I would never buy a car from them. They changed the price of the vehicle
after they looked at my trade. I would not recommend that business to

Got in touch with me quickly
The dealer spoke with me but was not forthcoming with info I saw on CarFax. E.g. he said the car just went
on sale, which was actually offered for sale over 3 months ago. He said they bought a car from the owner,
when they actually bought it in auction. They did offer to drive the car to a Porsche dealer for inspection.
The sales person Mo was extremely pushy. He sent me texts that were way out of line telling me my offer was ridiculous and not even trying to counter offer. We were $2000 apart on a $32,000 car and he was telling me my bed was ridiculous and I didn’t know what I was doing. If he would’ve met me halfway and had some sort of customer service skills I’d be driving that car right now. Terrible terrible employee. Ghai does not belong in sales. Even when we were FaceTime in so I could see the car, he wouldn’t point the camera towards himself so I could see who I was dealing with.
Responsive but, very typical sleazy, high pressure used car dealer. I started to get concerned about the car AND the dealer when their carfax link was disabled. This car has been for sale for over 290 days on CarGurus and, When pressed, got a long winded answer about how carfax wants money (umm, it’s Called capitalism) but got no response to allay my concerns that something might be up with this car.
Beyond that, it was the usual back and forth, high pressure crap. Not worth the risk to deal with people like this when I’m several thousand miles away and looking at having the car shipped sight unseen. There has to be a material benefit to assume such risk and instead of being professional, I got a flippant response and more pressure for me to tell them what I’m “really willing to pay”. Frankly, at this juncture, I’ll happily pay more to NOT buy from North State.

Sales person extremely rude and condescending,
provided inaccurate information, and made me feel
like my business wasnât wanted. When I called to
ask about the car he had claimed there was no
frame damage, which there was. The car had high
mileage, been in accidents, frame damage, and a
few other thing that made the car much less value
than the posted price. When I mentioned the
concerns the sales person realized I wasnât going to
agree to the posted price and his tone switch to a
frustrated one and condescendingly said âyeah well
we know all these things and thatâs why itâs been
appraised at that priceâ when I ask if that meant
they were I willing to negotiate the price at all just
repeated the same thing again. I thanked him for his
time and he said âyupâ and hung up. The attitude
completely messed up any chance at me doing
business with them again.

Called back fast
Few cosmetic and minor things wrong with
vehicle (interior stitching is coming loose on
seats, damage to the middle console, tear and
scratch/dent on both rim and tire) when I went
to test drive but unwilling to budge on price
which was higher/over priced on KBB and
CarGurus. Told them that. Said he'd check w the
owner on my offer and I never heard back. Came
back and told me dealerships don't discount
that much and tried to explain why it's priced
that way(showed him example of the same car
priced/discounted much lower, and he said it
must have been overpriced to begin with.
Showed him another and he said he only
competes w the immediate area...) It was a take
it or leave it conversation from them but car still
there and unsold and now priced lower
collecting years and hard test drives. Fast
response from dealer.

I love the car and don’t regret getting it. However I feel like the staff could have been more helpful and understanding. I tried negotiating the price and they gave me a Kelly blue book price of a little over 26k but when I did my an research on Kelley blue book I got a lower price then what was asked of the car due to my car not being equipped for the price they quoted me for. The dealers response was “ the price is not going down. You don’t have to buy this car. I can sell this far to 3 other people”.

I emailed and asked a question. Question was about the price listed and if they’d be willing to negotiate. They sent over a response not answering the question, but instead how they come up with their prices. So I responded to that basically asking if that’s supposed to mean no they won’t. Never heard from them again.

What a joke! Said they would follow up on a few issues and never heard back from them. I called them back a couple of times to ask some questions and conveniently enough who I needed to speak to had “just stepped out”. So I left messages to call me back and never heard anything! They also got me for a year of registration on an out of state purchase, and said I would be able to use it for the year. That was not the case when I got the car to my state, and never even received the plates they charged me for! SMH!!

This dealer can’t work with Patelco credit union due to a dispute according to sales manager Robbie. Petty if you ask me I was ready to purchase a vehicle but they insisted I go through another lender but business is business this is why you don’t buy from independent dealers.

The salesperson who represented himself as their lead salesperson evaded
answering my questions, went back and forth in numerous of emails and
spent almost a week getting no where. Quite honestly, it was a complete
waste of time. The salesperson attempted to redeem himself by saying he
was brand new in the industry (gone from lead sales person to brand new)
and attempted to lure me back with sympathy. He lost all credibility.

Found the car I wanted at a price I was able to afford! These guys are a legit business. There all about there customer service ! From the moment I received a call from a salesmen to the moment I drove out with the car after meeting the finance manager, I had a wonderful experience!
