ! Why am I paying for them to have the car inspected ! A total scam!!

Called to purchase the car, and ask if the car can be bought out with Cash. They said it could be, I then drove about 2 hrs, I arrived, ASK AGAIN if the car could be bought out with cash. They said YES AGAIN, sat me down for an hr only to come back to say it couldn’t be bought cash… Smh don’t waste your time with this place …

I went there everyone was lovely except the guy who was assigned to help me. He’s so impersonal he’s talking at me instead of to me and constantly on his phone. Then when I asked for a test drive of the car I actually wanted he’s telling me I have to drive a similar car because the one I want is the show room car. And he’s acting like i dont know anything about Mercedes Benz cars by the was because I was driving and infinity. He’s saying it’s a step up for me , like I’m sorry what ? . Then when we were going for the test drive he’s telling me he thought we was gonna go and pick up my down payment and come back .
To answer the question I was in the neighborhood and decided to pop by so I didn’t have the money on me, but how dear him to make that assumption lol. I told him I had an appointment and was killing time so I stop by to se the car in person. So I canceled the test drive because I’ve driven the 300 coupe AMG before so I left , and didn’t go back.
Went to checkout a grey 2024 bmw x5. The vehicle had damage to th3e purple 48v mild hybrid cable, the hood was miss-aligned, the engine cover was not secured as i lifted it right off the engine. They had no idea (9r at least said they didnt) what the history of this car was. Absolutely terrible.

Horrific experience. Have 750+ credit score and ran 8 times before I even asked for best interest rate. Ruined my credit before even anything happened. 39 grand for a 25 grand car advertised overall. Says they are optional packages but added a mysterious 14 grand and would not change price when I asked despite them relying to reviews saying it was optional and that they ran credit if it was not the best. Mines 760. Total scam. Do not buy from here.

Usually have a bad feeling when Iâm dealing with auto dealers , and this
one lived up to the hype I called initially they told me no dealer fee (as you
read above in previous review ) when I got there itâs $1000 , then as we are
closing deal they want to hit me with a TPP package which covers a
bunch of bull and not the engine or anything pertinent for $ 3600 on top
of that , wonât sell me the car without it , next to use their lenders with
outrageous rates, save your time and energy and hold on to your wallet
when dealing with these guys total waste of time BEWARE BAIT AND

We do not have any fees, and we simply offered a protection plan.
If the 47 lenders that are nationwide are offering you rates that you are not happy with due to your own credit we cannot help with that. We do not charge any dealer fees whatsoever. We have not a $1 in dealer prep, reconditioning, or any other bogus upcharge of dealer fees.

We traveled over 2 hours to see an auto with an appointment scheduled. We had to wait one and a half hours for the car to get to the dealership. The manager was nice however, he continued to say the car was only 10 minutes away for over an hour.
We decided to stay and see the car which was not as advertised. The car may have a clean car fax however that is likely due to the previous owner never reporting any damage. The car was only a few years old and had light damage to the lift gate with rusting and damage to the front bumper which was not in the pictures. Every panel of this car had dings, scratches and other blemishes.
I did see the car was removed from car gurus and relisted with a price drop only then to be relisted back at the price because car gurus was suspicious of the low price not stating it was a great deal but unspecified. Very shady business unfortunately. Hopefully they get their act together.
