Eh. Manager automatically on defensive of concerns we raised. Basically stating, in a oh so polite way, it's 13 years old what do you expect, we checked the engine. Our issue was a possible frame issue from a possible accident that was not reported to car fax. I'm not really sure sure if it was because the concern was coming from a woman or not, but he did not even say, "let me have someone address this concern and get an answer for you so you feel comfortable making this purchase." Instead we got " we put about $1800 per vehicle checking them out." To what? To make sure it will pass inspection?
Dealer was fantastic. Replied within minutes of me emailing them. This was an out of state purchased. They were in touch with me the whole time. If I had any questions they always responded in a timely manner. Zoya was great from the beginning. And Patrick from the finance dept was very diligent. Can't say enough good things about Sullivan's.

Everything from knowing where the car came from thru financing and signing the papers was made known to me so that there was nothing hidden. Scott which was my point person or salesman is a veteran at this game. He guided me thru the whole process without any hiccups and I purchased my 2012 Ford expedition with only 18,000 miles on it unheard of. Probably the three least used words for describing a used car dealer. Yet, Sullivan Auto Trading was
exactly that. Their dealership was bright, clean, and modern. Their staff knew their stuff, and most
importantly they were sensitive to my needs and situation and got me the deal that was right for me. I
was in and out in an hour with my new Abarth!
I couldn't recommend them more.
Very prompt with reaching out to me. Made me a good deal if it was
all it was said to be. I was unable to get there to look at it. I was
hospitalized for a week. It sold and I believe it will make the buyer a
good vehicle. Thanks for your trying to get me in the truck just wasn’t
meant to be. I would deal with this dealership again. Very pleased with

I had a great experience at Sullivan Auto Trading. The staff was friendly and
professional. They had the car I inquired about. I drove it, liked it, gave me
a fair price for my trade in and the financing process was smooth and
relatively quick. They even touched up a few scratches, gave me the touch
up paint and replaced a side panel that was broken. I was in and out in only
a few hours with the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend their
service.

Ripoff dealer. Watch out!!!! They don't list it anywhere but when you go there you find out they charge a $1,000 ($989) processing fee. I went in to buy a $2200 car and they wanted to charge me an extra thousand for processing fees. Ridiculous. Now they have raised the price of the car to $3400 and they will still want the $1,000 fee. Watch out!!!!

Everyone was nice. The salesman didn’t seem to want to help. He just sit at his desk and told me about cars. He never showed me anything. When I ask to see the car that I came for he pulled it out and gave me the keys and told me to come back when ever. After they found out my credit was not good they wanted to give me a 2011 with 22% Interest. They didn’t want to help at all. I don’t recommend This place to anyone.
Best customer service that we've ever experienced! My wife and I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and was so worth it! Scott was the salesman that helped us from the beginning and beyond the end of the process. Every employee that we came in contact with from the office to the shop were friendly and personable. We have already recommended this dealership to others and will be coming back for future purchases!
We were an out-of-state buyer, so please consider that in reading my review. They were very quick to respond when I first contacted them, and we were able to quickly come to an agreement on price. The vehicle is in excellent shape, and exactly what we needed, and even with low mileage to boot!
I did have difficulty in getting the right people on the phone during the process of arranging delivery and getting a final price. I called several times, and did not get a phone call back. Again, I attribute part of this to the fact that I am out-of-state. If they had returned calls on time, it would be a 5-star experience.
However, once that was resolved, the vehicle showed up as advertised, and they got us what we wanted.
Everyone there was extremely friendly especially the owner. BUT, I came there to look at a specific car and arranged a day and time to come see it. When I got there the car was not there. It wasn’t scheduled to come in for 4/5 more days. I had driven an hour to come see a car that was not there and the salesman did not coordinate that with me.

Buying a used car is frustrating and sometimes you don’t know if you’re getting a fair deal. At Sullivan Auto Trading you can feel comfortable knowing you’re getting a great deal without the headaches. This is a family owned business and they treat you like you’re one of them. Very happy with my car from Sullivan. Hi-Res pictures and talking with Josh (in Sales) gave me enough confidence to purchase out of state before seeing the car in person. 2012 Pilot I bought was as just as great as advertised, better than others I checked in person that were priced higher. The minor blemishes (few small scratches and windshield chips) were fixed on site before I drove away. Their ability to handle out of state registration and financing so quickly saved me a lot of time and hassle. Highly recommend these guys.

I was buying my first car, and I’m glad I ended up buying through Sullivan. Brian delivered the car personally to my home, 4 hours away, the day after I put a deposit on the car sight unseen. In finance, Will had built up an incredible rapport that I felt comfortable with the entire transaction. After having previous bad experiences with large dealerships trying to hoard my time and requiring me to make multiple inquiries to get a straight answer, it was a breeze to work w/them. I now feel great about my purchase every time I get into my car.

Can not recommend Sullivan enough. The sales team are friendly and amazingly responsive, the Sullivan Brothers themselves could not have been more helpful, and my experience with them was the most above-board, well-explained experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer. My original contact was Brian, who heard I was in a huge hurry that morning and pulled the car out of the detail line so I could see it (suds and all), and Will was so easy to work with for financing and warranty. Whole heartedly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great deal on a car.

-Traveled 7 hours for this car, when i arrived the car was dirty and couldn't
be inspected until part arrived so i was there an extra 4 hours!
- They also threw away my plates ( by mistake) on the car i traded in
towards
-Fast forward to today (9/4) and i still dont have new plates and now they
are asking me to fax and send them insurance info that they already had to
begin with when i first drove down there to purchase car. so now i had to
take off more time at work and do the work i already paid for them to do.
-there is a 700$ processing fee that they charge you. this is a part of
processing.. why wasnt/ isnt this done. based on my experience, i do not
recommend this dealship.

Trey was nice enough. He did not push for the sale and allowed us to roam
the lot at our leisure. The 2014 Honda Civic we went to the lot to see was
filthy inside and out and smelled of animals, mold, air freshener and other
unidentifiable odors. This is AFTER Sullivan's detailing. After looking over a
few other cars we determined we were not comfortable with the quality of
their cars and took our business elsewhere.

No hassle responded right away
I exhanced a few emails with sales representative, Jon
Mendez. I never gave an exact time I would show up but
when I did he was receptive. I looked at a 2011 Ford
Escape XLT. Mr. Mendez was knowledgeable and patient
as I checked out the Escape. Everything looked good and
the detail job was great. There was absolutely no
pressure or stress on closing on the vehicle. Once I
decided I was going to purchase the vehicle, the finance
representative, Mr. Sullivan, was exactly the same as the
sales rep. No pressure. Yes, the $788 dealer fee does
seem high at first. But... it includes every fee that any
other dealer would make you pay. Processing fees,
document fees, etc. They are very upfront with where
your money is going. On top of that, they are one of the
few dealers to offer any type of warranty on a used
vehicle. Always a plus. Another thing I appreciated was
that they didn't try to force any type of crazy add-ons. I
would recommend Sullivan Auto Trading Inc. to anyone.

I bought a VW Passat, great looking car with only 25K miles. On our way home we had some
mechanical issues (within 2 hrs of getting the car), the car had just been to VW for a recall and that
work was not done well. Sullivan Auto Trading was extremely receptive and sent a tow truck to repair
the car (still under Warranty from VW) they also fixed a sensor in the door that we would have never
know have we not driven the car at night. The bottom line is that yes we had some "bad luck" with the
car at first but S.A.T. really went above and beyond to resolve the matter and provided me with a loaner
in the meantime.
I would recommend anyone to buy a car with them. They really solved my problem and I would
absolutely by from them again. Thank you to Brad and Trey who were on top of it and were able to turn
a potentially really bad situation to one in which a customer writes a good review. Thanks again!
I drove home My 2010 Cadillac SRX yesterday thanks to this wonderful dealership! With my limited funds and fair credit I thought “no-way” but Austin is the man!! If Austin can’t get you a deal no one can! But not only Austin, Josh And Brad we’re just as wonderful! The staff there is friendly and so accommodating. Brad even had the car already pulled up waiting for my arrival from West Virginia and while finishing up paper work had it running and AC going for me. Every question, email and text (and there were many) was answered, which helped reassure me about driving 4.5 hours to possibly buy a car. Also the car was exactly as it was stated online and pictures true. I couldn’t be more happier!!

Although I imagine all dealerships are this way, I was disappointed that
when I made an appointment to see the car, they hadn't checked to see if it
was in working order. The battery was dead and we had to wait a
while...then when we do get to drive it, it appeared that despite a clear
CarFax report, it had damage on the front driver side bumper. The place is
very busy and I guess this is a busy time of year for them. Everyone was
nice enough, but it did seem like we weren't serious customers. I had
bought a car there four years earlier and the experience was better then.

Good dealer.
I travelled a long distance to test drive a vehicle. They obviously did not check the vehicle out mechanically before putting it on the lot. There was a very loud noise coming from the front, passenger side wheel. It was most likely a wheel bearing, but it should have been fixed before the vehicle went up for sale. They took the vehicle into the shop to be fixed immediately when I pointed out the issue. I was still interested in the car, but after realizing that it was not properly gone through, I had no intention of paying full price. They basically refused to negotiate a lower price. If you plan to buy from them, I would try to negotiate a way to have a mechanic you trust go over the vehicle top to bottom before you make a purchase.
Staff was very friendly. Called and they provided answers to all my questions, I then drove the 1 1/2 hours to check out the vehicle. Once I was there and checked out the vehicle I found out that they have no even looked it over. It had almost 2 quarts of extra oil and a engine tick. They immediately put it in the shop to get looked at, after almost 2 hours they told me they are going to take it to the dealership the following morning to get it looked at and repaired. A few days later I called to get an update and I was informed that they sold the vehicle. So they sold a vehicle knowing that it was broken.

Was sent a preliminary e-mail, but no follow through.
Zero customer service skills. The sales associate talked
to me in a way that simply implied that they don’t need
my business. I drove 40 miles to see the vehicle, but I
was completely turned off by the sales rep. He simply
gave me an impression that I cannot afford to buy the
vehicle that I solely went there for. Therefore, I should
look for something else.
Obviously, I know what I wanted and I was willing to pay
the price they were asking, but I see no reason why I
should give my business to someone who doesn’t really
appreciate it.
A sales representative contacted me and I traveled two hours to see the car and was very disappointed. First of all the vehicle had absolutely no gas so I had to
wait for someone to refuel it. Secondly they had trouble opening the trunk and they couldn’t get the convertible top to work, additionally was car was rather dirty.

They called in a timely manner
I live 1 and 1/2 hours from the dealer. Talked to salesman on phone and
asked if there were any issues with the car that the photos on your site did
not reveal. He said no and we set up a visit. As I was getting in my car to drive to the dealership, he called back to tell me there were "surface scratches" on the exterior
paint, but that his body shop man wold have them "buffed out" in an hour. When I arrived at the dealership, the "surface scratches" turned out to be scratches not only
to the clear coat but to the paint itself. In addition, there were three noticeable dings on the trunk and sides of the car and several paint chips touched up with paint that
didn't match the original paint on the car. The salesman assured me he could have everything repaired in 2 days. The salesman's manager then came over to assure me
they would take care of all the body work in two days if I paid a $500 deposit on the car. When I asked if the deposit was refundable he said "No." Needless to say, I
didn't bite.

calls. We decided this was the car for us. I am so impressed with Sullivan
Auto. Salesman was 5 stars and more. He was so pleasant and helpful.
The financial gentleman was one of the owners. He was so very thorough
and took time to talk about himself, family and cars he owned which
impressed my husband. He explained all details about getting title, license
tags, service agreement, etc. I think the most impressive thing he said was,
"God bless you" before we left. That was sincere so give them a call on

We purchased the 2010 Nissan Titan Pro-4X from Sullivan. We live 1000 miles away from their dealership but they could not have been more helpful. The salesman, checked for rust spots for us, checked out the truck bed for damage, checked for dings on the body, etc. and when he found a damaged on the scratched rear bumper he tested the back up sensors and realized one of them had also been damaged so they replaced the bumper and sensors. The Manager was exceptionally nice and helped us find a good airport to fly into to pick up the vehicle. He had all the paperwork ready and every detail was addressed. We were very impressed. It was anxiety city for our first time doing an online vehicle purchase so far from home. But it was exceptional service and the vehicle was exactly as quoted. My son is on the road today driving it home and it is wonderful to hear the lilt in his voice when he speaks of this truck. He is thrilled with it's high quality. Thank you for your superior service.

We purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude at Sullivan Auto Trading.
This family owned business was easy to deal with and the Jeep was what
they claimed it was. The financing by Austin went without a hitch and he
helped us set it up so that my 18 year old daughter could start making
payments and building credit. The only thing to know is that they have a
non-negotiable $589 processing fee so that will be added onto the price

higher than we were used to. Finally, Will the sales manager was helpful
and straight forward.

Car was straight from an auction. Serpentine belt was cracked and may have
made it through VA inspection but would never go through MD inspection.
Dealer said he would guarantee it would pass MD. He even offered to mail
the serpentine belt to me instead of putting it on the car. Salesman said it
was a good deal and they were losing money on the car. Not a very positive
experience at all. Car may have been fine. Just my experience with those I
dealt with was not top notch.

This is a small dealer but with quality cars. Even though I didn't end up buying the vehicle I was looking at the experience was positive. The salesman was friendly and followed up on my calls/emails. I believe the management was honest in their negotiations with me. Overall I would recommend this dealership.

Very happy with the help and knowledge of the Sullivan Auto

that was needed at our county home in Providence Forge ... these
folks are all right and I would suggest them to all looking for a
quality used vehicle!

Dealer was friendly. Car was not ready to be driven, it was going to the shop for repairs. Automated follow up emails were kind of rude.

I had a great experience. I was contacted within
4hrs. I went to test drive the car that evening. I
was approved and left with my car the next
evening. Rob and Austin made this a seamless
and pleasant car buying experience for me! My
car was in exceptional condition , drives
smoothly and any of the small things will be
taken care of. The guys were very friendly,
professional and transparent...the office was
well maintained and professional as well. I
would recommend this dealership to anyone...
They did a great job of contacting and selling their dealership and
vehicle. In the end, when I went down to visit, I decided to go with
another vehicle in their inventory. I worked with Will, one of the "Sullivan
Boys", who stayed late one night just to wait for me to be able to get
down and see the vehicles. He took my wife and myself on a tour of his
facility (which is as complete as any big time dealership but on a more
"mom and pop" size set-up so that he can know and see exactly what is
going on). It is obvious when you walk in that they move some stock
through their facility. The place was a clean as I have ever seen the
inside of a car shop that moves as much inventory as they do.
When we got in to talk about the vehicle we decided on Will helped us
choose the right warranty and then made me feel so comfortable with
him and his facility that I am dropping my Van off to get worked on when I
pick up the "new" one.
With service that is second to none both in timely response to questions
and comments via text and his flexibility in repairs and delivery (it has sat
on his lot for a week while we try to coordinate when I can get back down
there to pick it up) I do not think it would have been humanly possible to
get better service than I have gotten from Will Sullivan. In fact, he will be
staying late tonight to deliver my "new" 2006 Toyota Sienna. If you want
one of the vehicles on his lot, pull the trigger and just do it. Will
....will...make you so very glad that you did.

Car had major body damage. Dealer act like he did know it was their.
Dealer also tried to say the car was worth $8500. I check the blue book
value myself before I got there in good condition the car was valued at
$5800 but the car was actually in fair condition
Scott Riley at Sullivan Auto Trading was very easy to work with. Very
responsive in returning phone calls and emails. Once we looked at the car
and drove it, he made absolutely sure that everything on it was in good
working order. Scott was very focused on making sure that we were happy
with the car, and I have to say that we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Very friendly atmosphere, no pressure, and salesman was very forthcoming about issues with any of the cars we were considering. Quite refreshing considering the typical reputation of used car dealers. Very knowledgeable about all vehicle systems as well. We were particularly impressed with Bryce's professionalism.
