Krieger Ford is a locally owned, family operated Ford dealership serving Central Ohio for over 50 years! Krieger Ford has been located at our current location, 1800 Morse Rd. for more than three decades. During that time Krieger has maintained Ford Master Certified, dependable and friendly management staff, sales team, service technicians and advisors. Our sales, parts and service departments are open 6 days a week to serve you. We have over 450 new and pre-owned vehicles in our always fresh and circulating inventory. My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I had a good conversation with this dealer if the car was better priced or they would of Offer me 13500 for my Camaro I would of bought the Mustang but he treated me really well

Drove 2 hours to look at a truck that was Blue oval certified. Got there to first notice fender was horribly dented, tailgate handle was messed up and a rear seatbelt latch was completely broke off. I’m sorry but how is something inspected and verified with a busted seatbelt latch. Once the fender was pointed out they said they never seen it and acted surprised yet was visible before getting out of vehicle to look at it.

The person who contacted me, I found out later, doesn't even work for Krieger Ford. He is some third party operator. The
vehicle had already been sold, and he did not have access to their dealer information to know that.

Not pleased at all with this dealership. I went through all of the steps to purchase a vehicle had financing and only needed to come from out of state to pick up vehicle on agreed date and then the next day was notified that the vehicle was sold. My salesperson Michael Girkin didn't even have the decency to call, email or text me instead someone else in internet sales sent an email. I spoke with another dealership and was told that Krieger is known for this.

We did not purchase our car with Krieger, but they were very timely in

I drove for three hours to see the car.I took a test drive and had a real interest in the car.But could not get into trunk because they only had the valet key not the master key.I was told they would take off $300 if I took car of key myself,i believed it would cost more than that to replace key.Then I was told they would get a master key and call me.Now seven days later have not heard a word from dealership.

i talked to the internet Sales person on the phone and they thought the
price could be negotiated down to where we wanted and reassured me
that it would be close if nothing else. We drove over an hour to get there,
when i arrived at the dealership, I had to search out a salesperson even
though we had an appointment to look at the vehicle. The sales person
acted like i was an idiot for even considering that they could get the price
lower. It was not a good experience, was not a total waste of time though, I
know i would NOT recommend anyone look for a vehicle to shop at this
dealership. I only gave it one star because that was the lowest i could rate
it.

Krieger's Ford Asst Used Car Manager was accommodating. It appears however no one apparently bother to read the Car Fax which clearly states that "the mileage was suspicious" and the older odometers only went to 99,999 then turn over and start again. I then further checked the vehicle Carfax closely and very quickly learned the "42,000 original miles" advertised as original appears to be is a 200,000+ miles car w/multiple owners. I have been informed the Manager of the Used Car Manager opinion was he couldn't believe the car mileage was that high due to the car's condition. Krieger is apparently still advertisement an "original mileage" though the facts suggest otherwise. I was prepared to buy the vehicle even after the disclosures came out, but the asking price is $19,900 for a vehicle with high mileage. No thank You!
