Salesman did the old bait and try to switch, when I got there didn't see the vehicle on their lot so ask if it was sold and he keep hee hawing around about the fact of it being sold until I asked him to be truthful and tell if it was sold then he told me yes it was sold but I have other cars here and that's when I left you can't be honest up front I don't deal, Also I notice the vehicle is still listed on here and show a price reduction the other day hows that happen with a sold vehicle....

We would definitely buy from this dealership again. The staff members were all super friendly and helpful, and the vehicle we purchased was in excellent condition at a great price. They make sure the vehicles are mechanically sound before they sell them, and it really shows. Highly recommend!!
Also, all of the music memorabilia in the lobby is awesome, lol.

Contacted them about a vehicle and told them I want to buy the car and had financing already approved. They didn't even give me the opportunity to put a down payment on the car and sold it. Then the guy I talked to wanted to blame me and say it was my fault when I did everything I could up to that point. This business does not care about you being a customer

My initial inquiry was after hours, I had a response early the next morning and set appointment contest drive a 2018 GLA, while the vehicle that i originally inquired about had sold there were others available. We ended up buying a GLC for a very competitive price. Team at IA Auto Exchange was great to work with.

We decided for another car since we are not in the area. But they did good customer service
Had a decent first contact with Todd, the salesman and manager. Went to test drive the car, car was solid, except for a backup camera issue. Todd said that while he absolutely would NOT negotiate on the price, he would fix the camera issue, and we agreed that I would buy the car. The following day, Todd told me that a new camera was ordered, and I thanked him. A few hours later, Todd told me that the car was sold to a different buyer. He told me that if I wanted the car, I should have bought it with the camera issue.
Two weeks later, the car is still being advertised for sale, but now at a lower price. My experience with Iowa Auto Exchange went from decent to downhill, and the car that was "sold" is still for sale. I can not recommend this dealer.

We have found our car dealer for life! They are a family run company and we felt like family too. Very helpful and honest. We were looking for a car for our teenage daughter and found the perfect one. We were so happy with everything, we bought a car for ourselves too. Aiden was informative and very accommodating. We most highly recommend them!

Bought a 2017 Ford after going to look at the Ford flex!
Once your car is bought they don't care. They don't do the safety inspection they say they do, they didn't change the oil, was treated like complete trash when I drove two hours to get back up there to have tires change I took three and a half. Supposed to diagnose some problems in the front end lied still have not received anything back from them It's been over a week and they were going to call me back in 5 minutes. Thanks Kendra for another lie when you were supposed to help me take care of this! Wouldn't recommend won't go back

Is it possible that you have reviewed the wrong dealership? All of our customers are given access to the owners phone number for any issues that might arise after purchase and that doesn't sound like it was the case in your situation.

I didn't end up buying this car but salesman was friendly and not overly aggressive but did try to
work to make the sale work for us. I found another vehicle but would go back and look if I ever
need another.

I did not realize vehicle wasn’t test drivable till I got to the lot for my appointment. But I suppose there were other options to consider. Internet pictures tend to get your hopes up. I would recommend shopping in person for these types of lots, as there’s ample inventory.
