I purchased a vehicle from Napleton and couldn't have had a better experience. I was fortunate enough to have Ciara as my salesperson. She was amazing and made the process effortless. I traveled 4 hours to purchase this vehicle and there was an issue with my financial institution not providing all requirement documents to complete the sale. It was after 5pm at this point and my finacial institution was closed leaving me in serious limbo. The General Manager understood my situation and let me leave with the vehicle. I was so thankful. I wouldn't hesitate for minute to travel 4 hrs again to purchase a vehicle from Napleton.

Not really impressed. High pressure right hand not knowing what left hand is doing. Car I was looking at was not represented properly. They talk fast and can hardly understand what the lady that answers the business phone says. I tell one person I don't want to buy the car I was looking at then four other people call me and ask am I still interested in the car? I tell them I already told the manager I was not interested so it sure seems they have a communication problem amongst themselves.

The unit I was looking to purchase either didn't exist or was sold long ago, not sure which. Many calls to different people only to be hung up on by each and every one of them when pressed for answers on why I couldn't get out the door numbers for the deal. Beware of this dealer. I'm not sure they're even a real place. I'd not give them a nickel after the way I was given the runaround and lies. Actually, 5 stars to them in those two things; lies and the runaround. What a joke. Waste of precious time.

The sales person Christian and the manager of Mike was my contact people. The car went on the website without any pictures or any information, I was in constant contact with the Christian about the car. Before the car even came up on the website I was told the color and was given 1st choice to it (so I thought) it was the car I exactly wanted with the exterior color and the interior color. Within five days we move into doing a deal with me being already pre-approved by my bank. As we moved into doing the deal they ask for a down payment I told them why and I was only waiting on them for the bill of sales from them. When Saturday came I was still waiting on the buyer purchase order. Saturday morning I received a text and asked me for the front and back copy of my drivers license, when they saw I was African-American they refuse my deal. As a community let’s be diligent in reading reviews.🙏🏽 God will take care of it all.

Here it does not say that it had damage from the hail and they ran my application and they did not call me until three days and they do not have anyone who speaks Spanish bad experience

Had I not just happened to look at their website, I’d have driven 4 hours the next morning to find out they sold the vehicle I had an appointment to drive... oh, when I called, they did tell me “we have others”. Nice job

Several sales people have phoned, texted, and emailed me. The vehicle was sold the same day I asked about it. I have tried to get them to stop contacting me, but it's not working very well.

Sales price is not advertised with a mandatory $2,000 car low jack option of Kahu. It was described to be a $2,000 add on, non negotiable fee, for all vehicles on their lot. So if you plan on buying here add another $2,000 option you never asked for. Your not calling this dealership directly. It's a farmed out Floridian call center that confirmed the advertised price but not the $2,000 mandatory non negotiable add on fee. Drove 3 hours to not even get a hi from the manager and told that instead of $34k it was $36k. Zero customer appreciation. The way they do business will bankrupt them.

Had the appointment all set up and everything to go see the car, a sales manager calls me to ask if I had inquired about the car. Which I did, and had everything set up for the next day before he even called. So, I took advantage of the call and asked him if there was any negotiating room and he flat out said no, thought I ask since I live 2 hours away from the dealer. I said, ok. I’ll still go and see it since I was planning to buy the car as a gift for my wife. SO, the sales manager calls me two hours later and tells me that he had just sold the car... I said what?!! What about your commitment to my appointment?? He said a random walk in customer had just bought it. Very disappointing. The next day, my sales guy texts me and asks if I had made it??? What??? Do these people don’t communicate?? Very disappointing experience

Dealer called me 45 minutes before our appointment, letting us know they are pulling the car up front for us. When we got there, they informed us, they sold the car, days ago. NO BIG DEAL TO THEM!!!

They sold the car a day before they scheduled me to come in to test drive. I drove over an hour to get there. The salespeople I had been corresponding with the entire day we’re not even there, they were on vacation in Florida making these appointments. Since the car I wanted was sold previous day they tried selling me completely different cars both make and model. Completely unprofessional, and wasted my time.

Dealer did not want to deal even with reasonable offers, the price was the price it seemed. I wanted to deal with total price, but dealer wanted me to focus on payment. Typical car buying experience. Did not end up buying from them.

Drove from another state for Butler's prices and was not disappointed. Great cars, great prices, great sales experience. They may not go down much from their online prices, but if you have researched the car, you know you are getting a good deal. I got a great deal on a hard to find car that runs beautifully and have the security of an extended warranty. Highly recommend.

Dealer ship was too far from my home to consider traveling to see the car. They called twice after explaining to them we would not be making the trip, asking to set up a time to see it. That was a little frustrating...tipical salesman though.

Very friendly and helpful on-line salesman. He asked the Sales Manager to call me in response to a specific question, but the manager only left his name and number on voice mail and did not address my question. We found a more desirable vehicle at another location the next day, so did not pursue this option.

Called about a cargo van they had for sale to make sure they still had it and they did, gentleman told me that he would be there till 9 that evening I said I was on my way to look at it, when I get there he was not there so now I am dealing with a young man and almost every question I asked was answered with I dont know. 1 question that he had an answer to was the price, it was much higher than the advertised price on the internet (I brought a copy of that listing with me) his response was I think the internet site automatically lowers that over time and my response is you should be updated when this happens.So all I can say is this was a long drive and a big waste of time for a van that wasnt worth either price they were asking
