Had a deal with this dealership. They decided
to entertain other buyers while I have already
gotten an
approval from the bank. The GM Keith Miller
kept giving me the run around just so he can
buy time. he
incrreased the price on the car after I signed
paperwork and then sold the car for higher.
This is the worst
dealership to do any sort of business. They
dont stick to their word and all what they want
is to play games
so they can get someone to purchase the
vehicle at a higher price.
Overall happy with the customer service. So glad that I purchased from Ferman Chevrolet. I can honestly say this my best experience purchasing a vehicle.Jaeda my sales associate was so helpful I felt as if I knew her forever & the financial department went above in beyond to get me the best rate.

I contacted this dealer for the 2021 Dodge Durango listed. They seemed nice helpful and willing to work with me and my son. First there is a sticker yellow you can see it in the pictures ( even though you cant read it)it says they can't even sell that vehicle right now so they had me drive all the way from Ocala under the pretense that I would be buying a vehicle they cant even sell. With the illusion in their mind, I just needed a vehicle and would accept anything. My son was disappointed this was his first time buying a vehicle and he felt scammed. .

I was advised that the car was on site and ready for presentation. Half way there I received a call stating that the car was not there and keys not available. I found another Corvette elsewhere and take delivery 02/15/2025.

Sales man was very good,I bought it with out seeing it and they told me it was a good truck.they Will deliver to my house.wish me luck.
After initially contacting salesmen about the vehicle and coming to what I though was a fair price
the dealer tacks on another $1050.00 for dealer prep and fees (Not including taxes) ...Who pays
$1000.00 fee on a 9 year car. not even on a new one. deal breaker right there. Ask for the fine
print 1st!
I was 98% sure I was going to buy this car! I called ahead made appointment to see it, I even received a call that the car was ready 4 me. The car was dirty, onimy test drive I was stranded for 20 mins cause it ran out of gas. I spoke with the mgr. who advise there was nothing he could do about the inconvenience. I took my business elsewhere.

Sales personnel was very friendly. Selection was very slim. Unless you were buying new. Store manager pretends to go out of his way for you. But he never Followed through with getting back to me about other inventory. I made several calls still no replies so for that reason the rating will be low. However I hope this does not reflect the sales person that I spoke with because he was trying his hardest
The original salesman was great! The rest not as good. Was told everything was good on the car. When I got home found out there was a recall that had not been fixed. It took 3 days to get the car back and no loaner were available. The recall should have been fixed prior to selling the car.

Second was better at first, but then no follow up again and then I was notified by your site that the vehicle I was looking at was sold. Dealer did not notify me or call me back.

Great dealer, called and made a deal on the phone with sales manager in 30 minutes.
After scheduling an appontment two days in advance, I arrived early on a Saturday morning to find the day before. No communication to let me know the only car I was interested in was sold. Four hours later... someone call to see if I was notified the car was not available. There was a verbal agreement to hold the unit. If they would have told me to put a hold fee, I would have. We did not visit the dealership. However, their telephone follow-up with us was excellent.
Arrived at the dealership found the vehicle along wit Hal and his partner Paul they were awsome was treated me well. There was a minor dent in the front of the vehicle Hal said the dealership would repair it at no cost to me so I contacted my credit union GTE and purchased the vehicle.

They contacted me several days after inquiry but about another vehicle
not the one I inquired about. I have purchased from this dealer several
times over the last year's and was always happy with purchase
experience.
They told me somehow the vehicle i was interested in listed for$ 18,000 would be $5,500 more than the asking price out the door. Fron the other reviews seems like they deal with people they can easily swindle or rip off. Kept showing me other cars i wasnt interested in and almost demanding i have a trade for them before they would consider dealing with me. They must be from out of town. No southern hospitality at all

I was immediately greeted by a salesman. The car I was interested in was just as described on Car Gurus. When I drove the car, I quickly realized that it was too big for me. I was shown a smaller vehicle, but didn't care for it. The sales team tried hard to please me, but it just wasn't meant to be.

Had a black G35 for sale for $6500. I called to verify before I drove to Tampa. They asked if I was from out of town. I said yes, then they told me they would call me back. They called back and said the car had been sold. The next day the car was listed as $7900. I texted and asked for info. They never got back to me. They kept saying " yes, the car is available but I'll have to ask my manager." "You'll have to wait until tomorrow and someone will contact you." No one vontacted me. It was very shady.

Advertise cars with a manual transmission when in fact there are automatics doesn't seem to be very honest

Gordon Chevrolet does not manually enter options on a vehicle, instead the equipment list for each vehicle is decoded from the ID number automatically. If there is an error, we would appreciate some details so we can correct this. With the exception of the Corvette and Camaro, the manual shift percentage is less than 5%. So it is advantageous for us to advertise automatic transmission if it has one. We apologize for any confusion.

This dealership is among the highest priced
places around. They say they are having a sale
then Jack the prices higher to keep their profit
margin. Not a trustworthy place to buy any
vehicle.

I'll start by saying I was hung up on by the OWNER!
Call trying to purchase a vehicle, for my in-laws.
The OWNER answered seemingly nice until I asked him if the vehicle had any issues. Pretty commonly asked question when buying a vehicle I think...he said let me put my salemans hat on and answer this question for you!! "Nope". There's 1500 hundred moving parts you can drive this thing to halfway home and it blow up on you so how can I answer that!? Totally sarcastic and rude. Then fallowed up by saying I'm the owner, and don't need to sell this vehicle to you. And hung up on me. Real professional right? Would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!

Made an appointment to see the car in 2 days. Advised that I was driving 2.5 hours to see this "certified" corvette. Arrived at dealer and car was brought out. Not washed with scratches on right front and right rear fender as well as a rubber strip hanging down from the front. I was told that everything would be fixed "after" we agreed on the price. Really!!! This is a $56000 car that they are trying to sell. Also, a bit reluctant to let me take a test ride as they didn't want to add miles to this low mileage vehicle. I'm 70 so this would not have been a joy ride. Left after 30 minutes for my 2.5 hour ride home

Dealer responded quickly to my initial request. with a
somewhat generic email. I responded with questions about the
specific vehicle I had inquired on even asking do you have this
car on your lot. No response. When I did receive another
response it was generic letting me know about other sales they
had going on. My response was I have eliminated you from my
buying process since you refused to answer my specific
questions. I then received another email from a sales manager
wanting to know how they could help find a new car. In my
opinion, do not waste your time.

Car was not there when I went to see it. They called me the
nest day to say that it was out for service when I had came
to see it and if I could come back it would be there. When I
went back and started the car the engine light came on.
After driving for about 20 mi. and restarting the engine the
light went out. I was told that if I wanted to take the car to my
mechanic that I would have to purchase the car first and if I
didn't want the car within 3 days I could return it for a full
refund. If I was to give them my money and then want it
back, I have no idea when I'd see my money again.
