I had a verbal agreement with the salesman and when I was about an hour away from arriving to the dealership to buy the truck the sales rep told me the truck was sold the night before. The sales rep knew I had to drive 4 hours to get there. Waste of time and money!

We asked local dealership to match or offer us a Bette price that other dealerships has given to us. The Sale manager won’t match the price or offer a better price….lost us there! So, we bought our Honda Ridgeline TrailSport with the other dealership!

Pleasant experience overall. Car wasn't ready on first visit, but was available the next day. Windshield was cracked and car not gassed up like expected, but the sales people were easy to work with and purchase completed.

Drove to Gulfport to look at a different vehicle. Found this one while in
town. Mr. John was very polite, not pushy and helpful while shopping. We
ended up with a different vehicle due to this one being darker, although it
was a very nice van. They were also putting 4 new tires on it and a timing
belt. If I could have found the lighter color we were looking for I would
have bought a vehicle here. Good experience and best thing NOT pushy.

Worst experience with a dealer I was going to purchase a vehicle and on that vehicle they promised to fix some things. When I returned to there dealership 1 week later which is also 3 hours from me they hadn't done anything and still expected me to pay full price. They are shady do not purchase from them

Was very disappointed that they had not checked the whole car over. The rear speakers did not work, the dvd headphones needed new batteries and the door fob needs a new battery. The car could have been detailed before they presented it for sale.

Great and fast follow up on initial inquiry. Easy purchase, options for vehicle equipped and price was as advertised on Cargurus website without any tricks or gimmicks just to get the buyer in the door unlike several dealerships on Cargurus who are the complete opposite. Very courteous staff and respectful of buyers time and business .

This is how shady this dealership is they have a back door policy so as I was paying a down payment on the car sign the papers they sold it from underneath me so I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know anyone I come in contact with anyone I see online if I had the time I would picket line in front of the dralership..

Started up engine and made unusual
sound, grinding and rattling. Stood over
engine for three minutes w/ salesman,
shuttering sound would last 2-3 seconds
then fade and return every 15 seconds.
The salesman took it to the mechanics at
the dealer and when he came back
informed me they would have to do
extensive work. While I was leaving I
noticed another party looking at the
same truck after the salesman brought it
back. He went to them in hopes of
selling it as well. Trying to sell a vehicle
that is not mechanically sound should be
a warning to potential customers.

After a conversation with the all of the parties involved the customer and manager agreed to additional repairs that would be made to the truck. The customer came back at a later date, after the repair had been done, and purchased the truck.

The salesman lied to me and sold the car to
someone else. Questionable and deceitful
business practices. The manager said what were
they supposed to do turn someone with cash
away. The point is the car was promised to me
and the salesman did not hold up his part of the
deal. Supposedly some other salesperson came
in after hours and filed paperwork before he could
complete mine.

They jacked up the guaranteed internet price by $2200 and then said get lost. These are nasty people and I would testify to that in the Supreme Court. This is my 3rd horrible experience with them they are a complete waste of time. Any incentives they put in their pocket and screw the unsuspecting and uninformed buyer. Unfortnately many buyers are not uninformed.
