I had a great experience with Findlay! Although they wouldn't take a deposit to save the vehicle for me, I understand why. They still continued to work a deal for me behind the scenes. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I let them know I was on a time crunch and they got me out of there on time!

My initial contact at Findlay wasn’t very helpful with information on the history of this used car. Still interested, I contacted management and viewed the car again 2 days later for a totally differed experience. I placed a down payment that day! I anticipate and am excited to drive my new (to me) car away tomorrow. Thanks Findlay Team for your service and professionalism!

Sales rep was nice, but the finance guys tried all the tricks in the book to not have to budge on price. Walked away from the deal because even though their truck was 3 grand over market value, they wouldn’t come down 1000 bucks. Had excuses why other dealers could negotiate but they can’t. Plus they wanted to give me $500 for my trade in that another dealer was going to give me $2000 for. Waste of time.

Findlay contacted us within minutes of us contacting them. We ended up buying the truck we contacted them about. We had a great experience. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.

Called and made appointment to view truck, Truck was sold before I could visit. I had to find out in my own, wish I had been honestly told this first since I had an appointment and would've made a 2 hour trip for nothing. Work on your communication, folks.

The truck I bought was a nice However they didn’t want to give me anything for my trade in. And would not go down on sticker price for the Truck I bought.

Finally found the car I was looking for, made an appt and went to check it out and test drive. I was by myself, husband was working. They showed me a few different options price wise, trying to get where I felt come. I told my sales person that I wanted the vehicle and offered to put $ down to hold it while I took the paperwork to my husband. There was another couple looking at it while we were working on a price. They wouldn’t take a deposit and the sales person said he would hide it on the lot until I could call him back. I wasn’t gone 20min when he callled to tell he they sold it to the other couple . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY WORST ENEMY! Poor customer relations like that is not where I want to purchase a vehicle!

They couldn't find the car told us it went to auction. Then the next day they told us it came back from machanic shop for recall. In the end we never got to see the car. Felt unorganized. Both time we called they answered the phone Hello. We went sure if they were a dealer. Just wasn't a good experience.
