The dealer was responsive and the sales people were helpful. I took 2 used vehicles for a test drive and they both were not very clean. I couldn’t believe how dirty they left them and let people test drive them like that. One of the vehicles you could tell was owned by a smoker. There was a lingering smell and light smoke tar film everywhere especially in the cracks and crevices of the vehicle. They do seem to move and sell a lot vehicles. And they seem to get a lot of used vehicles but I was turned off by the condition they keep the used vehicles.

Over all it was one of the worse experiences I've ever had at a dealership, and I've been to
some really bad ones.
There were many things that went wrong with this experience but due to lack of space I'll try summarize. Starting out keep in mind we drove 3 hours to get to this place and
arrived 15 minutes after 9, (They open at 9:00) we walked in and they were still having a staff meeting in the fishbowl and they all turned around and looked at us as if to
say why are they here. (Didn't felt very welcoming). We went on a Saturday, finances were already in place through our bank, loan approved, down payment ready, and
the salesperson had already talked to our bank loan officer twice securing the loan, when it came down to finalizing the paperwork they came back with Corporate Policy
states that they can't give us the car until they have full payment, but if we financed through them that we could take the car home that day. (That sounded fishy). There
was more.

The worst car shopping experience I’ve ever encountered. I drove 3 hours to see a particular vehicle for which I had an appointment set for. After waiting an hour for the car, which they said was in the detail shop, to then being told it was being drove around by a service person and not even on the premise, then being told the car would not be available until the next day. Totally inconsiderate & a complete disrespect of my time & energy.

Great experience
Salesman, Roberto was quick to communicate even on a busy Saturday.
He also took the time to film a video walk around for me since I live out of
state. Very professional operation and have followed up with me a couple
times since my initial inquiry. Well run business.

Before I drove 5 hrs. I had sales manager go out and do a close up of truck. He sent me picture from all over it and underneath. Great service all around. My salesman Gage had already started my paperwork before I got there! Truck was perfect and the deal got done! Highly recommend Napelton’s.

I was asked to write a review. I drove from Aurora to Lansing so I could see this car. Customer service was not great, at all. Plan on spending a lot of time there if your trying to buy from RO CDJR. They move slow and play the whole used car salesman game. I still bought the car because I could and knew what I was buying. I made this the easiest sale for them by having money in hand, just sell me the car. Not impressed. Now lets see a typical response from dealership.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I had my financing ready when I walked in…..they got upset because they said they worked w my bank as a “preferred” dealer. I told them from the first hello I don’t trust car dealerships and would not let them touch my financing. The finance manager threw a fit, was a jerk, and made things more complicated than they had to be. I’ve bought numerous cars using my same process and have been in and out in under 90 min. I was there for over 3 hours! I ended up cancelling the deal. Stay away from these guys. Bad news all around.

Went to view a car on their lot, specifically the 2014 toyota corolla. made an appointment to view the vehicle and they scammed me saying the vehicle sold and wanted me to look at other ones. terrible service and unreliable. do not buy cars from here. Or simply just don’t listen to the salesman JT.

Very poor communication. Car was listed without a
price nor photos. I reached out to the dealer asking a
few specific questions including what their asking price
was. Got immediate canned voice mails and text
messages back with no specifics. Emailed them asking
again for specifics with no replies. Finally ended up
calling myself and spoke to a random person who
informed me the car was “just sold”. Very
disappointing experience and so unprofessional ...

It took 3 weeks for registration to be mailed in. The financial guy left lots to be desired. The spare key they said they thought they had was never given and the financial guy's response was, "they shouldn't have told you we have it, I'm not paying for you to have a key". I've spent way less at other dealerships and have received 100x's better service. I have read other reviews that people had good experiences, unfortunately that was not our case. Very disappointing. Did very little to make sure we were happy. The 2 positives were that Dan the sales man was super nice as well as another sales man and they did get the deal done that night. We drove 3 hours to make the purchase. Wouldn't waste the time/gas in the future.

typical bait and switch. Got there after an hours drive and having
called and emailed all day to confirm info about the car only to be
told car was sold(told it was sold 3 days ago and sold just a few
hours ago). Internet sales person never came to meet me a poor
sales guy had to be the one to tell. me I had to ask for the sales
manager and then the dealership manager Mo(sp). He was so rude
and lied to my face about several things, when the car sold, asking
to meet with me(I asked to meet with him), said he was going to fired
the internet sales person I spoke with(I did not want this to happen),
He took no personal responsibility, he was very irritated. When
asked what he would do to make it right he said fire the internet
person and I said I meant to help me find a similar used car and a
new car we were in the market for. he assured me he would get
back to me the next day to follow up on both and he of course never
did.
DO NOT USE THE DEALERSHIP. THey can't be trusted

lucky for me that I was they were going to sell me a car with a
bad trans. Then told me if they fixed it they would increase the
price 3000.00. can't be trusted.
