I asked for the carfax in my initial inquiry. I received an email reply to prequalify through their preferred lender. It was a first for me to be asked to apply for lending that I didn’t need before being able to see a carfax report. I wasn’t impressed and I would ever buy from a dealership with these principles.

Very Great Experience Ever @ A dealership Didn’t Feel Pushed To Buy It, Zach Was The Sales Person Who Helped Us He Knew & Showed Us A lot Of Details Specs About The Black Edition Explained Clearly Everything About The Car To Us, We Told Him We Have Been PreApproved He Got A Copy Of My Wife’s DL Trust Us Gave Us The Keys Let Me & My Wife Enjoy The Pilot Black Edition On Our Own To Get A Real Feeling Of Owning It By Ourselves While Alone In It We Decided Everything Felt SoOo Right The Pilot Is Ment To Be Ours After Compared Shopping Several Different Dealership’s Nothing Even Came Close To This Customer Service Where You Are Actually Wanted & Cared For & Trusted This Was For My Wife She Loved Everything About The Pilot Black Edition & The Dealership Experience @ Inver Grove Honda & So Was I They Have Meet Our Customer Needs & Service Especially In This Economic Time. If Only We Can Only Rate More Stars We Would Thankyou Very Much Will Definitely Buy Here Again & Referral Others!!!

Zack, took time to show me everything and was patient.
We chose not to purchase the Toyota but bought a used Honda. Although we thought we had looked the vehicle over adequately, after purchase we noticed significant rust on the tailgate. Our responsibility to look it over, unfortunately the salesman avoided making us aware of it but definitely pointed out the small amount of rust on our trade. They claimed the Honda had been detailed but we were convinced that they only washed the vehicle and vacuumed the interior and possibly replaced the battery. The details of the paperwork was not disclosed to us effectively.

We went to look at this car after talking with them and making an appointment only to get there ans have Jen showing the vehicle to someone else which was very disappointing because we wanted to buy that suv. So the fact they didn’t hold the car for our appointment was extremely frustrating but we did find something else and work with a great/sweet sales lady and she provided a good experience but they should work on committing to what they tell people via online conversations

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Andrew Wiest was fabulous and very knowledgable and helpful, from the moment we arrived we felt valued and never rushed. Our finance guy (so sorry I forgot his name) was wonderful as well and we had fun laughing while signing all the boring documents. We are so happe we chose this dealership :)

They were amazing. Went above and beyond to get me in a car. Responded to me right away
set up a test drive. Listened to my story and needs and then worked it out to get me in a better
car for the same down payment and monthly payment! No pressure at all. By far the best Dealer
experience I have ever had.

I contacted via email and asked if they could have 4 cars ready to test drive for me. Response, sure send stock no's so I logged onto their site, got the numbers. Gave them time id be there, was asked when I'd be there. I arrived at that time and no cars. The email told me to ask for a specific person and I guess she didn't read her email. I had to pull up numbers from my sent folder on my phone and they still couldn't find 2 of them. Was given a very low number for my car to trade in (I know this because I had 2 other trade in values from elsewhere). I had my brother with me and had to run him home so he could head to work (the reason I tried to have the cars already found and pulled up front) - I told them it was 5 minutes away. Told them I was going to be waiting at my brothers (because he lives close) and asked them to run how much it would cost with their financing for a 4 year loan and 5 year loan - I wanted the Element but needed the numbers. I sat at my brothers waiting for 1.5 hours and called in to talk to the sales person I had been working with. He told me that they were very busy that day and had to work with customers first....so apparently if you leave the lot, even if you fully intend on leaving with a car, you are no longer a customer. I did all I could to make this go quickly and I wasted an entire Saturday and didn't get a car. There are always cars to be found, poor service is inexcusable. The first morning flub was not their fault so could have given them a pass, the rest of the day...showed it seemed to be a theme there.

Prompt response to email request for quote. Great price. I bought the car. Transaction was simple. Vehicle prep thorough. High marks for review of vehicle features and operation. Customer service excellent. Upselling of services (rustproofing, clear coat, glass treatment, extended warranty, etc) required modest resistance. Good place to buy a car!

I would discourage visiting this dealer. I came in a second time intending to buy pre approved through my credit union at HALF of Inver Grove's rate. Vehicle priced over value. Interior of vehicle extremely filthy. High-pressure, disrespectful sales person. I was left waiting. Unprofessional floor staff asking if my sales person was white or black. Final straw... as we attempted to make an offer, immediate interruption/refusal to listen lead us to discontinue business with this dealer. Steriotypical used car salesman presentation.

They did contact me minutes after I responded to a search. They were very professional. I LOVE the vehicle they have, but I was hoping to see if the price would drop at all. Its a little over my budget at the moment.

Wasn't too convincing for us to even take the time to go there...we were told
they'd only come down a few hundred dollars on the price....really!?
Not how you get someone to come buy a car.... but Thankyou.... we found
one in Chippewa Falls, WI.....might have been a little longer travel but we
had fun and got a new vehicle!

Honesty and integrity were two
things the salesman did not have.
The lady in the finance dept. Was
great, she fixed one of the
salesmans lies, and jim in the
service dept. Was exceptional, he
fixed the other issue the salesman
lied about. As long as IGH keeps
salesmen like this employed, ill
never be back.
