I like the car I bought but communication from the dealer prior to the actual purchase day was limited. I was told a couple of service people/mechanics were out. Either way, no apologies and little negotiation to purchase the car or increase the trade-in value.

I drove 2 hours to buy this car. I got to the dealer and walked in and sat down with a sales person started to fill out paper work. Then they tell me that the car just sold after I told them that morning that I was on my up to buy the car.

Not done with purchase yet, but so far everything has been smooth. Price slightly higher than on cargurus, but that's
because price they posted was with $750 finance discount. On some other sites this is noted but for some reason not on
cargurus, so don't think it was an attempt to mislead.

they are looking for another, similar one for me. Very helpful, courteous and were ready for us right on time for

I was looking for a SUV for my daughter and we found it. The dealer was friendly and quick to
respond to my inquiry. The listing of the vehicle showed clean and was accurate in
description. However, the experience is a lesson learned. I feel I was lied to and manipulated.
They passed the test with flying colors. I take full responsibility for what took place and for my
not being diligent in dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's. We were taken for a ride literally
and with all of that transpired with the sale, they only gave us one key for the vehicle. When I
asked for the additional key, I was told, "We only give one key for used vehicles." We now
have to pay for an additional key. I've never heard of that before. Pay very close attention to
what is going on. At least if they were going to screw me at least let me feel like I walked away
with something. God don't like ugly and He ain't to fond of cute.

Alyssa was professional and great to deal with. We were coming from out-of-state and she
provided videos of the exterior and interior of the car when we contacted her about the car. She
also answered all the questions and addressed any issues we had about the car. Description was
correct on the car and was priced right. Did not feel any pressure to purchase the car and the staff
at the dealership were friendly and professional.
Drove an hour and a half to their first dealership. The vehicle we were interested in wasnt even there and they had a stop sale on it for airbag recall. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. The 2nd dealership we went to of theirs same day, about 2 hours away, had the vehicle but had been wrecked, cracked windshield and the drivers door rattled when you shut it. Both vehicles on car gurus and confirmed they were available before we went. Wasted lots of time and gas.

Went to dealership yesterday to look at the 2017 Chevy Suburban and inform the used car salesman that this vehicle be hit and sure enough there were two dents on the passenger frontside quarter panel and they never knew it wad there until I inform them later that day after I went back to take pics an noticed it after the sun has went down to the west so i can see it.

It was a positive experience, I’ll do business with them in the future
I contacted this dealership about a used car they have advertised. Salesman got back to me to discuss what I
was looking for. I asked for some pictures and information concerning the car which he wasn't able to answer
right away. A day later I am still awaiting a call back. During this wait i read other reviews...looks like they don't
want to sell to out of state buyers? I made that aware during my initial phone call and wasn't told anything
about this. Wondering if that's why I haven't been called back?? If this is the case, wondering why they use
CarGurus? And why would you eliminate potential buyers? Doesn't make sense...but i guess that's there
prerogative.

Bad experience. Manager wasn't friendly. Finance Manager wasn't friendly. Did not receive title upon purchase of vehicle.
It's been over 30 days and still haven't received title. Even when I gave a new address before title was mailed out.
Paid for temp tags with finance manager but were not given the tags. Charged me a $499 admin fee which was almost the excess amount of them buying my vehicle.
They assured me of detailing my vehicle but rushed to get it done the next day. The items they agreed to detail weren't completed.
I was not happy when I picked up my vehicle.

I located the exact model of the vehicle that I had been looking for on CarGurus, a nationwide website. It had low miles, was a good price, and I was super excited. I contacted the dealership to inquire about purchasing it, and was told that due to current shortages, they were only selling to local individuals. Not sure why this mattered, a sale should be a sale. So unless you live in the St. Louis area, I wouldn't bother.

When I asked why he couldn't provide an answer just that's what the owner said! I'm not really sure the point in advertising on sites like this if your going to discriminate against non locals.

I purchased a used Honda
Ridgeline from Frank Leta Acura for
a great price and have been very
pleased with my purchase so far.
The staff was friendly and made me
feel comfortable knowing I was
getting a great vehicle. I became a
little discouraged a few days later
when I discovered my vehicle did
not come with a spare tire, but the
Frank Leta District manager Mike
Lynn put my worries to rest by
ordering me a brand new full sized
rim and tire which he said I should
receive in a couple of weeks.
He is even having it sent to the
Frank Leta Honda store
which is much, much closer and
convenient for me to pick up.

Very high pressure Sales. The person we corresponded with over the phone was not who we delt with at the dealership. He apparently was “busy” even though we had an appointment. One of the only reasons we even went to view the van was because we thought the Sales person we were corresponding with was a really nice guy.) We had already found a van we liked for the exact same price. Thought it was a nicly organized Dealership which is why I gave two stars. When I said I wanted to go home and talk things over with my husband who was not present at the time the high pressure began. They kept telling me they would be right back knowing I had another appointment and kept trying to get me to sign a contingent contract. I took the time to message the original sales person we dealt with to explain all of this and he never returned my email. Not impressed!

I had a bad experience with this dealership. When I arrived, Kyle asked for my car key so that it could be driven to determine trade-in value. I gave him the key, but when I returned from my test drive I was not returned the key to my car.
I had to ask repeatedly for my car key back over nearly a one hour period - and it seemed like an obvious tactic to wear me down while I was negotiating prices for the Murano and for my trade-in.
I was not given my car key back until 9 pm.

We ended up buying a van here and we were happy with their service. Nick and Wren listened to our needs and

We liked the jeep and drove it around the block with the salesperson.
However when we went to close the deal, the finance person was so
obnoxious that we started to walk out the door. Then he couldn't get
the info right on both my wife and my daughter. Finally after four and a
half hours he finally got us approved for a small loan with a 4000 dollar
down payment on a 10000 dollar vehicle. How stupid is that. Needless
to say we were very upset about the whole procedure.

Salesman tried several weak “tricks” to get a phone number from me
after I made it clear that I wanted to communicate only by email,
including the old gag “ my email doesn’t allow me to receive pictures,
text them to me.” When I emailed pics to his phone number he tried
calling the ghost number I used and after two days of not receiving a
return call from me, he had the gall to say that he had tried to call but
wasn’t getting a response. Always good to be treated like I was born
yesterday...the “offer” for my trade was the Kelley Blue Book page for
the base model of my vehicle. Not a lot of effort put into this deal.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle there, the salesman I contacted kept
in touch. I found a vehicle through a friend. But if that had not happened I
would have gone to Frank Leta. I was not pressured to buy from them, but
the salesman I kept in touch with, kept me informed of the vehicle that I was
interested in.

Salesperson was great. Paid asking price because I wanted the car. Decent
trade value. Very hard sell on the warranty which I did not like. Delivery took
a longer than expected - few days and there is still no front license plate
holder for me to adhere to Missouri law.

Called before I left the house to make sure the car was still available. Drove over an hour and when I got there they told me someone just called and put a deposit down and sorry it was no longer available. I did not appreciate the way they waisted my time. I'm sure they could have put it in a hold until I got there. Terrible communication.

Mark contacted me right away and was very helpful. If I could secure the

The car is great If you are shopping for a Lexus RX350 you should go immediately to Frank Leta Acura and check this one out, I couldn't buy it now because of some family issues. Blake Mercurio and Virgil Ashley provided me with an excellent service, both of them were very courteous and dealt with me with an outstanding professionalism. I appreciated also that they responded immediately to my inquiry Sunday evening.

On Monday they made me an offer for vehcle with trade-in. We agreed to speak on Wednesday to make a final descision. I called Wednesday after work and talked to a salesman who said he would call back. They never called back. The next day I called and they said "we sold that vehicle yesterday". Not even a courtesy call to let me know they had another offer. I guess their word means nothing, money is what talks at Frank Leta.

I did not purchase a car from them, but they called me quickly and stayed in touch. I bought an Acura from a Toyota dealership and they called me and I told them, and they still congratulated me on buying an Acura. I will consider them next time I renew my Acura.

When I called up Frank Leta Acura
the salesman did not even know
they had the car, when I got there
they already had the car out to
look at, but when I looked at the
car it was far from a gem.
The keyhole to the driver side door
was so scratched up from the
previous owner too lazy to switch
the remote keyless entry batteries
and jamming the key into the
driver side door. The handle had
ring scratches inside the handle
from where the previous owner
scatched everytime they entered
the vehicle and matching scratch
marks on the driver side back door
handle where throwing a bag in
the backseat.
Peering into the window, the driver
side seat had a large massive hole
in the leather, the whole top of the
steering wheel looked corroded
and destroyed from whatever the
previous owner hands did, to
match the steering wheel was the
6 speed stick and center counsel
where the previous owner did
equal damage to that as well. The
paint on the center counsel was
rubbed off and the stick was
corroded as well.
The back bumper below the driver
side tail light looked like there was
a fender bender from the cracked
paint, there was also a very visible
round cracks from a fender bender
to the driver side front bumper
below the headlight plus paint
chips all over the front. The
headlights had oxidation as well
as the paint on the spoiler was
completely oxidized. On the
passenger side rear taillight there
was a very poor body work done
from a previous accident, plus not
too far from that a massive door
ding. The repair to the rear taillight
body work looked laughable.
When meeting the salesman, he
was a jerk, asking me during the
test drive if I grew up in a poor part
of the city, referring to how young I
was and telling me that most
people that drive Acuras can
afford them because I was trying
to negotiate more reasonable
price.
The car was already priced $2000
dollars over a perfect condition
2007 Acura TL Type S with 89000
miles, and was in terrible shape
except the engine seemed to be
untouched by the previous
negligent owner, but the
suspension may have needed
some attention.
The salesman had no intention of
negotiating with me when I
showed that other vehicles in the
area were priced lower than what
they were asking or the
horrendous shape of the vehicle.
Instead of restoring the car, they
washed it, up the price and
changed the battery in the remote
and tried to pawn it off on
somebody.
I had enough cash to buy the car
that day for a cash price ($18000
in cash! ), I look young for my age
but I will be 39 this year. I own my
own business and feel I do very
well. I never felt so stereotyped.
I am looking for a 2007-2008
black on black Acura TL Type S
manual transmission. Not many of
those.
The dealer are crooks not
disclosing on the internet the poor
condition the car is in. They are
also trying to auction the car on
eBay hiding all the damage from
the pics shown.

The Internet sales rep responded right away. He told me the car
was there....and when I went in the very next day, the car had been
sold. Not really a big deal, but I wonder if that was a way to get me
to come in...

The dealer responded timely and offered to work with me on matching a price that was offered on another car by another dealer but that other dealer made me a deal that I simply couldn't refuse, so I went with the other dealer instead. But I have no complaints about Frank Leta at all and would recommend that buyers certainly give them a shot at their business.

I only was acquiring about the price of a car. When I got there they didn't have anything in my price range without having 60,000 on it. The salesman kept leaving "trying" to find me a car. Just be honest upfront instead of wasting my time.

They rushed through the financing and gave me 1000 less than other
dealers quoted me. Overall they lack transparency when discussing price.
They seemed rather unprofessional with some of their foul language.
Overall they don't want to deal, but I liked the vehicle so I bought it.
