Responded by text. Never answered my questions. Slow response between text messages. When I decided to just drop by I was kept waiting for 5 minutes. Then when they finally got to me they said I already had an appointment scheduled. While figuring it out I was kept waiting like another 5 or 10 minutes so I just left and never saw the vehicle.

Sales rep was responsive. He discovered that CA was one of few states (particularly in the West) that does not exempt a trade value from the state sales tax, putting CA at a huge economic disadvantage.

I only inquired about this car. I got an email and a call back. I was told if I was interested in test driving the car I need let then know and they will reserve it for 2 hours for me. Since used cars are selling so fast, the dealerships are in the "driver seat" for now. This explains why used car prices are up for the last 5 months.

Horrible customer service. Drove over an hour to see the vehicle and they sold it when I was on my way. No phone call and no apology. David in internet sales has next to zero personal communication skills. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealership!!!

Reponse to our request was quick and the person who helped us was friendly. However, the process to get a test drive was too long. They had to entered our driver's license and insurance info into a computer instead of just making copies of them. We also had to give them our car key. The whole process was 10-15 minutes. The car we test drove was also dirty. It had hair and lots of debris on the seat, soda stain and kids finger marks on the headliner. It was just not a Lexus experience.

I actually bought a different car from them then I originally inquired about. This is my fourth Lexus but first time at Longo. This was a great experience. Tony was amazing as a sales person. He did everything I asked to warn my business. He even gave me the tease value I wanted for my car sight unseen. Peter was great in finance. I highly recommend Longo if you’re looking for a Lexus. You can do the entire “deal” online and just go there and sign the paperwork. I highly recommend Longo.

Stopped at dealer ship because of car that was featured by Car Gurus, unfortunately the car had just been sold. Met with Jeffrey Winiecke Sales Manager "Internet Sales". Took test drive on similar model Lexus, liked everything about the car except the black interior. Had a good experience, and thought Jeffrey handled car presentation really well.will definitely consider this dealer ship if the car I am looking for becomes available.

For a big dealership great price is expected, but what stands out the most is their customer service. Once we arrived and spoke to Leo Subroto, we knew we were in good hands. It was the best car buying experience so far— we didn’t buy the car on the picture but the Lexus my wife really wanted. Thanks again Leo and Peter.

The fleet manager was personable but I really did not like the finance guy. He was condescending and just not pleasant to deal with. The finance rep was pushing warranties on me even though I told him i did not wish to purchase - he kept pestering and started to act condescending. I will not buy from Longo again. This was my first awful experience at a car dealership. Place was completely unprofessional

My experience in regard to possibly purchasing a vehicle from Longo Lexus was typical wherein the dealership was unwilling to budge or reduce their advertised price on their 2015 Lexus RC-F with approx. 24k miles at $47888. Therefore, I responded to one of their competitor’s location and purchased a 2015 Lexus RC-F with only 11k miles at $47500, which was a much better deal. Although, they were aware of the difference they chose to maintain their "NO HASSLE, NO HAGGLE" advertised price. Nonetheless, I saved $2000.

By far, the best car buying experience I have had encountered in years. Jeff Weineke in the internet dept was a pleasure to deal with, upfront, straightforward and a politeness rarely found in this business. I didn't end up buying a car from Longo at this time, when I do it will be from them.

It seems every time I call this auto dealer, Longo Lexus for an advertised car, the car is already sold as they offer you other cars for sale. Even though this is supposed to be the largest Lexus dealer in Socal, I rather buy from a small dealer.

We were contacted right away regarding the car inquiry. The car we were inquiring about was already sold that night, but we chose to go to the dealer anyway the next morning. We were working with Sadie, the internet sales manager. She was wonderful, informative, personable, and not pushy. There was no push for upsells, just that it's something that is offered. The process was quick. We had a great experience and walked away with a beautiful car. Coinsidentally, my car battery died that night. I contacted Sadie, and without question, we got it replaced the next morning at the dealership no charge. No problems since!

Longo Lexus was very helpful and we ended up driving the vehicle home the same night we went to view it. This was a very positive car buying experience without any pressure. Everything was transparent and the sales person explained the details very clearly to us. We would definitely recommend Longo Lexus to friends and family. Follow up contact has been excellent also.

Very nice car dealership. But extremely average experience with the workers there. They did not provide much help at all. I basically bought the car completely on my own. If I didn't know how to buy a car prior to being there, I never would have came home with it. Great cars and a pretty good price. Very average/below average experience. Would I go back? Probably not. Would I recommend someone else to go there? Probably not.

I went into Longo Lexus trying to trade my base model 2013 GS350 for an F Sport model. Service was great but the person who assisted me with the negotiation didn't really want to work with me much. Gave me 2 quotes, and said she wasn't able to go any lower on payments. Didn't ask if I could give any more towards the down payment. What payment was I more comfortable with. I know there are more ways in order to come to the payment I was looking for. I've seeing it being done. We were just disappointed in there service and divided to try somewhere else.

I applied for a loan online and received a call from a friendly agent literally minutes after it was completed. He told me I was approved, I told him which vehicle I was interested in and how much of a down payment I was willing to make and he invited me to come in. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly, made me feel right at home. I test drove the vehicle, and we went to negotiate the deal. There was no haggling over the price of the car, what I seen was what they offered it at and I was satisfied with that. They worked out a fairly low APR, offered me extras but didn't force anything on me which made the entire experience enjoyable with no regret afterwards. They called and emailed me a day or two later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and told me to feel free to contact them by phone or email should I have any questions or concerns. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or slightly used car.

Very quick to respond via phone and e-mail and professional. Decided to go with another model than the one I had inquired about with Longo Lexus. If I didn't change my mind,I would have considered utilizing Longo Lexus for my present car purchase and with for any future oneswithout a doubt.

Despite the good price,my major complaint about this dealership is false advertising,they advertised leather interior,premium sound system,and one year of extended warranty,but when I got there,I ended up with leatherette,basic sound system and only 3 months of extended warranty,also one of the keys didn't work they said the problem was the battery,but later it turned out to be the key itself,luckily the car was still undefr warranty otherwise the cost would have been $450!,

They contacted me and stated they reserved a car for me because I made an appointment to take them my down payment. Only to contact me 45minutes later to tell me they sold it. that I had been exchanging emails and phone calls for about for 4 days. They suggested I try to get financed through my credit union, which I did and was ready to take my payment to them. I will never do business with them again. Lucky for me I found another car with another dealer!

They had a car advertised on Auto Trader.com for at least 3 weeks. It was at a fantastic price. I called and talked with, he told me they had it. When I was leaving out the door, I called him and he told me they sold it. I'm sure they never had it but left the ad up so suckers like myself will call them. I will never endorse this Lexus dealership, salesperson or Lexus because of this.

Customer service is poor I went and test drove a car and didn't buy it because of some questionable issues I asked since it was a cpo lexus if it would be covered under the warrenty 2 weeks later I haven't heard back from the sales director who I emailed and called personally. To make a long story short I will never buy a car from them.

Be careful of this dealer.....Bought a truck there and had it all arranged on internet and they screwed me when I got there..Didn't have truck they told me and said couldn't get one for a month..That was another lie!!!!!!!
