Horrible. Had me confirm my appointment for that day & i get there & they are closed. The car i was interested in was out, so i got to see it. I drove an hour to get there. Spoke to someone on phone next day about the car & didn’t want to work out a deal.

Five stars for the sales staff employees I worked with on my visit and test drive.
Zero stars for their leadership/ownership on their used car online listing price policy vs. the
actual price onsite once you get there. The "price" is not the "price". Shopper beware!
Get the actual price with their multiple dealership add on fees before you spend hours
here like I did.
Quick response when I inquired about the car! Kia was very nice! My daughter was greeted by Dara who took care of my daughter only 25 unlike many other shady characters on this hunt! Lost a star for the silly $1200 safety inspection fee, but great service, sealed a deal within a few hours! Happy customer overall! 48k later!
Sales team was responsive. No ones fault but played phone tag for a couple days. By the time we connected had made a deal at another store. When I spoke to the sales person they asked if we were still interested and I told her no but thanks for reaching out. She hung up on me mid sentence. Rude. Will not consider next time in the market.
I was ready to buy at the advertised price + usual fees and tax. They texted on a Saturday. I texted back questions Saturday, no response. I texted Monday morning, no response. I called Monday, spoke to a manager who said a salesman would call. They texted Tuesday and sent a NEW price that included a $2000 "market adjustment" and a $1600 "safety inspection." I did not agree to their new price. Salesman offered price of "$34000 out the door" including all taxes, fees and delivery. He would not tell me when the car would be delivered until I wired the money.The sales manager had said there was a shortage of drivers so it may be a week. Salesman said 1-2 days. I agreed to the $34,000 offer. He then called me and said his boss would not agree to $34,000, and wanted $34,500. I said no. He called back 10 minutes later and said $34,250. I said no again. I never heard back. I think they are dishonest with their advertised price. Read everything if you choose to deal with them.

Contacted quickly but didn't make the deal
They were prompt to return a call. However, the dealer fee of $995 & The Toyota $1295 safety inspection fee came with no guarantees, but sure added to the overall price. Also if you put $ down with a credit card to hold the vehicle, just plan on using it to pay down by& not getting that refunded back promptly. Went ahead &filed a dispute just to make sure it's returned. Fancy dealership. Salespeople seem nice. Quality car, that's what matters...
Sorry, the only reason I give you one star was that you called. You don't throw a price for a car to a buyer at $4995 and find out after you've made a reasonable offer to jack the price up $2000. And the fact that the sales lady Beverly just blew me off and my offer off with a NO and says thanks for your interest and hangs up on me. Glenn, the store manager tries to smooth things over in an email but nothing happens but a call back from another sales person to tell me that vehicle is now $6995. They need to check their reviews, not good.

This dealership pretended to still have the car that I was requesting just to get me to come to the dealership. Once I got there the sales person informed me that it was already sold and attempted to sale me something outside of my price range. Scammers

BAIT AND SWITCH is the name of their game. Called and they told me the car was in even after I told them I was 45 minutes away. I saw the other reviews say the same thing but thought I would be lucky. Unless you don't mind buying another car when they don't have the one you want then you will be fine. Why 2 stars, because they were nice people but dang, don't have us driving up there of the car we want is not there.

We had an appointment, but walked in and was seated. Then we were told some guy would take care of us and he walked us outside towards the vehicle in the lot, but he could not find it. Then we walked back in and waited for him to find it. After he found it, he had to come in and get the key. The vehicle was dirty. You can tell it was I kept, and it sounded and ran terrible! Once we got in to test drive, he got in too. This threw me off because this is the first place in years to require a salesman to ride with potential customers. His breath was so bad that we couldn’t go as far as the first red light and return back to the dealership. I WILL NEVER VISIT SMT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY ASSOCIATES THERE.

VERY, VERY poor ethics from this company. They showed 2 vehicles for a week on their website for a low
price, but if you inquired on those vehicles you were told "those 2 aren't available, but we'd be happy to sell you
these other cars". It was clear the original 2 vehicles were either never there, or were sold long ago, but were
left there to entice customers and then do a "bait and switch". Responses and tone were very rude. I would
not consider buying from this dealership.

This car was sold however the internet sales representative sent me a comparable vehicle. After a few emails I explained to her what SI was looking for and what my bottom line offer out the door was. She replied by saying “awesome, what time can you be here?” When I arrived to the dealership, the “individual” I had been emailing was unavailable so I was given another sales rep. He explained he had all the details the internet sales rep and I communicated to include cost. After test driving the car he then says that I couldn’t get the car at the price discussed and he didn’t know why the internet sales representative told me I could, he explained she was just trying to get me to come in, and that internet sales reps do not have the authority to quote prices

A horrible experience. I set up an appointment to see and test drive the car. When I got there even a little sooner than planned I was told the car was sent to auction. I drove 45 minutes to see this car and a phone call was all I would expect. I was not happy at all with there way of doing business.

Drove an hour and a half to just look at the truck. We ended up buying it and everyone was super nice and I feel like we walked away with a super great deal!
I went to look at three used RAV4's listed and none of them was there. Salesman tried to talk
me into a new car with fewer amenities. It felt like a bait and switch.

I called about this Infinity G37×. I spoke with Janequa.. I asked her was the car still there? I informed her that I would be driving from another part of Georgia for this particular car. She called the cars year, make, model and color out and said yes it's here. Actually we're having our black Friday sale clearance. So you'll ride off with it. 2 hours later my husband and I finally made it to the dealership. For another dealer by the name of Sean to come out. After I tell him the dealer that I spoke with. He went in the tell her we were there. For him to come back out and say, your looking for the 2010 Infinity G 37x. Oh we sent it to the auction last week. My confused Me confused.. When a person call about a particular vehicle, please stop tell customers anything to get them there. That's very rude and disrespectful. Not to mention a waste of time.

Sales rep said there is a Flat vehicle restoration charge of $1450 which includes wash and vacuum, and tires and brakes as needed. And I can not buy their used car without paying this charge on top of their advertised price. In a condescending manner, his manager came and told me that I was there only because they advertised lowest price on the internet. Da..!

I inquired about a pre-owned vehicle to see if it was still available. I was told it was still available and planned to go the next day. Something came up where I couldn’t make it the next day, but instead the following day. So I emailed twice to let them know I would be in the following day and to check if it would still be a good time to come in. No response. I figured I’d still go in despite not hearing back from the person I’d been in contact with. Just to be sure it was still available and hadn’t been sold, I called before making the over one hour trip. The woman I spoke with said the vehicle was still available and I told her I was on my way shortly. Got to the dealership less than 3 hours from the phone call only to find out the car had been sold. Could it have been sold in under 3 hours since confirming it was available? Sure. But a text, voicemail, or email would have saved me 3 hours (over an hour each way plus time sitting in the dealership) and gas money. Shop elsewhere!

The lady was very nice and straight up on the phone. Told me that if I wanted the car I would need to hurry because a lot of people are interested, and a day later the car got sold.
The staff was nice, patient and answered all of my questions. I knew the type of car that I wanted and did my research on the car before I went to the dealer (i.e. market price, car fax, taxes, fees, finance). I would recommend a buyer do their research before purchasing a car. Ask about the price and all applicable fees upfront. Don’t be afraid to challenge the cost presented to you.

The worst experience EVER!!! I purchased a Mercedes back in January from another dealer. I had an amazing experience! However I have sooooo much to say about this dealership. It was Pure hell! My oil was leaking by the time I got on the freeway, tire not properly put on, bad tires and the list continues! My safety was put at complete risk! I have pictures and videos to prove it!!! I showed the manager he didn’t give a damn! Contracts were not explained. I was rushed out! I was lied to about my extended warranty! Customer service sucks! GM the worst! The care salesman never even did a follow up phone call! I will never ever in my entire life purchase a car there ever again! I want no parts of them! I Will be leaving reviews and contacting corporate.

Came there to get the 2018 camry, which is posted online. Dealer told me they didn't have it, and spent 3 hours trying to convince me to get 2019 and told me that they will
try to get me the same "numbers" as the 18. (obviously that's a lie) but since I needed a car, I stayed for 3 hours trying to tell them my budget. its called a damn budget
because I cannot afford more than that. Guess they don't speak or understand english very well. They knew damn well I was sick and coughing up a lung that day and I'm
sure they could care less. The dealer's manager even told me they didn't have any more 18 and kept trying to argue that they can't do my budget price for the 19. So I was
sitting there like... ok then don't offer me something you can't change the price on and PROMISED ME otherwise. My sister called next day and they told her they have 18.
So I came and bought the 18. Thanks for the wasted time. LIARS. LIARS. LIARS.

Did buy the car because my wife loved it. I would not deal with them again, I wish that I had read the other reviews first. They are a very accurate description of this dealer. I contacted them to be sure that they were open (weather complications). They were open and let me know that the car I was interested in was available. 30 minutes later I got a call to let me know that the car was set to go to auction today, so they wanted to make sure that I was coming. I called them to let them know that I was.
When we got there, it was a lot of confusion about where the car was, and people kept saying that they hoped it was still here. Finally someone told us that it was down the road, at another lot. We got to negotiating, and the online advertised price was sudden inflated over $3000 with add on fees. Worked out a deal, but not at all what I expected. They also won't fix the power mirrors that they somehow missed on the $1123 "inspection".The manager hasn't returned my call.

Deceiving! Don’t waste your time at this dealership, they’re just looking for someone to take advantage of. Called and asked about a escape before driving two hours, was told the price was negotiable in person..the lady knew I how long the drive was that I was making. Car Listed at $14,275 and by the time they added on all of their “fees” out the door the price was over 18k and acted like they were doing me a favor when they took a fee off and brought it down to 17k. My budget was 15k and thought surely we can get it out the door at that if the price is negotiable. Nope!

Then three days after first Contact then they call me back and said that I would need to come in to discuss. By then I had already bought a another car. They just took too long over all to get back to me.

Worst car buying experience of my life. They had me sign the paperwork before I had a chance to test drive the car (it was out of gas). Then, after my test drive, they refused to take the car back. Said I'd already bought it. People like this are the very reason used car dealers have the lousy reputation they have. They're, shall we say, less than ethical. In states like Georgia, there is no protection from people like this when you buy a used car. I've been abused and taken advantage of by Stone Mtn Toyota and there's not a dang thing I can do about it. But I do want to help others avoid similar treatment.
Stone Mountain Toyota is engaging in unethical business practices, which I assume are probably legal. Of course "bait and switch" advertising is legal too, but it's not right. Even if it's "just business", mistreating people is never acceptable.
This is kind of a long, convoluted story, and every word is true. I'll be happy to share it with anyone who wants the details.

The phone experience was fine. However, the pricing was misleading.
The advertised price was low, but when the dealer added all the other
fees, I could almost buy a new Toyota Corolla LE. When a dealer adds
$699 - $899 in extra dealer fees, and about a $1,400 reconditioning
fee, that is just way to much. By advertising a low price and then
charging enormous extra fees, it turns customers off. There are some
dealers that don't charge any dealer fees or reconditioning fees. They
just don't have any pre-owned Corollas or I would go there.

They made an appointment for me to see and drive a car...when I arrived the person I was to meetwas not e en there. They found me another sales person who couldn't find the car. Once it was located it looked as if someone had thrown up in the car....it was filthy and had air fresheners stuck all over the inside.

Blake was wonderful and still helped me out afterwards. I saw they had a
lot of bad reviews, but given them a chance they stepped up to the plate. I
couldn't believe I was out on my way home within 3 hours with the car of

Terrible experience. Drove 4 hours for them to tell me they couldn't find the keys once I arrived. Called 4 times before making the drive to make sure everything was good to go. Should have trusted the terrible reviews and saved my time.

Dealer gave a “discount” of about $4K but then added about $4K for reconditioning and a protection package. Plus the required fees and taxes. Price was over $21K. We passed on this car and ended up getting a SXT model with more features and better overall price.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We made an appointment on Friday night to come see a car Saturday morning. Verified that the car was still there and for sale. When we arrived at the dealership they told us it was sold. Then in a few minutes was told it was not sold and on the lot. After another 20 minutes was told they could not find the keys but the car was there. Then was told the car was down the road and they found the keys. When we were headed to see the car they had another similar model that we using to go to the other lot. The manager then said that the car we came to see was actually on a truck to another dealership. We wasted an hour and half at the dealership and were told at least 5 different stories on the whereabouts of the car we came to see. Left the dealership and would warn others to stay clear of them.

I was very disappointed, because the store's Internet Manager wasn't present for my scheduled appointment. Moreover, I wasn't informed that the vehicle which interested me had already been sold. The salesman who assisted me (Fred) was cordial and polite, initially; but, quickly became rude & aggressive - when I informed him that I would not agree to make an "on-the-road" purchase decision!!

This dealership will say and do anything in order to bring potential customers in. I missed a day of work because i was told that the prices were negotiable and when i got there i was passed on to a different sales person. The sales manager told me that his sales reps will say anything to get people there. These are a bunch of typical "car salesman" without morals.

It took over an hour to locate the truck. The sales lady was fair but the general atmosphere of the dealership wasn’t pleasant. A manager completely destroyed a salesperson if the middle of the sales floor. Very unprofessional.

The test drive and the car were fine. The price seemed reasonable—until they tried to hit us with a bunch of fees, such as a “reconditioning fee.” Apparently the price of the car is to buy the car, but the reconditioning fee pays for them to fix up the car to sell it to you. The doc fee was the highest I’ve ever seen and in addition to other inflated fees that didn’t really make sense. While we expected to have to pay tax, tag, title, we weren’t expecting to be hit with a price 30% higher than the sticker price. If hidden fees are your game, go for it; we walked out Also the lot was crowded and difficult to find parking.

-Dealership waiting area was dirty.
-I returned to work with sales rep on purchase. Was told rep was helping another customer (A). Waited on rep to see a car. Rep showed me a CAR that was filthy. Then
asked me to get out of car so that Client (A) could test drive it. Terrible presentation
-Rep said another car was being prepped for me to look at so I patiently waited to see the second car. When the second car became available, the rep promptly bypassed
me and let Client A see that car also. Absolutely unprofessional service.
- I purchased from another dealer that valued my business.
RECOMMENDATION: TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER and CLEAN UP.

Very bad experience. Spent few hours on a 2017 Corolla and finally agreed to buy. He promised to add bumper to bumper 7 year extended warranty for additional price. After signing all documents the finance guy said it covers only power train. Then manager came and told I am stupid to assume full coverage. Will not suggest anyone to go there.

Very busy and when you call once about one vehicle they will call you 6 times
a day. No place to park and the sales person named Trevor was very rude
and told me I wouldnt find a good car for 5 grand which is all i could afford.
Joke's on him I found one for 4500 with less miles than the one he wanted to
sell me. also the actual website doesnt really tell which vehicles are at that
location.
Need Improvement Overall.

Will never purchase a vehicle another vehicle form this dealership. After the sale customer service was terrible. Took multiple calls to get someone to help. Calls were not returned for days.

Raised the price on the vehicle as I was on my way to see the it and test drive it. I saw it and was turned off. Didn't even set foot on their parking lot, I was so disgusted. I drove 3 hours with my little girl and her mother by the way. I should've taken head to another review that shared a similar experience. needless to say I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. I don't like to be totally negative so I will say that they do respond promptly to inquiries.

They told us car was available when we call. We were in the area and got there in less than 30mins. We we arrived they said some else had been looking at the car and just bought it. It would save us time if they had told us someone was test driving it when we call.

Terrible. I called them when I was on the way and was told how lucky I was
that the van was not sold and they would have it out front waiting for me
when I got there. When I got there they tried a bait and switch with another
van, because they didn't have the one they lied about. Then told me they
would have a couple more in a day or two, but of course they would be more
expensive. Lied to me and wasted my time with an hour long drive there and
back. Will tell all my friends not to go here.

The process was okay. I had to wait almost 2 days to drive the car. Someone texted me to come test drive the car but when I got there they said it wasn't ready. However in the end they got my 24 yr old daughter financing so everything ended up great. She loves the car!.

I had multiple contacts from multiple salespeople from this dealership, but I never could get any one of them to answer my questions about the car I was interested in. The dealer needs to assign responsibility for responding to CarGurus inquiries to one person to avoid all of the confusion.

I test drove a car (Camry 2016, 47 K miles) and decided to buy it. The sales person brought me the paper with total out-the-door price. It was 15,200 dollars. Me and my wife
wanted to compare between a new vehicle and this one because the difference was only 5K. We told him that we would be back the next day after seeing a new vehicle. The
sales person was very pushy. He didn't like my idea and he got angry. I asked him if he was the buyer what would he do. He agreed. Anyhow, next day after deciding for the
used vehicle when we went to the dealer, the sales person came up with a price of 18,350 dollars for the same vehicle. He added some extra fees which were not there day
before. We didn't agree. As we got up from the chair he teared our DL copies in front of us and threw them into trash can. Very rude....

On Saturday I got a call from two different people confirming my app. to look at the truck. at 4pm Eric called me and asked if I was coming I said yes on my way he said great the truck is here. My self, wife and two young girls left home drove an hoer and a half to the dealer. We saw the truck got in to take it for a test drive just to find out it was sold at 10am that same day this is not I will ever use or recommend. we did buy from Lagrange They are great
