Dealer went to get the keys for a test drive and never came back. Apparently car didn’t even start so dealership didn’t bother to check if it was operational. Car also smelled like cigarette smoke. I would never go back.

Terrible experience!! Bait and switch! Don’t
waste your time! I had an appointment on a
Thursday night to see the car and a few hours
before, they texted me and cxld telling me it
needed an inspection and detailing. I found
this odd because the sales rep said it had
been on the floor for two months. Why would
it need another inspection? She also said she
would let me know as soon as it was available.
I get a text at 7pm on Monday evening telling
me it’s ready and asking me when I want to
come in. I replied around 9pm that I will be in
the next morning. I get there at 10am the next
morning and she tells me it sold the night
before but she has a more expensive one for
sale. So, it sold after I texted her back at 9pm
the night before? That is impossible since
dealers usually close at 9pm!
Dealer advertise a certain price and I wanted to buy it but then they wanted a huge market adjustment fee . They obviously don't understand that no one pays those fees anymore. Will never buy a car from someone who is ripping me off. If you advertise a price then sell it for that price. Don't raise it several thousands above selling price. I am not desperate. This is why they have cars sitting for hundreds of days on their lot. Pass this one by.

They were really nice but my car wasn’t as expected , it had a lot of front end paint damage which wasn’t shown on video of the vehicle. A whole lot of paint damage , it’s being repainted now . I flew to Chicago from Florida to find this but I accepted the vehicle anyway .

I got a quick response then the sales guy try rushing me to come he said because other people online was interested in it. So i decided to drag my feet. I've seen similar and better deals than this one so I'm in no rush . Surprisingly I'm getting a call text or email every day.

On 6/13/20 found 2017 Infinity Q50S that was priced $31,000. Called dealership and the CSR agreed to send me a Carfax report which she did. The next day the price dropped to $26,600 which had me very interested, but could not call on it as it was a Sunday and they were not open. Today I called and they said that there was a mistake and the price is $30,900. For that, I am taking my business elsewhere.

First they ran my credit before we made a deal. Then the
sales manager really don't negotiate. Waited 5 days to
possess the car and still didn't get it because something
on there end wasn't right. There was a problem that they
was supposed to fix and still didn't fix it

When I arrived, the salesman that I was supposed to meet with was not there for the scheduled
appointment. A saleswoman guided me through the car, but she clearly wasn't a car girl or gearhead. I
did not like the product offering, but I had been told that the leasing programs worked very well for
people rolling over negative equity. The lease proposal that I was given was ridiculous, clearly trying to
gouge me. They also refused to let me take the proposal home. Bye.

Do not use this dealer. Made several email
correspondents back and forth on two
vehicles I wanted to purchase. I drive three
hours nobody knew anything about my
request neither of the vehicles were ready
one had muddy boot prints all over it. Then
they raised the internet price of the vehicles
by 4000.00 like I wouldn’t notice. I had
emails verifying that they would be willing
to make a deal if I drove up. Refused to
drop price at all and kept, “talking to a
manager about lowering price.” Word of
advice if you can’t drop a price on a vehicle
advertise your business that way. Joke of a
business.

They had me approved with the price I wanted along with the downpayment, at least that's what I thought. They came back and said they needed a downpayment of $6000, not the $3000 I wanted to put down. They said in order for me to be under a $500 car note.

Sales manager was extremely rude and argumentative. Dealer did not deliver vehicle to Nashville when promised, so I cancelled deal. General manager intervened and was reasonable, allowed deal to be cancelled, since it was never delivered.

Not a bad dealership but could do some things to improve. Ever be forced
to take a test drive without leaving the property? I did. Was literally told we
were unable to leave the parking lot. Worst test drive ever. Also, was told
when I signed the paperwork that they would fill the tank for the long drive
home. When I picked up the car the next day (was unable to take the car that night because it hadn't gone through the Nissan certified inspection...
which I had to pay extra for) the tank was LITERALLY bone dry. They said
they couldn't get me gas and wouldn't even give me money to get it myself.
So I had to leave the dealership with a needle below E and an hour drive
home in an area I was totally unfamiliar with. Other than that, the price was
a fair price and there were no problems with any of the people I worked
with. Would I buy a car from them again? Yah, probably... as long as they
put in writing I would get enough gas to get home and I could actually test
drive the car.

Salespeople were attentive, friendly and responsive. That’s where the positives end. The facility was old, showing wear and tear and straight out dirty in places. The vehicles we drove were both clearly not detailed. There was pet hair all over one and sticky junk on the gear shifter and seat. When I tried to explore the options on the vehicle I was told that they removed the GPS chip because people steal them and that if we bought the car they could put it back. Then when I noticed that the tail light had a a nickel sized hole in it, the sales manager told me that he could get it fixed and “pass that cost along to me.” No thanks.

Eugene was great to work with and took my wife and I on a test drive. The
van was in great shape, and we thought it was the one!!! When we sat
down to negotiate, we found out that the advertised price did not include a
$960 maintenance/inspection fee. This was very disappointing. I ended
up offering them sticker price for the vehicle, but I was turned down
repeatedly. I guess they had too much $$$ into the car. We ended up
buying another identical minivan in Lake County, where the dealers do not
charge 'hidden' fees! Live and learn, as they say cars are cheaper in the
country!

They were nice, cleaned the vehicle, truck was as advertised. The only thing negative, was that I had tofight for the full certified preowned warranty (100K vs 36K)but they wound up giving it to me. Cargurus ad had the full certified prepared warranty in the ad, so that helped.

Very Satisfied customer. A+ for Star Nissan. Walked in the dealership to look at a car i saw online advertised by Star Nissan thru Car Gurus. From the get go i was greeted by Sales, Eugene Choumanov. We arranged a test drive, and all my questions and concerns were addressed. The car was in excellent condition, and was listed below market value. These guys dont mess around, and they are here to sell and provide excellent customer experience. Eugene (Sales), Alex (GM), and Eli (Finance) were on point, and made sure you are well taken care of during your visit, so if you ever go to Star Nissan, be sure to ask for Eugene. The process was very easy, and it was great dealing with this team. I will surely refer friends and family to this location when shopping for a new or used car.

I contacted the dealer regarding the advertised car 2008 Mercedes-Benz. they did not have it anymore plus it had been sold for a long time. i thanked them for the info and was not interested in anything else. I am still getting emails from them so I had to inscribe and block them from my email. I think it is very important that when a customer states they are not interested any more they should honor and remove them from their robo email.

I was so disappointed. I set an appointment to see the vehicle and when I got there was told that the car had been sold. It was a pity after driving two and half hours and after talking with the representative barely a few hours. I am sure will never deal with this dealership again.

A very relaxed buying experience. Bill Werner was my sales rep that had only my best interest in mind, very knowledgeable about products, and very prompt to reply to my questions. Communication was not a problem with this dealer, call backs were immediate, and product explanations were simple to understand. It took me two hours from the time I walked in, until the time I left with the vehicle I wanted. No pressure experience will definitely earn my business in the future. Everything seems to be going fine with communication with the
salesman. We live out of state and had made plans with the salesman to
meet the next day to look at the car and to buy it if everything was in
order and presumed (mistake) that he would reserve it until the next day.
Then we got a call from the salesman about 2 hours later that it had
been sold that day after we had talked to him! Couldn't believe he did
not call us and inform us that someone was interested and confirm that
we wanted the car. I guess a sale is a sale and doesn't matter how you
treat customers. Really disappointed in the dealership.

Great experience, great communication, right up to the point where they let me drive 40 miles to say oops we sold that 45 minutes ago. Their communication to get me there was great, but once they sold it that communication should have continued so that I wouldn't have wasted my time. They had no problem letting me come all the way there in hopes of selling me something else and then made poor excuses for why they didn't inform me the car was sold. There's a reason that car salesman are viewed as sleazy and this type of interaction is a perfect example why.

Very messy and unorthodoxy price negotiation for a cash transaction.
After agreeing on a sales price that was clearly a win-win for both, the came
back three times trying to get more money from us with very questionable
arguments. After refusing to all three and while I was getting ready to leave
they went back to original price we had agreed. They simply ruined the
experience for the customer for nothing. I bought the car at the price I
expected to but I'm definitely not coming back.

They are persistent in follow up
and fairly good at communicating
in a timely manner via email or
phone. The only thing that was
less than stellar is their apparent
overuse of copy/pasted scripted
email responses.

Because of a sudden change in
circumstances I was no longer able to
purchase a vehicle. However, I do
highly rate Star Nissan for the superb
attention I was given. I live out of state
and they constantly kept in
communication with me by email. I
wasn't constantly receiving those
annoying follow up phone calls that you
usually have to ignore. When I requested
pics of the interior of the vehicle, I
received them within less than an hour.
They were up front with me regarding
the costs including the extended
warranty prices. I had asked another
dealer for prices of the extended
warranty so as a customer I can make
the best purchase decision for myself
and they refused to give me the price
twice. They told me that I had to call
and talk to the sales manager and when
I was ready to buy the vehicle is when
they would give me the price in writing.
I thought to myself, who buys
something before they know how much
it's going to cost? Anyway, when I am
ready once again to purchase a vehicle I
will definitely look at Star Nissan.

I found a car through cargurus and contacted Steve at
star nissan. Very helpful, honest and all around good
guy. Anyhow very good low pressure buying experience
and I got a great car at a good price couldn't be
happier. It was a 3 hr drive one way and I would do it
again.

I am a Nissan owner bought two Nissans before an Armada brand new purchase and Maxima as a used purchase. I purchase both of them before from the same dealers as a Cash Deal. Very poor lack of sales negotiations. They don’t know how to listen and negotiate. The sales person didn't want to make a deal on a 4 year old Rogue as CASH DEAL. What is wrong with this people, do they sell cars? Or just only to people that are going to pay the sticker price????? I strongly suggest for those sales people to receive negotiation training or more authority to flex the prices. IT'S A CASH DEAL. They let me walk out like they have done this before. Several weeks later, I receive a call from the sales person. I said to him, you didn't want to deal on the purchase, Don’t waste my time or yours. I am not going back, and I am going where my money is welcome. I must say Good experience for me; they made me change to another brand of vehicle.
