The sales person made several false statements about the vehicle features. They were not
willing to come down on the price when I made a lower offer, but two days later, lowered their
listing price to $1000 above what I offered.

When it came to my trade, they informed me that I needed major front end work. Not true, just had it inspected a month prior. They used scare tatics to improve their deal. Love the car or I would have walked away. Sales person did not explain navigation as extra money out of pockit to the buyer. Overall a very average buying experience!!!

We bought a 2017 Accord last year from Ken Garff Honda Downtown and had an excellent experience with Dave Hustead. The
surprise was finding the "gently used" 2017 Subaru Forester at Ken Garff's this year and having another excellent experience buying
the vehicle with our same sales person, Dave. The entire team was great, including Mary the finance person. She will be a
significant loss to the dealership when she retires.

Ken Garff Honda Downtown did a great job of interacting with me and answering my questions. They were quite helpful and friendly in assisting me in the store as well. There were questions about the used car that they didn’t know, like about an accident listed in Carfax and any damage caused by that.

Ken Garff is always professional, friendly and able to answer questions you might have. They are very responsive and polite, not pushy but helpful. I believe they answered my questions adequately and the online site is very helpful and well designed.

The internet sales folks were very prompt and courteous, and when the salesmen finally got involved, they were professional. Unfortunately the used car was very overpriced and they indicated that they were not interested in bargaining to a more fair industry standard price, so I moved on and found a much nicer car with all the required maintenance done for several thousand dollars cheaper. Very happy!

I called set appointment after work they had the wrong car they couldn't find it. Set a second appointment went down it wasn't detailed test drove it. They said didn't know we it would be done. They're very unorganized. Wouldn't do it again

this vechile sale internet rep.Heather no reply! After a week they
did a follow up,,,to see if I had any interest...HELLO ARE THEY
STILL IN BUSINESS! I made an offer cash! I'm a real buyer cash
buyer if they didn't like my offer they should've called me or
counter! Poor experience

Didn't really get a chance to fully work with the dealer. The vehicle sold before I could travel to see it. Person answering my e-mail responded in a timely manner.

So far Heather has been great in responding to my inquiries. I have not purchased a vehicle there yet, so I cannot rate that experience. Maybe soon so I'll rate it again then.

We exchanged information, and they gave me their best quote, but it didn't justify the product. Mileage, condition and price have to be balanced, you can't charge simply because of the year. However, the salesperson was very helpful.

Car had one front tire under sized and both front and rear bumpers were loose, dealer only offered $300 for both items - what a rip off.
