Nick contacted us right away. The car was new into the dealership, so there weren't
photos. He did take a video to send to us. We made the appointment and he was there to
greet us. He answered all of our questions, and there were other employees there to
handle anything finance and warranty related. They were a great team. We bought the
car and would go back there again, in a heartbeat, in the future.

Outstanding customer experience - I was across the country helping an elderly brother via phone - I explained the situation - professional yet treated as a brother - no non sense - no hype - if you want an unbelievable associate to determine and satisfactory meet and exceed your purchasing experience - request Scott Ross. I can’t remember all the vehicles I’ve purchased over the years - Scott is - without a doubt - one of the best! My brother is completely satisfied- with the initial meeting and Scott’s follow up support - even meeting my brother at his residence to answer several questions on operations of this vehicle.

A customer service agent did call me.I told them that I was not able to find this
vehicle at that location when I went to look for it. They were going to call me back
and let me know where it is. That was a couple of days ago.

Most excellent. Kevin was awesome.
Staff was pleasant, their “no haggle pricing” is advertised as a buyers convenience but is definitely a sellers tool to get their full price. They didn’t come down at all. When appraisal came for my car they gave subpar rating and offered 2000$ less than was owed. Three other dealerships had quoted it be worth more. In all they did very little to nothing at all to make things work. Vehicle was nice and as advertised.

Scott was low pressure on shopping and helpful. Their salesman went out of his way to assist
me with testing cars, deciding and then closing the deal. Their other support and service
personnel were likewise helpful, friendly and professional (plus fair). Very good overall
experience at a time when car shopping can be a pain!

They were very professional and my salesman, Patrick was
knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. He had the car ready and
waiting as soon as we arrived. I had found the vehicle online and was
allowed to have my mechanic check it out. The service was great, very
nice showroom and all the ice cream you want while you wait for your
paperwork to be completed. The manager was great as well. I didn't
spend more than about an hour there before I was ready to leave with
my car. There was a little hiccup in the process but no fault of the
dealership. They gave me a brand new loaner until the next day when I
picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend doing business here.
