Everything went smooth communication wise but after the sell has been concluded that’s where some issue begins:
1-The vehicle come with 2 set keys and for some reason they told me can’t find it so have to pay for the second set of keys. After negotiations I agreed to pay them $170 instead of $300 plus extra the asked from me to reprogram a new key. The next day a received a call from the dealer saying the second keys has been found so no need to purchase a new one. I asked to get my $170 back they refused to refund me and make me wait for almost 4 hours without having a chance to talk the manager.
2 I received the vehicle half clean. When I make some observations to the dealer he took it back make me wait 3 hours bring it back with mo major improvements.

If I could give them less than 1 Star, I would. First of all they offered me the lowest offer I’ve received from any dealer for my vehicle. Once we finally got it to where I could at least be okay with it, still lower than everyone else tho, we got the bank to approve it. The bank then sent them the final draft of the purchase order and everything and they agreed to deliver the vehicle then pick up mine. At that point they decided that instead of delivering it I had to bring my car all they way to them. With the virus and all I’m not allowed to leave my town which is why I needed it delivered and I told them that from the start, but they insisted I had to bring it there’s 0/10 would not ever do business with them. Terrible experience. Send your money elsewhere.

I liked the truck initially. But then as I went
through I noticed the moon roof was not working
correctly. Saleperson was all like, no you just
have to push it with your finger to help aid in
closing it. The sales person had no intent on
letting me know, that it was damaged, I'm glad I
was testing everything, he definetly wasn't going
to say anything about it to me. Then after he
talked to someone inside, he came back saying
that they ordered parts for it and they have them
there, so they obviously knew there was a
problem with that....
The one that really irritated me was the whole
extended warranty. I spoke with the finance guy
there and he said the GM warranty I bought for
$2500 from them would work at any dealership
but if I wasnt happy with it "I could get my money
back". I live out of town and took my used Ford
truck I bought from the dealership to a Ford
dealership in my town. They denied my extended
warranty and said they only allow Ford extended
warranty there.

Truck was filthy, nothing like the photos. They showed me a CarFax that showed the vehicle had no damage but the truck had a large dent in the rear bumper as well as a large scratches on the rear passenger side. I felt like I was tricked into going and seeing the vehicle. The only thing that was good about the visit was the salesman.

Purchased a super-loaded great condition, low millage 2017 Dodge 2500 Sierra at a great price. The staff, including the salesman I dealt with
Martin Contreras, were great. Martin was knowledgeable, low/no pressure, quickly found the truck for me and just simply provided exceptional
customer service. I'll be going back most definitely when we trade in my wife's car for something new(er) - which we're currently looking at

Horrible customer service. I kept getting the same email from different salespeople. I would send them a detailed email, with an offer amount. Nothing but a generic automatic general message would be sent back to me. I would give them zero stars, if I could.

Vehicle is over priced with lots of cosmetic damage. They add on a “protection package” to every vehicle that includes tinted windows, wheel locks, and nitrogen in the tires. Even if the vehicle doesn’t have it on it they say you must purchase it for $1600 in addition to the purchase price. Very rude salesman who lied and was proven to lie time and time again. Ended up purchasing a newer model with less mileage in better condition for same price. Will not be returning to this dealer.

Nice staff. The down fall is the ad, they do not list that the front of vehicle paint is chipped from highway miles. Approximately 100 chips. In addition to the small dent in front of left rear tire. This was just a quick look over.
