This car has inop. Heat/cool seats, I was lied to by two separate employees who reassured me that they were working. The online sales lady denied there ever being an issue one week, then confirmed that were was a problem with the seats the next week and it was fixed. But after driving 4hrs to the dealer, I found out that what they assured and verified, was not the truth at all. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody at all and would highly suggest steering clear of them if you want honesty or competence.
After we drove there and realized it was inoperable, the sales guy then proceeded to try to sell us a car for double the price claiming he was giving us a deal.
The whole experience in its entirety was well below grade.

We're pleased with our experience with Ryan Davis and Kings Ford. We drove over 90 miles to test drive a vehicle that fit our needs. We purchased the 2019 Ford Edge and drove it home. They were very understanding and patient when our lender experienced paperwork issues. Great experience overall!
Although I drug my heels and the car sold before I made up my mind , Steph contacted me immediately and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL manner. We exchanged numerous emails which were all GREAT and she let me know that the car was sold and offered alternatives before I made the drive! I will definitely continue to check Kings Ford's inventory online and hopefully not drop the ball next time I see something of interest!

We found the perfect car in Cincinnati on CarGurus and were contacted promptly by Brayden at Kings Ford to arrange a visit to inspect and test drive the 2018 Ford Flex SEL. Ryan Davis, our sales rep, greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. He was awesome. The car was cleaned, prepped and ready when we got there. In about 3 hours we drove back to Indy in our new car. From start to finish, the process at Kings Ford was easy and efficient. We came prepared and they did too. Thank you Ryan, Brayden and Anthony -- we love our new vehicle!

Interacted with someone online, made an appointment to see car and went in. The sales manager was supposed to meet with us. Someone else showed us the car because manager wasn't available. I told the person online what my strict budget was. Met with manager after test driving the car for a few minutes. Called the sales person the next morning that got the car for me to test drive during our visit to find out if they were willing to sell the car for the amount of money I had to pay. I told him I was out looking at cars and wanted to buy. Never heard a word back. Very poor customer service. No suggestions for other cars in my price range. Had a song and dance from the sales manager that the owner wants customers. Well, evidently not because I bought elsewhere and will not recommend Kings Ford. Not a friendly or inviting dealership. Staff walked by us without saying hello or even acknowledging we were there.

Great friendly dealership. No pressure buying didn't try to force me into a payment I didn't feel comfortable with. There were a few closer dealerships I was considering but im glad I ended up choosing them.

Made an appointment and the didn't have the jeep. I got the run around and it was sent to auction. The manager was extreamly rude. I would never deal with this dealership ever again.

Very easy to work with! Not a pressured sale; vehicles priced reasonably. However, not much of an offer if you are trading a vehicle in. Make sure you do your research on the vehicle's value. I'd buy from them again!

After agreeing (in writing) to the price on a car and scheduling a time for me to come "pick it up", I received an email stating, that they had went ahead and sold it to someone else. I assume they were willing to pay the asking price, so even though I had a deal already accepted, they took the other offer.

Typical sales experience one would rather forget about. Truck was overpriced for the condition; delay tactics used in trying to determine a fair price. Finally, left in disgust as it was clear there was no way these people wanted anything more than to squeeze more and more money out of the deal... Went elsewhere, got the same model vehicle, lower mileage, better condition, equivalent or slightly better options at a lower price. I do not recomment this outfit, and certainly not the salesman with whom we dealt.
