Emailing back and forth with salesman. He said to do a pre approval and I did. He said he would get everything ready so when I got there it would not take that long of a process to sign all the paperwork. He would also have the car ready to go. He pulled the car up to the dealership.It took all of 29 minutes to pull up my paperwork, he went outside to look at my vehicle. He kept going back and forth to talk to another man who then came and asked me for a down payment. I told him I had filled out an online application and asked for $0 down. The other man said he needed $2400 down and a cosigner. I told him I did not have either the down or a cosigner. He asked who I had filled an application with and I sad Cargurus.... he said no deal unless I had a down payment and a cosigner. I left upset because it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get there from my house. That down payment and cosigner could have been part of the conversation " I will have the car ready to go and paperwork "

This dealer instantly sent an OTD when I asked for it without me having to haggle and ask multiple times. There weren’t any ridiculous fees or dealer add ons added to the price. If I had decided to purchase a new Chevrolet I would have went with this dealer. They had the best price I could find as well.

Terrible service. Had me come in for a vehicle but when I arrived said they are just gonna wholesale the car. Wasted 1.5 hr trip. Called back 2 days later for another bmw one associate told me come on in it’s available.. A hr later called me back and said it was sold last night as I was on the way already.

The staff there was amazing , very accommodating, courteous, and genuinely excited to offer service, even during a hick up with an issue about the rental car that I drove from another state there in. They were patient and understanding while getting my plan together to get both cars to their appropriate destinations. Shout-out Darian 1st and foremost. Darian is truly one of those 1s. From start to finish, exceptional customer service. Shout-Out to Rose , Danny in finance, Wayne really is really a great member of management. 1 mention of a concern, no hesitation at all he said we will check that out for you right now. Last but not least, Mike Artinian, thank you for bringing together the last part of the solution to the slight hick-up . If I've forgotten any name, misspelled, my apologies. Horrible experience! Would give it zero stars if I could. Drove all the up there to find out the truck was in the shop for ‘recon’ then all of a sudden it was finished in the shop. When we took it for a test drive, the truck smelled AWFUL!! When I asked what the smell was, he told me that that is what the air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror was for which helped none what so ever. The salesman had no idea what dualed out meant or what towing mirrors were. When the test drive was over and we sat to discuss the price and financing, he had the wrong price of the truck and showed us nothing but extra packages that we as women should get. He whispered to us about how much money had we saved to go toward the truck. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership.

Since relocating to Houston, I tried getting a vehicle at 2 different local dealerships. However I was turned down, but at Mac Haik the sales team, especially Alex don’t stop until he’s able to get you in a vehicle. You will not go wrong with giving Mac Haik a try, you will walk out with a vehicle.

The initial call was great and I set an appointment to view a car that Friday. It was Monday. The very next day it was sold and I didn’t find out until I drove four hours just to be told they sold it days ago. So yeah bad communication and poor customer service.

I didn't buy a truck on the visit. However, I was very impressed with the sales staff and how they conduct business. I was able to test drive the truck and ultimately decided we didn't like the Colorado. They also have a great inventory to choose from when shopping for a new truck or car.

Failed to communicate over the phone. I eventually got an email the vehicle was gone but no one ever bothered to call back. No one can take off work and visit dealerships all day. That is unrealistic. It isnt hard to answer a call or call back.

Went to see this pickup, had them turn it on and it sounded weird. I asked them to pop hood. That's when I noticed huge dent on the front bumper and fender piece wasn't even painted and the other fender was bent. They called it minor damage. Insurance claim was filed on Insurance but truck wasn't fixed. Beware.

Started out great. Made an appointment to see the truck. While driving to the dealership I received two texts and one email saying the truck was ready for us to see. Get there and the truck was sold. I'm happy they made the sale the night before our 9:30 am appointment the next day, not happy they let us drive there knowing the truck was sold.

They talked to me Saturday but when I got there Monday the truck was in the shop. I’m almost 9 hours from this dealer so going home empty handed was what we were going to do but the people there were so nice!! They found us one very close to that one and it was brand new. We appreciate everything they did for us. Very good people and a great place to go!

The original vehicle we were interested in turned out to not be exactly what we were looking for. Our salesman Delroy went above and beyond helping us look while we were there. Unfortunately we could not find the right one on this trip but we would definitely recommend Delroy and Mac Haik to anyone needing a vehicle.

Dealership was very easy to work with. They walked me through the purchase from 4.5 hours away. They were responsive and upfront. I flew in and 30 minutes after arrival at the dealership I was headed home in my new vehicle.

Told me the car was gonna be ready for me to test drive and when I got there (45 drive from my house), sales person did not know where the car was, we drove around all over the lot in the rain just to find it in the garage up in the air with no wheels and tires on it.

Had a slow start getting them to reply, but once they set me up with Q - then things took a turn for the better. He answered all my questions and worked really hard to earn my business. After doing most everything online - all I had to go to the dealership for was to sign the paperwork (I hate car dealerships, but I was in and out in 30 mins).

This absolutely the worst Dealer in Houston and surrounding areas absolutely the worst. Was told they had the vehicle right up until I arrived for vehicle but it had just sold yet 5mnis before when could I come in for test drive this happened twice. The third time I told them I was in the parking lot by the vehicle . They never came out just the worst in the Houston Area

They post a car that went to auction. Bait and switch. They post cars just to get you there, but they don't have it. Then they follow up with a newer vehicle that is outside of my price point. They did offer a Santa Fe, but they couldn't find it.

Pretty typical dealership with the let me talk to my manager games, not a fan. I went in with a specific vehicle in mind, Car Gurus (where i found it) claimed is a good deal but not a ‘great’ deal. So from looking on KBB and other sites it seems to be overpriced, so we had a frank conversation and after three trips to the manager it resulted in a $500. decrease, which is not enough to make it a great deal. It truly was there loss as i can wait and see how low it goes. I made it clear i am still interested in the vehicle but because they feel they are aggressively priced, they wont come down in price. I will wait, normally after 60 or so days on the lot they will take to the auction, and i know they will get way less than i was offering. Even if they had met me halfway, we could have possible made a deal, but no, they do not like the tables turned on them.

Talked and texted dealer several times over a week. Arrived at dealer 12/04/22. Could not see nor was told about the major crack in front windshield. Response from salesperson was we have to fix it. I opened the back lift gate and saw 2 fire ants then went to driver's side 2nd row and saw 10 more fire ants on the back of driver's seat. Salesperson responded "I can take to service and have them out on 30 minutes" "it's because of the conctete". I was not impressed with these answers and left.

Paying cash. 1st Salesman started working with me, then ghosted me, had to contact a second, then never heard back. Third Salesman told me the truck sold out from underneath me. Worked out tho; found a newer truck with less miles at another dealer for a better price.

Very disappointed I sent my pre approval to dealer and had appointment set for Saturday and they dealership sold the truck the next day and when I contacted them I was rudely told they don't hold vechiles and when I sent manager a messege no response yet

Horrible I asked for pics they sent all made the car look perfect as it turned out after I wasted my time taking off work early to go see the car there was a hole in the console (I never saw in pics provided) the half of the passenger side of car had huge scratch marks all they way down side (that side never shown in pics one shown was blurry I should have known then). I was just horrified they would post pics and not tell the truth. The person that was bringing the car to me was actually rude Jarrod Goldberg when I said I wasn't interested due to the huge scratch and hole in console. They continued to ask if I was coming I said I would get there etc. it seemed so over anxious to sell this car after seeing it I understand why. Lady assisting kept asking for info on my car for trade in "manager was very interested in my 2005 Cadillac". I won't go back!

Finance group were great. Sales person was fine except I am still waiting to get keyless entry code . No card in truck. You would think that someone could help after spending $84K on truck. Very disappointed in their service .

Ralph, the salesman that assisted me with picking the truck, was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The finance department individual that I worked with have a very good demeanor and went over everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions precisely. They list cars before they pass their in house inspection. Then after they reach out to you about said car...omce you mention your preapproved by Westlake (they then claim the car didnt pass inspection and is not available) avoid and don't waste your time..

A Sales Rep woman got mad because I reached out to the dealership directly so that I can be first in line to purchase the truck. So I gave her a chance to help me instead of the person I originally contacted. Long story short the lady was rude, did not contact me back after I gave her all my personal info and she allowed another person to come a day behind me and purchase the truck. I could have had the other Rep help me. I honestly believe I she hurt my chance of the getting the specific vehicle I wanted. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership.

Talked to a sales associate about pricing and shipping and requested a deal. The sales manager called me and told me no deal, not working for them. Next day the sales associate called me and said he could make it work with shipping to me. I called him and texted a couple of times no deal or response. I know these trucks are in high demand right now, but you can't ignore potential customers. It would be better if you told me know so I can move on.

The price quoted, was not the full sales price. I was told that they added LoJack on all of their cars wit h was an additional $680 and thay since the car had tint, which was already a part of the car, it would be an additional $499.

I went to this dealer yesterday to trade in a vehicle and purchase a 2020 Colorado 4x4 listed at $34,995 they gave me a good deal for my trade but the colorado had a window price of $38995 and they would not honor the advertised price of $34995 !!!

We ask for a walk around video of the Jeep because we live in Florida. They told us they would get right on it. Then 3 Days later they respond are you still intrested.. What do you think all the Texas dealers are terrible.. Stay away from Texas when you're buying a vehicle

Ellysa is sales was great, she made the process quick and easy which is what I requested. The service after the sale was amazing. I will give 6 stars to the service department. I did have a service issue while traveling but Russell in the service department made the experience so pleasant it was as if he was taking care of a family member. I don't know who this gentleman is but coming from a service background I can honestly say this dealership has one of the best. Thank you sir for guiding me through a difficult process during my travels.

This dealer, Mac Haik on Katy Frwy is the worst most dishonest I have dealt with in 30 years of buying cars. After verifying their internet price through e-mail and text as well as verifying through Car Gurus, they tried the old trick of “my data entry person” put in the wrong price. Then send the sales manager Wayne D tried to say they fixed the mistake shortly after they received several calls. Before leaving the dealership, I checked their post and it still had the original price even after Wayne said it was updated. I will not every buy, sell, trade with this dealership EVER!!!

The sales agent Jarrod Goldberg, was professional, listened to what I wanted, and made the entire process easy and stress free. The business office professional, Faraun Pruitt, had all the paperwork finished and ready to sign, explained what I was signing, and had me in and out of his office quickly. The car was prepped and ready to go. Total time spent less than 2 hours, including a test drive. Considerably better than the typical half day or more at other dealerships in the past.

Extremely unhappy with how representatives dealt with me. All that I asked for was additional pictures. They continued lying about the pictures and availability of the vehicle, for several days until one person eventually said the car had been sold. To this day, I don't prefer dealing with salesmen and majority of dealerships. I definitely won't buy from Mac Haik Chevrolet, period!

The salesman Rolando Gonzalez was great never pressured me into anything, listen to what my demands were and he delivered, the sales manager Mr. Harris was great and easy to work with and went above and beyond to get a great rate and the finance manager wow she didn’t force or pressure us to buy anything, WOW, the Mac Haik Chevy administration should be happy with their staff. And this is our 3rd time buying here and it was the best experience, my family buys here as well and so should all of Houston!!!!

I requested a quote on one Corvette and they quoted me another. I then sent them a note and never heard back. That being said, I would not recommend them due to the salespersons response... 'Yamal Arias' sent me the original incorrect quote... then dropped the ball. Bad Form! In the meantime, I found another Z06 and I'm working on closing that deal. Why would they spend the money to work through you all, if their sales people are not following through.

The sales person said they did not have the particular work truck we inquired about or any other work truck in that price range for that matter and seemed clueless about the ad. He also did not know anything about the ad's free delivery offer if we bought the truck. He was helpful due to the fact that he said he would look at other dealerships and try to find a truck for us and did call us back in a couple of days but we had already gone in a different direction.

Got a great price on a vehicle, however the vendor was late with their promised delivery. Also negative, was the fact that the paperwork was supposed to be all taken care of, and then two weeks later we get a call that the representative who had been helping us had quit, and that our paperwork never got filed and we had not been in compliance over this time period. To exacerbate the situation further, the vendor then said we had to get retrieve a bunch of additional documentation, otherwise they would not release our paperwork. Not a great experience...

The vehicle had several dings dents and scratches on it that the pictures did not show. I traveled from out of town to see this vehicle to find out I wasted my time. The man at the dealership tried to find something else for me but I wasn’t interested kept in contact with me the next couple days. Gave me an offer on a vechicle I said I wasn’t interested but before I could finish my next sentence to inquire about another vehicle the man hung up on me.

They jacked the price up $995.00, said they tinted the windows, I can get that done for $ 160.00 with life time warranty. After I got the truck home, found it did not have a jack in it, Oscar the salesman, said it was sold "As Is".

After I spoke with Adrian at Mac Haik I traveled from Conroe Tx to the dealership, which was an hour trip. Upon arrival Adrian let me know that the vehicle I wished to look at had been sold 3 days prior. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealership if they were $4.99 new

After a terrible experience at another dealership we were so pleased to be met with the great sales team at this dealership. we were first time buyers who brought 2 of our 4 children with us to do the deal. our sales guy (eric) was beyond polite and helpful. He even set me up with a cell phone charger when my battery was nearly dead. He displayed so much patience and understanding when we were having to deal with our toddlers and their impatience. We drove an hour and half and it was definitely worth it. We would be happy to recommend and work with Eric and Josh again in the future.

Feel like I got scammed because I was ivited to come test car and when I arrived at the dealership was told car sold the night before and was offered more expensive cars. Also, as I continued looking on CarGurus site for days later this car still showed as being available from this dealer. Seems like it’s the game they play.

Mac Haik Chevrolet contacted me within 15 minutes of me sending them an email asking about the car I wanted. The sales guy was nice but pushy, then again, what salesman isn't. Unfortunately the Jeep actually ended up selling before I was able to get up there and take a look at it. However the salesman I spoke with was nice enough to give me a call and let me know this so I didn't waste my time driving up there to look at a car that was no longer there.

Your saleman tried to trick me into thinking someone was at the dealership about to buy the car. In his sales pitch he said, "the deal is not finalized yet so if you can get down here now and make a better offer it's yours". He told me if I didn't the truck would be gone that day. But I guess the deal didn't go though cause he called me the next day about buying the same vehicle. He lied!!! So I bought another vehicle from another dealer. For future refence everyone doesn't like to be munipulated or coaxed into buying a vehicle. Not everyone is a fool. Thanks! Hope this help your guys in the future

After dealing with a few used dealerships I found the Tahoe LTZ I was looking for at Mac Haik Chevrolet. My wife and I drove an hour to look at this vehicle and it was mint compared to others that I looked at that cost more. I was very pleased with the vehicle. Everything works on the vehicle no missing parts. Top notch product. Andy Tomboto was the sales rep I dealt with and he was awesome. Told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle. Even mentioned recall status and if there were any accidents. Took us on a test drive. He really worked with me to help get the deal that was in my budget and the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend speaking with him if you need anything. 5 stars all around. Thanks for the hook up Andy!

Mac Haik dealership was the best!! They gave us fast and cordial service and also the best price over other dealers everywhere ( Houston, San Antonio, Austin and the Texas Valley where we are from) Our salesman Rogelio Rodriguez was very helpful by providing us all the information needed about the car we wanted. Good price, no pressure salesman, granted he was obviously new but seemed to be trained well. Only problem is that they were incredibly slow, and several people who arrived long after us were helped though the final paperwork before we were. Spent over 4 hours there even though I knew specifically which vehicle I was going to buy before I even showed up.

It took about 3 days for my Ford F-150 Harley Davidson to be available cause the manager had taken it to the Woodlands for a Golf tournament. They responded quick and were friendly when got to test drive the vehicle.. Hence I bought from them..

Got there for an appt at 2:00 and my salesman didn't show up until 2:30. As we waited for the salesman we walked around the lot and couldn't find the car we came to see. When he finally showed up he said that the car had been sold the day before. I talked to him the day before at 6:00 pm and the car was still available. So we found another car that was the same as advertised and I was prepared to purchase until he came back and the car was $4000 more than what was listed online. He said that the price online was the cash price and that any vehicle on the lot ended with the number 4 was a cash price. I also wanted them to use a finance company I had used before and they said they would submit an application to them, but never did. In my opinion, A lot of lying to get you out there and not trying to EARN your business. Also another salesman that was assisting was so cocky. He went on and on about his expensive car, his car payment that was $1500 a month and how all salesman drove expensive car... NOT WORTH IT

Brian was very helpful, but the car was not as clean as it should have been. Grime on driver's seatbelt, and he said that was all they could get off.

Vehicle I wanted was convenaintly sole after I had an appointment to come in to see the associate,how ever more expensive car was available. Before I purchased the car I excepted there was somethings that were suppose to be correct, they were not corrected. 3stars

Beware this dealer will low ball your car and expect you to over pay for their car despite published market values of similar vehicles. Very arrogant and condescending to a knowledgeable customer.Be aware used cars are in demand don't let these dealers steal your car.

I had thought dealerships had stepped up their sales tactics but if you are looking fir an old fashioned, meet with your manager, back and forth quibbling over price, this is the place for you. So disappointing. Continually stalled when price was already agree to. Finance guys didn't have paperwork in order. Boverall a terrible experience. Was hoping to deal with a dealership on my neighborhood, and have my car serviced there and eventually buy a second car from there. No way.

The salesman responded to my internet inquiry. I told him I was in the market for a VERY CLEAN Cadillac CTS. He assured me his car was clean. I drove 25 miles to get there and when I arrived I found 28 - yes, twenty eight rock chips in the hood. I was angry for the salesman wasting my entire evening and when I voiced this he brought out his "Sales Manager" despite my asking him specifically not to do this. When I expressed my displeasure at the original salesman for doing this, the Sales Manager told me "What's with your anger issues?" I exploded. As I tried to get in my car to leave, the Sales Manager actually grabbed my door and tried to forcibly open it as I tried to leave. I actually had to get in his face and back him down and away from my person. This company is the worst example of underhanded and sleazy used car service that I have seen in my life. My experience even trumped anything I had ever seen in the movies about the notorious reputation of used car shysters with no integrity. Unbelievable, but 100% true. Do NOT go here.
