Excellent experience. Although they knew I might not buy the car , they were helpful , willing to share information and were very pleasant
This dealership is the epitome of all of the skanky used car salesmen jokes. I made a deal for buying a used car that had been advertised for sale for $29K for at least 2 weeks. I agreed to pay full price. I put a deposit of $500 down, which they accepted. I had pre-arranged financing with one of their approved lenders for 2.68%. But they refused to finance the loan at that rate, and said that the only rate they could get for me was 5.99% with some other lender. This was on Saturday. Errol Reid and their finance manager confirmed that the car was sold to me and that they would remove it from their inventory and that we would finalize the deal on Monday, after I had time to review the loan documents.
When we spoke on Monday, and I reiterated that I was approved for a loan on that specific car at their dealership, and they looked it up and confirmed it, they informed me that I was correct, but that the price was now $31K.
These people lie and don't honor their word. STEER CLEAR!!!

"Bait and Switch" is the best way to describe this dealership. Ignore the advertised price on CarGurus. Once you engage with the
dealership, you'll learn the price is only valid if you will finance the vehicle through one of their finance partners. They get paid out by the
financing source when you take out a loan to purchase the vehicle. I offered cash and suddenly my cost was $5000 more! Also, get ready
for hidden fees! The advertised price does not include this particular dealers $3500 dealer commission, a $1000 "premium vehicle
inspection" and then another $500 commission to the salesperson. So another $5000 onto the price. I offered them a trade in. I was
offered $4-5000 LESS than what other dealers offered me for my car. Engaging with the salesperson I got stuck with was beyond painful.
There was ZERO willingness to be flexible on the price and fees and when I asked I was told "everything costs more these days" Nothing
you see is what you get with this dealer
A very busy dealer which is a good thing.The place was fabulous tried a SV Murano loved the car but didn’t have it in our the color we wanted.

Excellent service. Donnell was very profesional. Looking for a Corvette but decided I didn't want red. I would recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Horrible experience I came in for my appointment to purchase a car I have been looking for and they had someone else buy the car who didn’t have a appointment was very sad and disappointed that they sold him the car and I drove over a hour to get there just for them to tell me I can’t even test drive it

The sales person wasn’t helpful at all; i was all ready to go pick up the car after talking about it for 2 days with the dealership that’s when i got a call saying that the car was sold to someone else.this experience was a complete let down.

I spoke with Wayne, and Darnel, both great guys, but l wasn’t to pleased with the condition of the Mercedes Benz, SL 63, if it all worked out it would have been great to deal with those guys. I give the dealership 5 stars.

Horrible - said they would get back to me in minutes - took 5 hours. Added $2,000 of dealer fees to the price listed on cargurus on a $14,000 car. Will never deal with them again, and I wouldn’t if I were you. Can’t give negative stars, or else I would. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Another dealer who didn't bother reading my
questions from my CarGurus request. It's
really irritating when you ask questions about
a specific vehicle, and they just hit you with a
generic reply, and ask to talk to you by phone
to help assess your needs. Also, the price
wasn't as good as it seemed. They included
incentives without breaking down what they
did include. And they kept contacting me after
I said I wasn't interested, saying they couldn't
reach me. I think they didn't properly update
their contact management software.

Very polite but response to inquiries was too slow, sometimes days (through email mostly).
Pricing of the car was confusing. It was listed $25.299 on Cargurus (2019 Nissan Leaf SL 40kw,
1.601 miles on it) but it turns out that it's not the actual price. Their quote was $27.794. 25.299 +
1.995 (PDI) + 500 (Sales commission). They pointed out that the price for this car was listed at
$30.995 (of which I hadn't checked at the time) so the 27.794 was actually a very good price
considering... "Practically a new car, previously owned by the manufacturer for testing"
Anyway, I looked elsewhere, found same model, trim, year, 2.700 miles, for $24.800 (list price on
Cargurus website) and that was the actual price tag on the car, no hidden fees.

Was satisfied to a degree. When I called I asked for the price of the vehicle so I could get a cashier check ready for 21,768. So after everything was said and done, they tell me it was 4,000 more than the asking price, because that the price quoted was for financing.
Still waiting on bracket for the front plate, right now they zip tied it to the front grill.
Nicole was very helpful in resolving the matter. Waited for a call back from the owner, and he as yet to call me back since I informed him of the problem I was having
The car is great, and as advertised, even better than advertised. Except for the pricing discrepancies I enjoyed the service at New Rochelle Nissan

Horrible experience! Manager played games with prices, then added thousands in extra fees. The advertised price went from 24689 to 30,000 with these added fees. They do not honor Kelly Blue book trade in values, and offer trade in price 4ooo below value given in Kelly blue book. Beware of this dealer-not ethical at all!!!!

We brought the XC90 that was advertised. Sale person was knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. Actually everyone we can in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.
Which words should I use to described Nissan of
New Rochelle and the staff? Well there are many,
scam artist, liars, cheats, and money grubs are
just a few. This will be a long read, but if you look
at their reviews looks like this kind of stuff
happens all the time. Wish I read the reviews
before tying to purchase a car through these con
artist.
After talking to Wayne over the phone we made a
verbal deal. I told Wayne numerous times over
the phone that I was paying with a personal
check, 6 times, and he said not an issue, even
offered to put a down payment over the phone
and he said "nope the car is yours." The next day
I left work early and drove 1hr 30 mins to get the
car. Was supposed to be "sign and drive." Well
not the case. Our sales person Donell was too
busy to just sit down with us. Well when he
finally did sit down with us and we signed the
contract. As soon as I went to sign the check,
Donell asked us to hold on. Wayne came back
over and said that he could not take the check. I
was furious now because we were there for
close to 2 hours! I said I'll call my bank and have
them wire the money, he said no. I said I'll put it
on my CC, he said no. Wayne said it had to be
certified check. Wayne and Donell came back
and said lets just finance it, you just pay it off
when first payment came. Even though I didn't
want to finance I agreed to it. So now the both of
them disappear again. Little did we know after
waiting Donell was out on a test drive with
another customer. How do we know this? Well
my wife went to our car to get snacks for our
children and guess who drove by, yup Donell.
Plus I was talking to a women next to me and
Donell was helping her too. She was there for
over 2 hours already. So now Donell is helping at
least 3 customers at once. I was done when my
wife told me this. Donell came in and I ask
"what's going on and why its the car even been
detailed and fix yet?" He said yes it has and I
point out that the car is still sitting in the same
spot I parked it and that trim was still hanging.
Donell then said don't worry it will all be fixed
tomorrow and agreed to meet us half way to
hand the car over to me. I asked again what
about a deposit and he said no need paperwork
is done and the car is insured "the car is yours."
YES car was also insured that day.
Well the next day I got a certified check. My wife
called Donell and told him we got the check and
are ready to meet up. Donell told her ok let me
make some arrangement. We waited an hour or
so and my wife called him back and got the
same answer. So once again my wife calls back
after an hour to Donell that it was getting late
and that we will just pick it up tomorrow.
Now day three. My wife called about the car to
just tell Wayne and Donell that we will just pick it
up tonight. Well come to find out by the
receptionist our car was sold to someone else
the night before. I call Wayne as soon as my wife
told me this. Wayne said let me find out what
happen and call you back. Thirty minute goes by
I call Wayne is busy. Call back again just put on
hold. Call back again told he was busy. This
happened for awhile until someone else picked
up. He said hey man Wayne said he will call you
back. I then asked "how did you know it was me?
I didn't tell you my name or anything." He then
said we have caller ID, So now I know why my
calls were just going on hold. So now I call back
on a different line and got right through....hmmm
makes you think how really shady this dealership
is. Now I start asking for the owner Anthony. Told
not in yet and said he will call me back. That
happen a couple of times plus was told he was
in a meeting.
Now I finally get a call back from Wayne and he
confirms car was sold. I ask why, he says that I
didn't leave a deposit. I then say well I sign for
the car and had it all insured. Wayne then says
with no deposit we can't hold the car and that the
papers I signed were just a "attempt to purchase
the vehicle" and that my insurance company will
reimburse me the 3 DAYS it was insured.
I had to call back now from another line to try to
reach Anthony. Talked to Jack and he said he
would personally hand him my information. Well
still waiting for that call but not holding me
breath. I really don't know how these people can
sleep at night doing this to people. There word is
nothing and signed papers mean nothing at this
dealership. Now I'm out a car and all money from
traveling (about $50 in just tolls.) BUYERS
BEWARE RUN FROM NISSAN OF NEW ROCHELL
!!!!

good collection, not always responsive.
This dealership is very deceptive. I contacted them about a 2005
Murano and explained I would be coming from an hour and a half
away with 2 kids. I reconfirmed my appointment on a Wednesday
and that the car was on the lot. When I arrived the woman I had
been speaking to was not who I met with and they told me the car
wasn't there anymore. They said she couldn't have confirmed
with my it was on the lot because she was on vacation for a
week. She confirmed Wednesday by email and I was there
Saturday. I also received a call fro the dealership Saturday
morning to confirm my appointment and said I was on my way.
The picture of the car was a stock photo their website advertised
a 2006 murano with a stock photo also. These cars were never
there it is a ploy to get you to come in and see whatever they
have. I DO NOT Recommend this dealer.
