I seen a vehicle that I wanted to purchase on CarGurus , I searched several websites for the vehicle I wanted. I found the vehicle I wanted at Magic Auto Sales , I made an appointment with Sam (salesman) this was very incompetent he had no car knowledge at all , little he would have known he did not have a clue. The vehicle is pre- owned so I knew that there would be dings and scratches but Sam presented the vehicle as if it were new , he hid other damages that I did not have a chance to see because he opened the doors himself preventing me from seeing the damage. Also there was a tire sensor on the drivers side for the front and rear tires which I did not see during the test drive. I tried putting air in the tires but the tire sensor stayed on.
The next day when I tried calling Sam he would not except my calls and or texts. Sam is the worst salesman I have ever come across he is a snake . I did not finance the vehicle and just for that reason alone I should have been treated better!

Good services and great people
Magic auto sales worked out perfect for me. Saw the car on cargurus contacted the dealer within a hour test drive prepped and ready to go.
Approximately 3 hours later drove away with a great bargain after financial department worked on finding me the lowest rate possible.
Will return and will recommend.

Overall great experience with responding just couldn’t get someone there to look at car for me as I was an out of state buyer and it was the holidays so catching a flight was next to impossible and weather for driving was not good either. So not meant to be. Shame..

This dealership is far below standard . I purchase a xc60 from them . And the car had a massive oil leak . I was told they would take care of the oil leak and deliver the vehicle to me . But they gave me the total reach around . I would not advise any one to purchase any vehicle from them

Highly recommend! I got a 2011 Honda Accord, and my only issue was a plastic piece on the bottom that came loose. They quickly resolved it with no hassle. Edward was my salesman, and he made the process quick and convenient for me while also being very detailed. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. I love my car, thank you guys!

I gave him the cc info and he never charged my card… I then realized the reason.. The car price increased I was told they would honor the original price..They would not do that so I will not do business with them or recommend them!

Dealership was terrible. Called and they kept saying we would receive a call back instead of letting us talk to a sales rep. Finally when we did talk, he didn’t have answers to the questions we asked. Later, we found out the listing for the car was wrong about it having a sunroof and the Bluetooth microphone didn’t work. They also wanted a couple thousand extra for dealership fees. We closed a deal with them and I drove 3.5 hours to go get the car and they had failed to mention that it was a smokers car and that it had interior damage after I had specifically asked them if there was interior or exterior damage. I also asked if there was any mechanical issues and he responded with no, but when I got there, the Bluetooth didn’t work properly. When I went for a test drive the guy sat in the back and watched videos on his phone instead of talking to me about the vehicle. Altogether, very unprofessional and a big disappointment. Big waste of time.
Dealer contacted me a bit later than the fastest responders but it was reasonable. They followed
up, offered a gas card for coming in, and generally made a good attempt to sell. I had
proceeded close to buying with another dealer, so I let them know but kept them in mind. I did
not purchase from them but would certainly say âas advertisedâ attempt at sales and would
consider them again.
Went to go look at the red 12 Dodge Charger. The price went from $12,499 to $17,800 with fees! Charging the same fee twice but wording it differently. Car has damaged driver rocker panel. The valve covers are leaking oil. Manifold gaskets need replacement. Also leaking. It needs brakes. Both pads and rotors. Big scratches and dents. The car is worth $8,000.00 after you get the repairs. It drove nice. Looked nice but not for the asking price. Ran my credit and messed up my application. I needed a a co signer. I even took $8,000 in cash. Good luck selling it.

The dealer responded promptly from my inquiries
I brought this yesterday I test drove it and I heard a rattling noise I was told by the salesman that it nothing but a loose rack. The next day I decided to purchase it figuring it was no big deal. When I took it to the Volkswagen dealership they told me it's a cracked coil and it would cost me $1200. Lying isn't good business only reason for two.stats is that nothing else was wrong with the vehicle

When I got there had to wait one hour because the vehicle was in different lot and when I sat down with the sale man was told that price advertised was for cash sale only and that there was a $ 3000 dealer fee

Dealer was very responsive. The salesman was very helpful and the experience was great!
Almost purchased the vehicle, but the deal prep fee was quite high and credit card surcharge made a good deal become a not-so-good deal.
Very happy with the salesperson. Had to wait too long for a manager to tell us they wouldn't wave the surcharge and moved on. But, had the
manager been able to negotiate a bit would have purchased the car. Was interested in another car but found the air conditioning wasn't
working, was told I'd have to put down a $500 deposit (advertised a non-refundable) to get it working and told air-conditioning wasn't covered
under warranty - so that was a no-go. I guess they're doing well, though, since they didn't have a problem letting me walk out empty handed.

Great. I purchased this car.
Ridiculous dealer fees. Price shown is not the actual
price add a couple thousand like 5 or 6. I wouldn't
recommend. The person that negotiated the price
was in this upstairs room away from everyone else.
Tried to explain that they would need 3k as a down
payment instead of one and the price after all their
additions was at 16k instead of the advertised 11k.
Not upfront at all classic bait and switch.

They obviously are not serious about making sales. They tell you to submit a credit app and finance manager will reach out in 1-2 days I was calling for over a week to follow up on it but kept being told that I would receive a call when they review it. Finally ended up telling them to forget about it because they are just wasting my time at this point. Now I understand why they have so many bad reviews it’s not for no reason, stay away from this dealer.

They call you and call you and you can’t respond then when you call them back they say they’ll call you back and they don’t on the same day then when they do call you back they don’t wanna work with you for someone that has to travel far to this dealership It’s too much of a hassle. I felt with many dealerships on trade-ins where they don’t even care about the trade-in they’ll give what you’re asking for just so they can make a sell this place they want you there in person and there’s no guarantees of what you will get , I like convenience it’s a new day and age technology isn’t used very effectively with this dealership. I told him to take me off the list.
I saw the car immediately called to put a deposit. Seeing I’m a 5hour drive to jersey. They said they don’t take deposits only in person. I said how do you show cars out of state and say hey you have to hope it’s here when you get here. Got there there in less that 24 hours. I had salesman Christopher I let him know they have to fix the tire that had a gash in it (wish I took a picture) and then we’ll be good cause I’m driving it home (again 5hours away) I have to be safe. He said sure no problem I said cool I sent info to my bank they started the process and was about to send them a check for the car. Something told me to call them and make sure he fixed the tire. He said “oh there’s nothin I can do about that” I immediately said “I don’t think your manager wants to hear you lost a $10,000 sale due to not replacing a $50 tire!” Needless to say I didn’t get the car. I called back trying to speak with the manager and the women refused to put him on. Cars been sitting now 113+ days

Horrible experience. I called 3 times explaining that I am coming from CT - a 2 hour drive - if the car was still available. On arrival, I was speaking to a desk lady, that I wanted to finance. In which she said that, if I wanted to finance the price will actually be about $10,955 which was misleading in price from them. After checking out the car, going for a drive, I finally wanted to discuss about price. Mind you, this whole entire time I have been mentioning I’m from CT. When it wa time to talk about price, the lady told me “oh I’m sorry to mention, we do not do financing for people from CT, we only take cash”. What type of car dealer is this. Worst dealer ever. So there I left, back on my 2 hour journey home, carless.

I literally showed up on the lot after 3 days of texting and couldnât get the attention of anyone
there.
The condition of the car was extremely and intentionally misrepresented in the online listing. The
car was severely damaged in ways that were shot around in the pictures and that became
immediately obvious when standing next to it. A price that seemed reasonable online was clearly
an attempt to take advantage of a customer when the car was examined in person.
Several hours of my time were wasted. And no on on the lot even bothered to talk to me after I
spent an hour driving there. I was lucky that it was so obvious that the listing was intentionally
misrepresentative.

Good experience
Sent several inquiries, got a reply that a dealer would contact me. They never did. I
followed up several times by email with no response. I then called and got someone
who texted me the carfax. I looked it over and replied that I would like to look at the car
again no response till I sent several e-mails texts, then called. The car was not anything
like represented, battery dead, front end damage (scrapes, chips and scratches)
obviously a minor accident that was not reported or disclosed. Upon asking I was told it
was "normal for a used car" The top did not work and I was told that they were going to
send it to a VW dealership to be fixed and they would contact me when it was done.
The next thing I see is a sold sign on the listing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I don't think these clowns actually ever sell any cars. The car I was wanting to buy has been up for sale for 6
months! They sent the CarFax via text but that was the last I ever heard from them. Even after calling twice,
sending a contact request through their website, and a request through CarGurus website. First time I talked to
someone on the phone they couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Read the other low reviews and believe every
word.

This dealership is the reason why people hate used car lots. I looked at a car and noticed turn signals and ac was not working. They said we will fix it but you have have put a deposit down. I did and they called me a 1/2 week later went there and turn signals was fix not the A/C. They said we spent too much money on the car. Sadly I drove over 360 miles and didn’t get a car they wasted my time and money.
Drove one hour,couldn’t talk to any body about the car,a lady gave me the key and disappeared,any way the car had a lot details.

I went in to take a look at this decent looking Chevy
Cruze at an amazing price. Turned out it was a waste
of time, The car did have a little minor dent hole like
shown in photos. On the front hood of the car there is
almost like a Tic Tac Toe game etched on with like a
candle or something ; there is also pet hair all over
the back seats.The car did not run ; It started up,
sounded fine and the wheels turned each way but
would not move from it's place. Now I'm sure this isn't
the dealer or salesman's fault but how do you have a
car sitting there for "X" amount of time and you're
unaware that it is inoperable ? I don't know but the
salesmen was very helpful in showing me other cars
that were available in the inventory. I was happy with
the service ... I guess just unhappy with lack of
information and the trip i took for nothing but then
again I should have known better.

There were $1000 in fees that weren’t listed in the price, and that I had no idea about. When I asked them if they would come down on the price at all, they said all they could do was $150. What a waste of time.

I was told that more money had to be added to the advertised price because I wanted to finance and some other things that didn’t sit right with me.

Added almost 5000 in fees to a 6800 dollar car. I’d recommend going to a bigger dealer that can afford better deals and not have fees I’ve never paid. I’ve financed over 5 vehicles. This was the cheapest vehicle I was going to buy, and had almost 3 thousand dollars more in fees, than I paid for my car that was 20k. However they did reply promptly and the customer service wasn’t the worst. Just don’t go there if you need financing. Even if your interest is low, the bank they use has random mandatory fees and finance charges.

Depending on the credit history of the person, if the bank flags the person as high risk due to poor history they will adjust the lender fee and the interest rate accordingly. I asked for information for a car and they contacted me right away with all the information needed. I had
couple of questions, they answered all of them in a timely manner. I did not buy the car I was looking at but
ended buying another which was a better deal. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, my salesman was a
very kind young gentleman who took his time with me and each time to my surprise he told me to take my
time and come back later if I was not ready. Instead of the car I was looking at, after listening to my needs,
he showed me another vehicle which was cheaper so he had my best interest in mind! Most dealers I have
been to before were rushing to me buy something but surprisingly, here, it is the opposite, they tell you to
take your time and feel comfortable. I will suggest Magic Auto Sales to all my friends.
I went to this dealership twice in two weeks for vehicles that had posted for sale. First there was a $1000
upcharge in price to finance the vehicle. Second: the first salesman I spoke to seemed disinterested in talking
to me, didn't have much information on the vehicle and told me it is what it is you either want it or you don't.
This was before even discussing the price (which they won't negotiate on even though the price dropped twice
subsequently). I called this past Monday morning to follow up to see if the vehicle was available, left a
message for the manger Eddie to call me back about it's availability (and that of another vehicle) and as of
Tuesday afternoon have not heard back from him. Terrible business practices.

My experience was great. No games was played. I went there knowing what I wanted to buy. I researched the price before I got there, here on Car gurus and youtube. I thought it was a fair price. The vehicle that I purchased was actua worth over $20,000. I didnt even pay near as much. I payed much less,im not the negotiating type. Their listed price was more than fair in my opinion. I asked for the out the door final price they gave it to me straight up. The manager saw the final price and did some more math which actually gave a lower price. My sales Rep I believe her name was Killiam. She was not pushy or the rushy type. As a matter of fact she gave me the key to the car and allowed me to look it over from a cold start end to end. That is the best way to look at and hear a used car. She came back in about 15 minutes and we did the test drive. The car was clean inside. The process was quick. They even gave a good price for my trade.

BEWARE! First they pulled the old bait and switch. What makes it really bad was that I called and spoke to a woman in the office who told me the Subaru I was interested in was available and ready for a test drive. I hung up the phone and drove 50 minutes and when I got there a salesmen said the car I was just told was available was sold the day before. Then, since I was already there, I found a Toyota Highlander in good shape for a good price and paid cash on the spot. I was told the title was at motor vehicles and would be mailed to me in about 2 weeks. The temp tag/license I was given expired Jan 8 and I still didn't have the title. I called and was told by a woman in their office that they had my title but they wait for the customer to call and confirm where the title should be mailed. What? Anyway, I was told they'd mail me my title right away. 2 weeks later, still no title. Now they say they don't have it and title needs to be "flipped". Can't get thru to anyone in their office n
Scam artists. No titles on the vehicles on their lot. Cars on CarGurus are on the back lot and need to have the battery charged in order to start if at all. Then the say, "We don't go by CarGurus. We have are own sets of fees and have to order the titles from the states the cars came from. It's an additional $1000 that you have to pay plus tax." Buyer beware, NO steer clear! If there was a way to leave no stars...

OMG their fees is crazy... I went to another dealer and paid just $500 in dealer fees and registration and title...
Magic autos was going to charge me their base fee of 1,040 in dealer fees and prep... car didnt have an oil change, brakes are done, and needs a bit of a kick to get it going... if your going to do business here. Ask for a full break down on the fees and bring someone to check out the car... DONT GO ALONE!

Horrible !! Car was 5k ended up 6700 after fees even with cash. Offered to take $150 off but at the cost of any warranty... like really wth? Even though car smelled like mildew as soon as u got in felt damp had an exposed wire to pop trunk and slight jerky transmission and few scuffs and bumps. Still wouldn’t budge on price. They wanted me to pay and drive off with a jumped battery. Felt kinda disrespected actually. Looked at another car. Other cars was pretty decent but wayyy over priced because of that I guess. Car went from 7600 to 11000. Ridiculous even though I had 6k on my person they could find me anything worth it.

The most dishonest dealer I have been to. I drive 2 hours to get there by them saying my credit was approved. When I got there I was told they had to rerun my credit again.
Again I was told I was approved and the they raised the price of the car by 1000 more. .i complained and I was told it was mistake. And I should buy the car anyway.
These people are not good. ....go anytplace but there to buy a car.
TERRIBLE! Never saw the car. The “salesman” said it was smoking and when I asked him why the receptionists was said it was available, he said she doesn’t know because she’s “just a receptionist.” He was dismissive and sent me to a different lot where Marcia was very nice and helpful. He was not interested in helping or even making a sale. There’s NO magic happening there!

I filled out an app for the car and was instantly denied which is fine but the overall experience was bad . I never got to even look at the car aside from driving in . No car had any prices or stickers he never went over any pricing with me just gave me a huge deposit amount, apologized and went to close up shop
We were greeted in a very rude attitude from the start; made us wait almost 30 minutes for a client that was buying cash. Another sales man gave us a test drive just to say they couldn’t do business with us...

Believe the reviews - where there’s smoke, there’s fire. I came from Brooklyn to view a car posted online. When I arrived, the backseat floors were flooded - the salesman literally rang a half a gallon of water out of the floor mats. After an agreement with the owner to safeguard against any potential issue this was an indicator of, I decided to proceed with the sale. On the last test drive I became concerned when the check engine light came on unexpectedly. I raised my concerns to the salesman and he became extremely irritated and accused me of wasting his time and ruining his commission. I was so alarmed by his anger level and behavior that I got out of the car mid-test drive and decided to walk. Prepare yourself for exorbitant dealer fees, questionable quality vehicles, and ill mannered staff.

Terrible experience!!!! Doesn't even deserve a tenth of a star. The sales person was more focused on closing a sale than providing quality service. Upon entering and requesting to look at the vehicle, I was informed of an additional $1000 dealer fee and asked if I was okay with it. When I requested a detailed explanation of what the fee covered, the guy wasn't able to explain $700 of the fee. When I asked to test drive the vehicle I came to look at, he again asked if I was okay with the asking price and the $1000 dealer fees. When I told him even if I liked the vehicle I would still want to have my mechanic check it out. He basically told me that I could test drive it at that point. Not sure what their sales strategy is but obviously the care for customer satisfaction is not a priority so I just left and will not even bother dealing with them. These are the kind of places that contribute to the negative reputation used car dealers have. Don't waste your time or money here.

He couldnt explain it to me. I purchased this car and it was a great purchase however, I paid more than the price listed which is ridiculous. They don’t let you test drive on real road only on gravel like floors where they are holding the cars. Minor problems like dents that can get fixed. Overall the car drives great and I got it within 24 hours of contacting magic auto sales. I had to go pick up my car ... they charge an extra $400 after dealer tax to transport it. Lastly, I would recommend you buy cars from them just make sure you pay attention to everything

Pretty horrible experience, drove 2 hours to drive a car that was buried in the back, went into the sales office with 6 sale guys in there that weren't with anyone after 5 minutes of standing in the middle of the room I asked for help, now maybe they thought I was being helped with so many people working there but at least ask. The guy who took me out was nice but the car was in really bad shape (not in the pictures of course) and was shaking really bad in the rear end and he said its probably the tires are outta balance and there was a bad burning smell from the rear and the exhaust was off the car too . The sales guy say well I can knock $100 off but keep in mind they add $950 in dealer fees lol. I got the same car for a little more but in much better condition. Better to stay away for this place.

Had to call them myself, they never returned my message. Told me car was available when I called,drove 80 miles to get there to be told car had deposit on it already and needed power steering hose and couldn't sell me. Then they decided to sell me the car. On way home with car stopped to get gas car wouldn't start. Finally after about a hour car started got home drove next day everything ok, following morning went for a ride all of a sudden in a cloud of white smoke. Surprise, surprise engine blew. Called wouldn't do anything about it. Would never recommend to buy anything from this dealer. Don't trust.

First, I was told I was pre-approved and what my deposit would be. I live in South Jersey and the only way I could get to this dealership was to take a cab which cost me $100. I was told repeatedly that since I was pre-approved I would just need to bring certain documents with my deposit. When I got there, it was a different story. The car was listed at $3999 and I was to I needed $5000 down? This made no sense! Also the car was not as pictured. It didn't show the outside driver side mirror damage nor did it mention this in the advertised information. Also, no seat damage to the leather was pictured not mentioned and all the seats had some type of damage. However, I still needed and wanted the car. Needeless to say, I had to spend another $100 to get home since I didn't get the car. Salesman was nice, but finance department and whomever else I dealt with pretty much lied to me. Also, car pictures and description of vehicle was misleading. Finance department don't speak too each other.

Nothing good to say here. Sales force is shy on customer service. I went to look at a vehicle there. Advertised photos are misleading. Only the good side of the vehicle in the photos. I opened the driver side door, stepped in and realized the interior was soaked. When I asked the salesman about the water his response was it’s been raining. Don’t waste your time here.

Really Bhatt salesman I had a salesman pulled me to the side and asked me for $525 dealer fee on the side on top of what I paid for the car really shady dealings they told me to come to their lot for one car when I got there they say they sold the car and tried to sell me something knows terrible place
Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went inside and asked to see an 04neon and the one guy said sure i will get the keys you can go and meet me by the car in the back. I stood there waiting next to the car for him to come out for over a half an hour and he never even came out. Then someone else asks me if i needed help and then he disapperead and went to help someone else. Now 15 mins later someone else finally approached me and told me he will get the keys which he then came back out 15 mins later and said im still looking for the keys i cant find them. So another twenty mins have gone by and he finally comes out with the keys so i can start the car let alone i couldnt even test drive it because of how many cars was blocking it. I said forget that i would of been there all day. After an hour and 20 mins i started the car and it ran like crap. I told the guy im not intersted no more plus for making me wait over an hour. Buy here pay here (BHPH) is a lie. (500 down & 50/wk)
They tried to make me take out a loan...I went with 1500 cash and a trade in which they valued at 150$..I talk him up to 250$...
When I asked about the BHPH he told me it was thru a bank..that's called financing..so between the value of my car and the BHPH being a lie I was upset....
So I though it over and I was gonna apply for the loan..with the cash and car I had 1750..the car was 3150.
So when I asked if I had to get the difference which was 1400 guy was like no I needed a extra 2000 for gap insurance and something else...he said it was mandatory so I walked...
If they were more better with they wording non of this wouldn't have happened..I would've never went ...I had to waste 100 just going over there cause I went with a mechanic....
Car was good..person that came out to help was good..person who valued my car/apply for the loan was suspect...
The worst people we have ever done business. Shady and dishonest. We left deposit to pick up the civic on the next day and told car will be detail n ready. When we got back there the next day at 7pm after we called in the morning to confirm, car was filthy, and not ready. Plus the sales guy took a jumper to start the car. We said why u need a jumper, car was fine the day before without a jumper. He said no that we used the jumper that day as well. He said all civic they have need to jump to start the car. He insisted that he was right and wanted us to see the video. We said go ahead show us the video. We told him why would we buy a car that has to be jumped all the time. The car is for our 17 year old son. He didnt care, insisted to see the video. We then spoke to the manager to get our deposit, he said it's not refundable, wont show us the video and wont even give us a new battery. We had our $5000 cash in our pocket to pay them that day but they rather lose the deal for $75 battery

This is the WORST dealership I've ever done business with. Test drive was limited to 3 mins, everything seemed fine. Sales rep assured me the car had 0 issues. Ended up buying the car, was driving it home and the car starts stopping randomly on the road. Almost got into a car accident from it. I immediately took it back to the dealer within 1 hour, the car stopped 7 times on the way. Dealership said it wasn't their problem anymore, since I bought it. They gave me 2 options: keep the car or return it but lose out on $650. I returned it after they hassled me for an hour. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TEST DRIVD THEIR CARS FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES OF YOU DO GO THERE FOR A CAR.

When I told the dealer which car was interested in, he made a face right away. He asked if someone told me about the car before coming in. I said, "No". He said the windshield has a crack on it, the driver's side interior door handle is broken and the wheel shakes whenever the car is driven (due to a misfire in the engine). Needless to say, I did not even want to test drive the car nor turn the car on. With so many issues with the car, someone should've made me aware beforehand. Horrible experience.

We purchased the Jeep from Omar, what a great guy. They were all great here. The Jeep needed a few repairs but that's to be expected. It runs great all the features work. Help was right there as soon as we pulled up but there was zero pressure. We were in and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend these guys and would buy from them again in an instant. DON'T BUY HERE! Danny the sales rep has no integrity.
He talked about his 15 year old daughter as he sold me
this vehicle for my 18 year old daughter. The car broke
down the SAME night! My daughter was stranded in the
cold in a dark parking lot. He avoided my phone calls.
Then, when he finally spoke with me it was an " o well"
too sad to bad attitude. He told us the warranty would
cover the mechanical issues - that was not true.
Furthermore, nobody would give me the name of the
manager. I want them to fix he car or give me a full
refund.The dealer has told me those repairs are on me.
They recommend a mechanic. I don’t trust these people

They sold the vehicle to another person after collecting deposit from me. I traveled over 100 miles to see the vehicle only to discover it had been sold even after being sold to me and deposit paid over the phone. They only refunded my deposit and were very hash.
The sales agent was courtesious and prompt in assisting us . Unfortunately the day we set aside to take the long trip to view the vehicle the traffic was unbearable and we had to turn back and saw other options from which we made a choice different than what we may have otherwise made . We do thank Juan Escobar for all his help , too bad we couldn't have had the chance to have met you in person you were very polite .

contacted this dealer for a specific car was sent an email and text stating it
was still for sale. i called within 20 minutes only to be informed the car was
"sold" an hour prior but they had similar cars available, which did not posses

Terrible biggest scam the salesman contacted me said he has 2006 pilot if I wanted it.. ok fine told me I needed 1,500$ down to give him 300$ over the phone 750$ when i come in 500$ in 2 weeks.. the car will be 298 for 2 yrs..so I reluctantly give him my credit number for the 300 but then immediately deactivate the card cause it didn't feel right.. he sends me a vin number for the Honda Pilot a confirmation and everything.. I get to the dealership they supposedly sold the Honda Pilot overnight but they had a great Saturn for me!!! No thank you!! So greatful I deactivated the card and they didn't get my 300$!!! Dealer did not disclose in the ad that there were issues with the convertible top. Showed no pictures with the top down, though this is definitely known as a convertible model.

Drove over 2 hours in Manhattan traffic to turn around and go home empty handed. The car ibwabted was listed as a 4 speed automatic. In reality it was a manual, which I cannot drive. Very disappointed. However, the sales rep, Danny was polite and pleasant, although he gave me an incorrect address and I got turned around several times.

Left deposit on this vehicle. Took 2 hours to get there just for them to tell me it was a problem with the title and it had electrical problem. I think they sold it to the first person who came with all the money up front. I felted lyed too. I will never deal with them ever again. Not happy. Bad experience.
terrible review and was very agressive with me when i wanted a better deal because of the cars i looked at other than the civic was a lot of messed up problems. if a dealership wants to sell any car then they have to make sure the cars in great pysical and mechanical shape. all the cars looked like it was neglected and thats not how you make business with customers who needs a realiable car. hopefully oneday they will learn from this.

I contacted them about the car, the guy emailed me his number. When I called to ask about the mileage as it wasn't listed, he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. He told me he'd call me right back but never did. I called back after a couple of days and got the mileage, that's when he emailed me back and by that time someone else bought it.

Although we couldn't reach an agreement on price it was still a nice overall experience opposed to some of the experiences I've had with my recent visits to used car places in the area. Helpful lot guys and the girls in the office were quite hospitable.

Don't Buy from this dealer the people are rude and don't care about you once they have your money. They sell crappy warranty, very unreasonable and inconsiderate of people. When contacting them about an issue they ignore, lie and hang up on you because they don't care. They are not good business people. Very unprofessional as well. Wait time was ridiculous. They will make deal with you over the phone to get you to come in and then change the deal for their benefit. Don't do any business here!

2. The mother came in 2 weeks later and complained about the tires. She wanted a set of brand new tires on a $1200. She than called her husband who's very well self disrespected and only knows how to say bad words and started cursing the sales rep on the phone.

The car was listed on car gurus for months, went to drive it, the car smoked, the guy said he wasent aware of this issue, so no one checked the car but put it on sale. Despite of that I was interested in the car because he said he would fix it, this was 3 weeks ago, just bought another car.

This place is shady! They sound good on the phone but would only provide a partial car report that clearly says that it should not be used for commercial sales. When I asked for a photo of the VIN plate and a proof of commercial report use, I never received a response back. Avoid this dealership!!!
