Dealership was pretty rough looking as far as carpet and general condition, that didn’t bother me much. What did bother me was the vehicle I drove two hrs to see was just as rough. The Yukon smelled
Bad and had long cigarette ashes all over the dash and floor. Guess it went with the animal crackers smashed into the back seats. They should have at least vacuumed it before a test drive. Will not be back.

Very easy to work with.
Why must used car salesmen mislead potential customers? If a car has been sold, just say so. Playing games to get people on your lot just to try to sell them a different car (nothing like the one inquired about) might work on some people. But I'm guessing it annoys many more (like me) and does nothing but build I'll will and guarantee no possibly of doing business in the future.
If you are interested in a vehicle this used car lot has, get them to do a live verification (photo - or better yet, video call with the car on camera) before you waste your time going there.

Great experience!!
Chase my salesperson and contact who handled the transaction was very helpful and, professional. His dealer is located in Alabama and I live in Connecticut so I bought the 2018 Buick sight unseen. His description was accurate and the car is very nice. He also sent me a photo of the car being loaded when my shipper arrived to pick the car up.

I have been to several dealerships and bought several cars, but i have never been to a dealership that took as good of care to me as Royal! I drove from TN to AL to buy a jeep from them because my local dealership "Jones" could not give me a out the door price.

They made my car buying experience easy
They contacted me and scheduled a test drive for the next day. However, upon arrival I have to wait for over 30 minutes to be told they sold the car the night before. A courtesy call would have been nice since I drove 2 hours to visit the dealership. They then tried to show me a couple of other Enclaves at a higher price with less features. While we were talking to the salesman another salesman starts talking to him regarding another customer. Just felt very disrespected and as if my business didn't matter.

Ben quickly responded and has been very helpful. Buying from a fami!y owned and operated dealership makes for a much smoother car buying experience along with very competitive pricing. It is definitely worth the drive . I would highly recommend both Ben G and Royal. Where the customer is treated like Kings and Queens.

Dealt w/Chase off & on for st least a wk., but we decided to not buy at this time. But his communication was awesome, prompt, but not annoying...we just had a lot going on at the time. I think we would’ve been able to work out a good deal if we had decided to buy... I’ll definitely will check back w/them when the time is right!

Best experience ever buying a vehicle! The whole staff was very nice but we had the pleasure of having Matt Morgan sale us a van. Very nice, respectful, helpful and honest man! 100% would go back and do business with them again! If your in the market go there Matt took the time to answer any questions we had and if he didn't know he found out.

competitive in pricing what so ever. I called different
dealers and they were almost $2000 less then royal.
Wish I could have done business with them since they

Where their pricing on the vehicle was fair, their offer for my trade-in was on the very low end of the "dealers" book options, almost $2000 lower, that all dealerships look at. Because there was no flexibility on their part, I did not purchase the car.
