I was Interested in and test drove a white 2020 Tesla Model S. I told them I'd consider it. While thinking it through, the price dropped by a little more than $2000 so I called back, interested to move forward. I was told I'd get a call back, but never did. I decided to give them another call and was told a sales person would call me back, it never happened. Almost 20 days later I get a text, asking if I had questions. I responded that I did, but the car was no longer showing available and never received a return call as promised. They assured me that they had the car so I made an appointment to go in today. I asked for the price, it went back up by $2000 but I had the email showing that the last price was lower. When I offered to show proof of the last listed price, they refused and told me they couldn't sell it at that price. I have the email with the lower price, I have my trade and I have the down payment but I guess they want more money and won't honor their own price.

This has been a unique situation with us sending the car to Tesla for a repair that took a long time and created a lot of issues regarding whether or not we would be able to retail the vehicle or not. On June 25th I visited Sport Mazda South
website and there I found a car that I was
interested. I initiated a purchase online to put a
hold on the vehicle that I found earlier
unfortunately it was after hours and I couldn't
talk to anyone at that time. The next morning I
was contacted by Ms Barby, who informed me
the car was available and when can I stop by to
test drive it. Right,
at time I made an appointment for 7 pm since I
couldn't get there any earlier. Around 6 pm, my
daughter and I were on the y there when I called
Ms Barby to let her know that I was on my way
and at that time she told me that someone
purchased the vehicle earlier. I was upset! What's
the purpose of purchasing a vehicle online and
make arrangements to finalize the deal when
they planning to sale it to Whoever Comes First. I
even talked to Michael an assistant manager
who didn't make things any better. Future
customers, when dealing with Sport Mazda
remember their motto First Comes and First

Response was good initially. Thought we had a deal done online. Drove 1.5 hours from Daytona beach tot finish the deal. When we showed up saw somebody that wasn’t aware of the cash deal we had made on line. After a test drive we noticed the bumper was damaged and displaced with chrome damage with the front headlight scuffed up.
Deal didn’t feel right after that we walked.

At first communication was great and they were helpful. They were able to find me a great deal on a vehicle. after videos of the car and the website pictures they failed to mention the car was dented and very very used. Drove two hourse to be highly disappointed but anyways they are good at communicating just go and see the vehicle first.

Worst experience with this dealership! Unprofessional and unfair treatment, sold the car I was in works to buy, told them specifically I was ready to put deposit to reserve the car! Barby and manager Jason did terrible job, the owner claims they care about the customers but he didn’t even call me to apologise to me in person!

Dealership is beautiful on inside. Service and organization were not good to put it lightly. The car I was put in for test drive turned out to be a different car that I had called about, (similar). They couldn’t find the car I had called about days prior. Also, the car I test drive was absolutely filthy and has not been cleaned whatsoever. Wrappers in the back seat nasty seats and all. When I said something about it, the salesman said don’t worry about that. I told him I was worried and that it was disgusting and they shouldn’t even be showing a car like this. He told me if I but it, they would clean it. Lol what a joke

I was truly not in the market for a car. But I rented a 2020 CX5 Touring to make an out of town trip. I
was amazed at the styling and overall performance and drivability of the vehicle. I thought it would
make a nice surprise Christmas gift for my wife.
After doing my homework and contacting several dealerships, it was Sport Mazda that stayed in the
game with me. I received an email from them simply stating they wanted by business and would not
lose it over price. I visited the dealership and made the young salesman do his work. After looking
over the inventory, (they did have the initial CX5 I saw) I found one containing more than what I was
looking for and a price we negotiated well off sticker. At the end of the day, service was wonderful
and the dealership top notch. They were very eager to work with me on the Christmas morning
surprise that awaits my wife. I felt it was a true team effort and I can give a definite
recommendation!

Everything was good. I had a small problem with the wiring harness, but they quickly fixed it.
Service was good. Sales person was very hospitable and courteous. They really went the extra
mile to make sure I was satisfied. I love my new vehicle.

Did not visit you too I bought a car already but very nice emails
Total bait and switch. They confirmed my appointment twice then “sold the car” in the twelve hours between confirming appointments and me driving there to buy it. Good thing I called mid way through my 3 hour drive from out of town or I would’ve shown up to find it was gone. Is it so hard to have your own system notify you when a vehicle sells that you have appointments for? My iPhone literally creates reminders out of thin air without even asking... they had the gall to gloat that they had sold 22 vehicles that night and offered to have me drive another 45 minutes to look at two other vehicles that were SHOCKER!! $5,000 more.

My experience with this dealership was excellent! They were willing to negotiate and patient with me trying to find options and shop around! I worked with both Ernest and Jenifer! In the end the Mazda6 I wanted was already sold but I was able to buy a Mazda3 from them with similar features! Overall, they made car buying a great experience!

Waste of time. Call to verify they have a car, drive an hour, turns out they don't have it but would love to show you other options. Also there's a "up to $999 refurbishment fee" that they won't tell you the actual cost of before hand so it's just extra cash they can grab. Look elsewhere.

I sent an email stating interest in a vehicle and I was
contacted VIA email about my interest. I explained my
financial situation and kindly said the car was not within
my budget. That's all there was to it. I am continuing my
search CarGurus and other sites. The email I received
from Sport Mazda was polite and professional. There
definitely was no problem. I gave a three star only
because I do not know much about Sport Mazda. The
three star rating was in no way meant as a criticism. I
just don't know enough about Sport Mazda to give it a
higher rating.
