I should start this off by I’m in the automotive field I have ASE certs ford/dodge manufacture specific training and I’ve been turning a wrench and running shops and fleets for the last 10 years. To give you a back ground of why I’m so irritated through this whole process
Let me start from the top because this going to be very very long, I showed up to this location on 9/13/25 looking to purchase a 2020 Silverado they had on the lot, I met with a sale person named pete. We test drove the truck for about 10 mins, i liked the truck so we proceeded forward with the purchase of said truck. Overall took about 1.5 hours and I was out of there. This is the end of anything positive I have to say about this place. Fast forward the next day I take the truck through the car wash and its leaking from the freshly replaced windshield, I call them Monday morning we set up a tike an date i have to drive back to them to get it corrected, now it was extremely far from my house but thats not their fau

Freeway Chevrolet posts a price for the car on Car Gurus but then tacks on extra charges (called “prep” fees) sometimes as high as $3,000. They bury it in your contract and suddenly the $32,000 car in now $35,000 (and no explanation of what these fees are for). I have bought several cars from different dealers using car gurus and the sticker price was the sticker price (no funny “prep” fees) - of course there are the usual fees when you buy an automobile… Beware Freeway Chevrolet’s “prep fee”.

I saw a car I liked. I requested pictures they sent pictures. He told me that the vehicle will need to go through inspection and he would reach out to me regarding an offer. They never reached back out.I emailed the guy never got a response. The funny thing is I would’ve bought the car. Oh well

I found this dealership to be extremely dishonest. In particular sales representative Devin Bain after emailing several times to this gentleman and telling him I was coming from Sun City to Chandler to look at this car. He emailed me one last time at 4:15 p.m. telling me you knew I was coming a long way and he would see me when I got there in the evening to show me the car. So after driving me an hour. I arrived at 6pm. I discovered that the dealership says he has left and is not there so they will have somebody else help me with the car. After waiting 30 mins for someone, someone else walked up to us my Wife & Me. And says that car was bought by an employee that's why he knows it's not available for sale anymore he's sorry. Then he gets up walks away doesn't even ask whether I want to buy another vehicle or if interested in another vehicle or anything else. Unfortunately I did not get his name. I would give a negative star review if I could. Wasted my time and money.

Don't waste your time with this dealer. When communicating the total purchase price they dealer tried to add over $3,000 in various fees to the advertised price. Note these
fees were not tax or lic costs. Very disappointing!

Contacted dealer with prequalication. Heard back right away but car was sold before I could get down to dealer. Steve the sales rep is still in contact with me looking for the car I want. Great customer service.

I now know why this car has been sitting on the website for essentially 2 months. Salesman offered me 11k for my trade in via pictures and new salesman told me $14k when I went in person after telling me the $11k was the best they could do since it was done recently. Price of the car has been all over the places. $24k when I went in Labor Day weekend and then up to $27k 2 days later. I told the salesperson I had my down payment in a brokerage account so it would take me 2 days to get the money and they immediately stopped wanting to work with me and told me to come back when I have the money even though I live in TUCSON. I’ve bought 4 cars all from different dealers and I’ve never put up with anything like this before. Would not recommend working with them to any of my friends or family. Let’s see how long the car sits

No problem to set an appointment to view & test drive the car. However, at the start of negotiating the potential sale, I was quoted a price that was thousands more than the web price. I had to show the sales associate my email to start negotiations at the current/revised lower price.

Once I had shown interest in this vehicle, they raised the price over $3000! If this is how they deal, they will never see me walk through their door. When I brought this up with the sales person, he just blew it off.

I purchased my 2018 GMC Terrain last month. Freeway Chevy communicated very well in many ways, in the beginning. As time went on, replies to my emails took longer to receive, and when calling my saleslady or her boss, I started getting the answering machine. I felt they were avoiding several questions about the add-ons that I did not ask for and didn't want to be charged for. I feel that the price on the windshield is the price the customer should pay, plus taxes and a small doc fee. I don't think that Nancy ever lied to me, however, she made several promises that she couldn't keep. The one that bothers me is that she told me if she couldn't find the other key fob, she would get me one (programmed) at cost, so that I would have the two the vehicle came with. I never got that second key fob. She kept putting me off, until the deal was done. I will not buy here again. I gave two stars only because I got the vehicle I wanted.

They were very responsive and helpful while we were shopping but the second we signed the papers they wanted nothing to do with us the sales guy even blocked our number! We will definitely NOT recommend anyone to this dealership for new or used vehicles.

Called on a vehicle was told it’s not available to view because they just got it in, and asked the salesman to give me an ETA as I was very interested and it would be a cash sale. It’s been a few weeks and never heard from them. Not even a “hey it’s been sold but I’ve got other vehicles to show you”.

I was not real impressed with the whole experience. Though the sales person was attentive and
hard working, the management is like so many others I encountered in the valley......do a sales job
on one vehicle that they then don't really want to sell you and then try to steer you to another more
expensive one and try to twist your arm into buying it by shaming you into it. I reminded them that
they were the ones that pushed the more expensive one and wouldn't really talk about the one that I
originally came into see......and the meeting was over.

Hello everyone. So let me break it down how my experience went...
1. The salesman was personable so he gets a thumbs up
2. The salesman, manager were dishonest. I gave the salesman my info and he ran my credit which btw is around 800. I/we negotiated a price which actually was not really a negotiation since they would not budge on the price. I was told at the end of the day this past week that the manager would have the documents emailed to me to purchase the car. Well, I never got the email at the end of the day so I txt the salesman and told him I did not get the documents.
3. The next day, I call the dealership and find out that the car "magically" sold overnight and this was while they were wasting my time stringing me along plus "they" ran my credit which cost me 2 pts on my rating. BTW, I was approved for financing so this was not an issue of me not having financing or money. Also, I have over 100k in the bank so money IS NOT an issue.
4. So, after reading #1-3, the issue here is that this dealership presents itself as "legitimate" when in fact they are scheisters or if you are from the South...a carpetbagger.
5. How's this treatment of a combat vet with over 33 years in the military? I call BLUE FALCON on this one!

I am sure you were willing to buy it and I am sure you are qualified, but we were not willing to reduce our price. We do not hold vehicles for any reason. If you had given us a deposit and flew in, you could have purchased the vehicle. Salesperson offered us a deal that he couldn’t honor- salesperson even emailed it to us. Glad we had called to go over numbers, otherwise we would had travelled for 6 hours to find out the deal was a way to lure us in. Never dealt with any business that conducted themselves this way. Very disappointed and deceptive way of doing business.

no pierdan su tiempo, puras mentiras.I talked to the salesman because they were advertising the car for $32,388 so I was really interested, he was going to send me the paperwork and he never did. I called him several times and he didn't answer me. They changed the price the same day to $39,998. Please don't waste your time with this dealership.

We were interested in seeing this vehicle....the dealer contacted us ....went out for a test drive and decided to purchase it.....It was a most pleasant experience, from Antonio, Big T, the saleman to Dennis, the finance manager......both very knowledgeable and professional .....we wanted the terms that we could afford and they made it happen to our satisfaction.....I would recommend Freeway Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle......

setup appointment to meet twice, both times i called 3 times each for an associate, got one named joe and then got hung up on multiple times when i tried to go see the car. it is now my fourth day and still nothing.

Dealer had the car advertised for $23,800. I called with the intention of flying
from Florida, buying the car for cash and driving it home. Salesman was
supposed to get back with me the next morning. He did not. When I called
the dealership back I'm told that they have transferred the car in-house to
another company owned dealership and raised the price. If I still wanted the
car I could buy it for $27,000. Bait & Switch. Hope they sit on the car for
another six months.

Typical dealer--kept promising to meet my terms, brought three different guys in to try to work me around--and I finally walked. The initial sales guy was ok but he hd no authority to close the deal. Skip this place.

The advertised rate on Cargurus they said could not be honored if I
paid cash. I would have to finance through them. Seems you have to
pay $1000.00 more according to there internet manager if you pay
cash. That is something I have never heard. Seems like a new form
of bait and switch but here they use Cargurus as the bait.
That little tidbit is not reflected in the CarGurus.com website. I
brought all of this to the internet manager so that he could put the
actual price which I has not been done.

I bought this jeep sight unseen. The deal was good, however when I picked up the jeep it was not cleaned up as promised. I was asked to leave the jeep at dealership so they could detail it, Matt told me he would make sure it was detailed and would only call me if it was done to his satisfaction! Great sales talk Matt!!! however when they called me to pick it up only the exterior was washed and the interior was filthy! All the windows were smudged, the dash had spots of soda everywhere and the dust on the visors and mirrors looked like the jeep just took a bath in the Mojave Desert! I don't feel this dealership went above and beyond for customer satisfaction (it's all about sales folks). I would not buy again from this dealership.

Found a vehicle, contacted this dealer, made an offer. Within an hour, dealer contacted me and told me the vehicle sold and was I interested in another vehicle, which I was not. Within eight hours, that deal fell through, even though he told me the vehicle had SOLD and was I still interested. I stopped dealing with this dealer and went elsewhere to buy a vehicle.

I didn't end up buying the car I was
looking at because they tried to tack on a
bunch of ridiculous fees. $600.00 options
fee - on a used car? That should be
included in the purchase price! A VTR fee
of $300 more or less. I get the title and
registration fees. $389.00 Doc fees - I
was going to pay cash. I understand doc
fees are not regulated in Arizona but just
because you can doesn't mean you
should. I bought a used car at Flagstaff
Nissan Subaru - Same Doc fee and title
and registration fees but no other
"interesting" fees just straightforward and
honest, no BS. Buyer beware!

It took several days to get a response. And of course the great deal and
car I wanted was not available. And from what I experience . Seems to be
how everyone tries to lure you to visit. They made very little effort and
were quick to excuse my business. Seems to be the case with most
