Said they had car I wanted agreed on price had papers drawn up and I told them I would be there next day to pay and pick up car only to have them tell me next day they didn’t have it to begin with. Not the way to do business!

Dealer response was quick and efficient. They were true to their advertising of “no hidden fees or reconditioning fees”. The price quoted with tax, title, registration, etc., was exactly what I paid. After I accepted the offer, they made sure fluids and tire pressure were good and gave it a quick wash. My sales agent contacted me a day later to see how everything was and to answer any questions I had. I would do business with them again.

If I could give this dealership more than five stars I would. They were amazing! My sister was helping me do a bunch of the legwork while I was working. They communicated with her and then intern communicated with me. They had everything ready to go where I could walk in and sign papers and walk out with some of the easiest transitions I have ever experienced in my life. I have bought a lot of cars. Lloyd Casen was amazing! He checked on me later in the evening to be sure that I found a place to stay because I was there for my daughters birthday. He has called a couple of times since then to check on me and see how everything is going. They are a five-star dealership because they treat people the way they deserve to be treated! I would highly recommend them and Lloyd any day any time!

Once I’d requested info, the salesman who reached out immediately told me an additional $500 would be added to the list price for lifetime window tint. I could care less about window tint! I immediately was turned off.

Drove 1 1/2 hrs to test drive pickup at 7 pm. I told salesman Dexter Kellough that I wanted the pickup and that I would talk to credit union in the morning and I would have papers drawn up. He told me that the pickup would be there for me. After taking off work and having papers finished the next morning salesman finally calls back and informs me that they sold the pickup already. After I told them I wanted the pickup and that it would still be there for me

The salesperson, Edo, was very nice, but the level of customer service I received from those in management was not very timely, responsive or positive. It was obvious in our communications they were bottom line focused instead of focusing on ensuring a positive customer experience.

Internet manager Eddo was quick to respond and answered all of a number of questions. The truck was an auction/rental and we could not get comfortable with it’s mileage history/features/price. Someone eventually did and bought it. Would be happy to work with Eddo when another truck we like is offered.

Online sales called my numerous times in order to come check out the vehicle. Told her I would- made the 2 hr trip up and saw the vehicle parked outside ready to see (or so I thought). Once there- they told me vehicle was getting out of detail as it had been sold a few days prior? WTF- why “bait and switch” me? Will never give them another opportunity to earn my business- as you are only as good as your word.

I was looking for a Replacement truck that was more reliable than my Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Requested quotes from 5 dealerships for a lease on the new Silverado 1500 I6 Duramax. Agent came through with the best trade-in value and pricing. I was not expecting my local (Abilene) dealership to price match the 1LT Texas Edition. For a similar value they upgraded the truck to the 2LT which included trailer braking that I really needed. If they had not matched the price I would have gone with 5 star.

Through email we scheduled a test drive. After arriving I waited 30 minutes for my salesperson only to discover the car was sold the day before. I drove 35 miles one way to get there. It would have been nice to be told that in advance.

I live 2 hours away from dealer (4 hour round trip). Made a deal on a used 2013 Suburban over the phone &
completed preliminary forms via e-mail. Shop assured me it was in pristine condition. Drove 2 hours & arrived @
dealership to find it was covered in hail damage that they were hoping I would not notice. The manager said he
was aware of the hail damage as he noticed it when the vehicle was traded in which of course means the
dealership took a deduction from the previous owner's trade in allowance. The manager said I should have
asked if it had hail damage before driving all that way (so it is my fault that the hail damage was not disclosed) &
the manager said I should have expected it for the price. In my book this is very unethical. I'm sure some poor
unassuming person will come along & buy it unaware of the thousands of $ in hail damage. Also not disclosed:
missing 2nd remote/key, missing dvd remotes, dash was cracked, & 2 wheels had curb rash which I specifically
asked about .

GREAT Customer service. Keith at Five Star is AWESOME! It's been over 10 yrs since I
purchased a car and I was not looking forward to the process. For over 8 months, I was
looking for THIS particular color, with THIS particular interior & features, I was working within a
budget and Keith and the finance team assisted me all the way through. What sold the deal
was the "Pressureless" approach to selling. I did not feel hassled, but helped. Keith also made
sure that all of my request were addressed & completed. He even knew & was able to tell me
about the previous owner. My tires kept going low, but this is why I will be a customer for Life. I
emailed & said I had a issue, Keith immediately said bring it in (he didn't even ask what it was).
He treated me just as wonderful as the first time,& got me squared away. Five Star Chevrolet
gets 10 Stars, because 5 does not do them justice. Carrolton,Tx team picture
should be in the dictionary by the word AMAZING! #CadiLife

Typical salesman just want to sell a vehicle, it had issues with it and theres is
no return policy at all. I made an offer and it was rejected and after we
signed the paper work the very next morning the vehicle was listed a
thousand dollars less. In the end we got the short end of the stick and can't
get our money back.

I found the communication of this dealer to be in my words unprofessional. Sending pictures of the Carfax obviously taken using a cellphone rather than sending the actual copy of the Carfax. Also their emails were sent with the name of one person but signed by the name of another. When the email of the Carfax was sent, it was sent from an email address of one of the employees child as she informed it would be. They did communicate with me, but with these discrepancies I questioned their integrity.
