Absolutely terrible experience. I submitted a full credit application, license, and insurance for a 2025 Cadillac Escalade and told the salesman I was driving over 1 hour from Miami to buy the vehicle. He confirmed it was available and I clearly stated I was 100% ready to purchase. After arriving, I was told someone who walked in 10 minutes before me was buying the car—despite my prior commitment and paperwork. They wasted 3 hours of my day with no solution or accountability. Even worse, they still ran my credit, damaging my score for a vehicle they never intended to sell me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This dealership does not value serious buyers and clearly lacks integrity.

The dealer will lie to you. They asked for me to verify funds, send a pic of license and some other info to
start the purchase and confirm price agreement. Jimmy Jr stated they had the car and it was available.
We scheduled a flight down to pick up the vehicle. When I asked for a virtual tour of the car before
coming from SC, the vehicle was suddenly on loan. I waited a week, called back and asked about the
Yukon, and now Carlos stated it was on site and they have keys in hand. I asked for a purchase
agreement and clarification on "government" fees, all of a sudden the car was "actually on loan and not
on site as previously thought!" They are scammers! Buyer beware.

They put a car they don't have to fish you as a client when they called me they said they have the car when I got there they say they sold it and try to set me a differnt car with 40k more then the price I didn't appriciate they let me drive for 40 minutes and get this situation will never go to them

These guys are liars, I put down a $1,000 deposit on an Escalade-V and was told I would have to wait 3-4 months for it to come in. 6 months
later they tell me they have no idea when if ever it would be coming in. Be careful when dealing with this dealer because they will just lie to
you to try to get money from you. I would shop at a different dealership unless you like being lied to. Carlos was my sales rep and could care
less about refunding my money since they knew they just took it to gather deposit money from unsuspecting consumers.

My husband and I had a good experience buying our new vehicle at Vera Cadillac Buick GMC. The sales people were not pushy and listened
to what we were looking for. We had a vehicle already in mind they were prompt with the test drive and we had a smooth buying experience.

The dealership contacted me in the middle of the night! Made arrangements for a test drive and delivered the car to my home after detailing the car. The entire process was quick and painless! Highly recommend Them and my sales person Hodari! Bazemore.

Not sure why there is a disconnect between the price shown on CarGurus and the dealer...false advertising???

generally good. I am weighing my options at this time especially
in view of the the corona virus going around. Needed more specific help in using my 18 years of GM loyalty ( perhaps in place of the competitive $1500.00 lease
option) but didn't feel that was going to stick over the phone. Salesmen was cordial though. Vera appears to have the best deal for an Encore still if they open up on
the $1500.00 lease requirement.

Terrible experience. After having a car on their lot for over 3 months they can’t say what it’s price is. There are questions in Car-fax report that require answers. They won’t answer them. They want you to travel 30 miles to have their slick, different story by everyone you speak to sales sharks sit you down and convince you. They claim it’s policy not to discuss vehicles over the phone.

I had asked the dealer to put the car on reserve for the following day for me to look at it. Once I was done inspecting the Escalade we found out this vehicle was not the Escalade I was hoping to buy. It had been sold! This would have been my second Escalade to buy within 4 months from this dealer. Needless to say I was very disappointed. How does this happen?

Actually pretty fast as far as car dealers go. Other places did not even bother to call. I spoke to someone about the car and when I asked for more photos aside from what was online, they got them for me themselves and I know they didn’t have to do that. Good people.

I love this place, i live in the local area and myself and my friends have purchased vehicles here for years. Always, always, always a nice experience and courteous staff. Grateful to know a dealership that I don’t have to be afraid to go to! Recently I shopped for a vehicle for my son and his family, young couple. I brought them to Vera because I know that its a place that they can count on now and in the future! The owners son Chris, sales manager, is a very sweet and nice young man.

Car shopping is never easy, and especially when you have to do it unexpectedly. I contacted Vera after I was in accident and my car was a total loss. My credit is not very good because of some medical bills. This dealer took the time to work with me above and beyond my expectations. Other dealers turned me away. I felt like they cared about my situation and understood my credit circumstances. They worked with their finance companies to get me approved. I recommend this dealer because they are totally different from what I have experienced in the past. They told me they are family owned and operated. It sure does feel like family!!

What a nice experience! I was contacted promptly after putting in my request. They let me know the vehicle was still available and I made an appointment to see it. When I arrived the vehicle was already waiting for me at the front with my name on a reserved sign. No dealer has ever done that for me before! I test drove the car and was invited inside to sit with my sales consultant who was very courteous! Ask for Colombian Jorge! They offered me bottled water and a snack bar, but i had coffee from a very nice coffee machine, had not seen one like that before. I told them I was not buying right at that moment and their attitude did not change! Still treated me like never before. He explained to me the service department, and apparently they have a 3 day money back guarantee!! Awesome place, awesome experience!

I was contacted by Vera on the La Crosse. After several days of talking
back and forth, we made a deal. I asked them if they were sure about the
deal, and they said yes on June 6, 2018. It takes just about 2 hours to
drive from where I live to Pembroke Pines, FL. I got to the dealership about
1:30 PM. I was greeted with friendly smiles, (beware!). Thinking all I had to
do was have them inspect my car, sign the papers, go to the bank and get
a cashiers check, pay for the car and drive away. Well, that didn't happen.
They kept coming up with excuses and made me wait a full two hours
before they told me they couldn't do the deal. But asked me what more I
would pay to drive the car home that day? I was very disappointed in the
way they treated me as a customer. I had to drive back home on I-95
during rush hour traffic. The experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Be very cautious if you are going to do business with this company.

I did buy the truck. Vince my car salesman was very professional and willing to keep me as a satisfied buyer. He was honest and tried his best to get me a the best deal. The down side and the rating is because the dealer kept me waiting for over 6 hours just to write the contract....Too long.

Went in with pre-approved finacing and terms. This dealership would not use them. Instead wants to stick you with their financing at over double the interest. Why should they care where you finance as long as they get their money. Don't trust these people. Their only good thing was that the salesman tried to do his best, but their financing department is a rip off.

Talked with the internet dept. on phone about a specific car I wanted to trade for. I was told they were "very aggressive" on valuing trades. Based upon that I drove 240 miles roundtrip from the west coast of Florida to the east coast and back. They weren't even close to a trade in value that I had from a dealer near my home. Drove back home and bought the car from the dealer near me that offered a fair trade allowance. The Vera people were courteous and professional, just not willing to deal as they said they would on the phone.
