Salesman was great, but went out to look at the car and it actually had a hole in the body that hadn’t been Bondo yet so that was a real disappointment and I can’t believe that Mercedes would put a car like that on their used car lot!!!!

Very unprofessional and poor communication. I spoke with Josh Epley and Zane’s and told them that I wanted this car checked by my mechanic. The seats were running hot which could have been a costly wiring issue. They confirmed this and even checked to see if I was coming to the scheduled appointment. I confirmed. When I was on my way to pick up the car, I called to give my expected time of arrival. They responded to say they already sold the car. I would have made a trip to the dealership for nothing if I hadn’t called. Please don’t waste your time with this dealership. After reading their reviews, multiple people had the same experience as I did.

The dealership very quickly responded to my inquiry. However, the dealer that I spoke with was quite rude and not very personable. I expected much better service even though the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. The dealer referred me to the Audi website rather than working with me to find something to suit my desires.

Trade in was low and nowhere close to kbb or nada. When I told the salesman it was too low he never tried to make a deal. Just let us walk away. Guess they have too much business already.

My overall experience was A+. I was contacted immediately and was able to give the aforementioned vehicle a test drive. Said vehicle had a sizable ding in the windshield and I was unwilling to pay the price unless repaired.

Very prompt and attentive service as well as listing accuracy. Vehicle is overpriced and dealer would not
negotiate one penny. I decided to go another way because I wouldn't purchase a vehicle with no room

Love love love!!! Jan was super amazing and made me feel comfortable driving from Atlanta to Tennesee. I love my car and the hospitality shown by this dealership.....The first person I dealt with was very pushy and tried to get me in the store even after I mentioned I would be coming from Atlanta.

Very attentive and friendly people
Although I did not purchase this car because they said it was not available after my initial inquiry a day later due to 'Not passing their inspection, they kept in touch with me from day 1 trying to get me into a car. I was not approved, but at least he called me back to tell me. I ended up using our savings to purchase a car and although we only had 3k for a down payment, we were able to use savings to pay cash for a vehicle two days after. I ended up getting a car somewhere else for $13,000 cash , $3000 of it tax refund and more money we were saving.
They contacted me immediately. Kept me updated on price changes. The car was in excellent condition, we agreed on a value and drove away the same day. They are even arranging for tags and taxes in my home state. Price was comparable to others I saw on my trip in. But the condition of the car was much beyond the others.

Delayed in responding. He contacted me about purchasing the vehicle; however, it was already under contract. When I asked about whether the car was still available since it was no longer available on CarGurus, he stated that it was removed because someone is considering buying it, but it’s still available.

The Dealership and Evan were AMAZING but after I got dropped off there after being pre-approved by Westlake Financial theychanged the terms of my loan. The dealership worked for 4 hours trying to get me the same or better deal but to no avail! Finally before closing Evan offered to drive me home to another state because I was stranded! Management and sales associate David was great to work with. I purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Nashville. I drove 3 hours from Alabama the vehicle was sitting up front at the dealership waiting on my arrival. It was a cash deal, they didn't have the title on the premises and required me to call and insure the vehicle before I could pay for it.. being it was gonna be payed for didn't see that being their responsibility...the vehicle was only washed and vacuumed. Wasn't front line ready and that was somewhat of a letdown..but the dealership was professional during the business transaction.. Thanks, Shawn.

This was the most distasteful experience I’ve had searching for a vehicle. I contacted dealership on a Monday received email confirming my appointment to test drive the car on Saturday only to get to dealership and was told someone had called over the phone put a $500 non refundable deposit which was never mentioned to me to hold the car. I’m at a loss on how that would happen in that short time from dealership opening at 9:00am and me arriving at my scheduled appointment at 10:00am. I have contacted general manager of dealership same day but have yet to receive an acknowledgment. Needless to say I’ll never visit nor recommend this dealership again!!!

Did not have a good experience with this dealer. I called the day a car was listed and said I was interested in coming to see it that day. The salesperson told me I couldn’t come that day, that it wasn’t ready to be shown because it still has to go through their inspection. He said he would call me the next day when it would be ready to be seen. Next morning, the salesman doesn’t even have the decency to call me, but rather texts me to tell me the car was sold the evening before. Not the customer service experience that will get customers to reach back out.

Dealership was helpful as a whole. Took care of all issues before and after delivery. As a Salesperson Jan Crick
was wonderful. Only downsides from my point of view was they did not seem to understand how to handle a title
and tag transfer on a cash deal. We were disappointed that from a Mercedes-Benz dealership our vehicle was not
delivered with a full tank of gas. Other than that, love the car and the experience.

They were quick to email me back.
The store was very clean.
The vehicle looked exactly like the picture and was clean and ready for a test drive.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the cars they were selling. They were not pushy, they let us take our time inspecting the car. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

When I test drove my car I fell in
love. It was a VERY long day at the
dealership. I was told the Mercedes
Me app was no cost only to find out
after reading some info when I got
home it’s just a trial so this will be
addressed with Mercedes on

I asked a few questions during initial contact and then called to set up a test drive. When we got there, the vehicle had just been detailed and was right outside the front door. We took it for a test drive and TJ answered all of our questions and he was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the vehicle. Top notch dealership. Highly recommend.

As with almost all other dealers, the initial response is always quick. It is what follows that matters. My inquiry got tossed around with several persons sending emails asking if I had questions, wanted to take a test drive etc., but when I sent questions, I got NO answers. So I have stopped dealing with this dealership

Mercedes-Benz of Nashville (in Franklin) was just super.
We purchased a slightly used Chevy Cruze from a Mercedes dealership and
they treated us like we were purchasing a new, higher priced Mercedes.
We would most definitely return to this dealership when we look for another
vehicle, no matter what the make or model.

Visit started off bad, I had scheduled to see 2 cars and was assigned a salesman, only to arrive the next day and find out it was his day off, and one of the cars had been transferred to another dealer. After some scrambling, Cody did exactly what I wanted him to do, showed me the cars, answered questions, and was a big help but no pressure. If I do buy from there, it will be from Cody.

I did contact the dealer about this car, and they responded immediately
telling me they would check on it's availability. After that I continued to get
emails daily about all kinds of other stuff I was not interested in. Still never
found out if that car was available. So I will look only at local cars from now

He answered all my questions and gave a detailed description of the Escalade I was buying. I live 2 hours away and it was nice to hear about the condition before I got there. Mercedes Benz of Nashville matched my local bank's financing rate/terms and the sales staff were all first class people. It was the easiest car transaction I've ever experienced.
