Emmons Autoplex has been a family owned and operated business since 1972 and remains so! We started out as a "buy here pay here" (Tote the Note) in-house financing small car lot in South Houston, TX. We have grown to one of the largest most popular independently owned dealerships in the Webster, Clear Lake, Galveston, Dickinson, and Houston area. We have just about any make and model in stock. I have purchased previously from this dealer and I never had a problem with my purchase they offered a fair price and a solid car.. I have a lot of respect for this dealership. They were the first car I bought when I came to Texas and kept that Ram truck for 8 years with not a single hitch. A+++++ dealership good folk !

When making a out of town purchase communication needs to be on point in order for the buyer to feel comfortable enough to travel to make the purchase..

Bonnie was nice and honest through the whole buying process. She offered us cokes and water at her own expense! The dealership smelled of fresh popcorn! The general manager even talked with us and was pleasant to talk with giving us how they determine what to give you on your trade in. Great experience!

The sales person could have been more pro active and after sales paperwork and money was completed-Took two days after everything was completed, and I had to call them to find out what was going on. She said she’s been busy with other customers. I understand that but my sale was already done and before these other customers she was helping , I feel I should have been on the top of the list to complete the sale. Was she trying to help too many people at a time.

approved but the financial associate said i needed to come in in person despite what the sales guy said. Told him i was advised
otherwise ...said he would check...never heard back ... Probly didn't want to deal with me being out of state..Just be honest and
tell me that. Its not like these cars turn up locally in the spec and mileage desired...pain in the ass to get any traction if its not

Called me asap. Would definitely consider using them for future auto purchase.
Emmons is a local dealer to me, they have some great cars however they always fall short on trade ins. Do your research before you. On average they are 3-4k on multiple deals I have tried over the past couple years. I'm giving a one star because I can't stand when they say I'll never do better and I have Everytime.
The salesman was great, but the management team isn't. They boast that they will match or beat prices within 300 miles. Showed them numerous vehicles with lower prices and they refused to amend their price going as far as to claim they could see imperfections in the other vehicles...the same vehicle we just test drove minutes earlier which didn't have the claimed imperfections. They also add costs at close for things that buyer had no choice in such as glass etching. Would not recommend doing business here.

Waste of time, 3 different calls with 3 different salesmen that were all “going to call back and send more information” and over 5 hours of driving to just go finally look at it, after no returned calls. Turns out this vehicle was sold a month ago. Waste of time.

I’ve called for 3 days to get info on a Durango, each time they say they will call back and send videos of the vehicle as we are 10 hours away. No one ever calls back, I called twice today and they don’t even answer the phone now. I’m just trying to buy the Durango and seems like they don’t want to sell it.

Online sales and finance is a joke. You see a price online of 20,000 or less. They will make you put at least 1/3 of the cars price down and your credit score doesn’t matter to them. Then they will try to talk you into buying a newer more expensive vehicle. One that wasn’t even in your budget to begin with. In order to finance a vehicle, it must be of newer age and low mileage! No working room or looking out for the customer, they just want your money.

WE do not have ANYTHING to do with down payments the banks require. All banks have stipulations regarding how vehicles qualify for a loan. For example, older lower mileage cars may be limited to say a 48mo loan term regardless of credit score. So therefore the bank requires a certain amount down to offset the rest of the months that they would normally loan up to (say 72Mos). So in theory (with a good credit score) y

Looked at 6 different vehicles on the lot. One had undisclosed hail damage all over, one had 5k miles on it and had error messages on the dash already, one was absolutely trashed and abused, and the other three all had issues of their own. Cars were overpriced (one had sat so long it was originally $21k and was knocked down to $15k...still no takers as it was BEAT) and their lot is surrounded by iron fencing with no access in or out without an access card.This means the salesman can keep you in there arguing as long as he wants AND you can't browse inventory unassisted. Also, no test drives unless you agree to purchase the vehicle FIRST. I bought a car here years ago and had a good experience. First time visiting the new facility and it was totally different. I won't return or refer anyone. Shame.
I reached out to the salesperson, Jon, and his manager. CarGurus
identified that the car was approximately $1850 higher than the
estimated value. I asked them if they are "negotiable at all" in price
and that I am out of state and would provide transport to my
hometown. Jon responded, "We don't negotiate on our prices we
guarantee you the best price available, you could a wire transfer to
us or send us a check but the best way would be a wire transfer".
The manager never asked what my offer was either. How can they
guarantee the best price on a used car? There are plenty with the
same condition and mileage - I happen to like the color (white).
There are several in other colors near my home with the same
mileage and condition at about $1500 lower in price. I did not feel
valued as a person or customer. Even if they aren't willing to
negotiate in this seller's market, they ought to allow an offer. I
simply wanted my shipping covered or included - which was
quoted at $420.

I purchased the 2020 Toyota Tacoma at Emmons Autoplex on 7/22 paying the Internet sales price shown. Very good experience. All the Internet pictures were accurate. My Emmons salesman (Shane Sanders) had the truck waiting for inspection on schedule, and was very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased an extended warranty thru Emmons at a very fair price; good value.
Entire purchase process took less than 2-hours on a very busy Friday afternoon.

We were preapproved through our own financial source so Emmons had little work on securing a loan. We bought a used
vehicle and the Interior of the vehicle was clean and exterior was in good shape. Our only concern was that the rear tires
needed to be replaced and when discussed with Emmons, they refused as it would have raised the price and their tire source
felt the tires were acceptable. Also, the vehicle's breaks will need to be replaced here in the next month or so. Obviously, the
tires and breaks are essential to the overall safety of the vehicle and next time Emmons should worry more about the safety
of the vehicle that they're placing their customers into than the esthetics and their bottom line. We had high hopes for
Emmons as they talk a big game about their 4.5 customer rating. However, our experience came in at 3.5.
Drove 30 minutes to this dealership and was greeted by a professional salesperson and noticed that the facility was presentable. However, the good experience ended once the keys to the vehicle I was interested in were not available. Additionally, the vehicle was locked on the dealer showroom, therefore I couldn’t even examine the interior of the vehicle.
I’m more disappointed than anything. But at least the sales people and receptionist were courteous.

They had a lot of hidden fees totaling almost a thousand bucks added into the deal and tried to rip us off on our trade! Watch out for that..went to another dealership made a great deal and was only charged tax title and license.
I spoke with one of the dealers at this company. I was told that they couldn't show me the truck. They also told that they weren't making any deals at this dealers ship. So I asked for the manager info. The manager emailed me and told me. If I had any questions to email or call him. I emailed about the truck and never got a response from him.

Pronto response in my quest
We made a deal and I placed a deposit on the vehicle I wanted. Hours later the general manager called me to tell me
he was refunding my deposit. Supposedly, the truck hadn't gone through their processes yet and shouldn't have been
listed yet. He said he didn't know what they were going to ultimately charge for the truck. I asked if they would at
least contact me as soon as it was ready so I could decide if I wanted it at the new price. He said they couldn't do that
because they had so many vehicles to keep track of and so many offers already on this truck. Basically, they had
someone who wanted it and they pulled it out from under me, even after I gave them a deposit. Very shady business
practices. I would not buy from them.

understand that. However, when a dealership has
had a vehicle in their possession for over 200
days it might be a good idea to loosen the reins
on that policy a little bit! Like on the dealership
fees, etc. If they had done so and come down
approx $500 they wouldâve sold the vehicle but
instead the decided to hand me my hat say have
a nice day.

Was contact by Britt. He was very helpful and knowledge about the
vehicles we were looking at this dealership. We ended up purchasing
one. He helped us through the sale process since this was the 1st time
buying an out of state vehicle. If you are looking at this dealership, I
would highly recommend Britt.
The staff got us a test drive when we requested and kept in contact until after the drive. There were 2 issues with the vehicle that we were told could be fixed. The issues were glaring on the 2 minute test drive, and probably should have been addressed before anyone test drive it. We were there on a very busy Saturday and told the salesman we weren’t interested in waiting around for the manager to test drive with us. We told him to let us know if the issues were addressed and then we may purchase. We haven’t been contacted yet.

The sales representative Mr. Matt Christian was excellent. But for him, I would NOT have bought this car. I saw disrespect, I saw color speaking, and I saw the worst customer service. Not until a patient of mind identified me as a Doctor, then did the so call Finance man” got up his chair to say “Sorry Dr. go behind the glass and see David. He will help you, and will a put gas in your vehicle”. I drove off that property, and Said NEVER to go back there. I wrote a check as they advised, and then somebody is calling my phone even when I am at work to send proof of funds in my account. Then after many calls I went back and was told to go to my bank and wire the money. Many apologies and the promise of gas in my new truck again. After 30 mins of no word from anybody, I left for the bank, wired their money and paid huge bank charges, and then comes million calls again even up to the GM. I shall NEVER go back to this Dealer, no matter what. I don’t care how good or cheap

SCAM. They had a red corvette priced at 22.995.
The hood handle was broken, the power seat was
broken, the clutch was toast, and the lady i dealt
with lied about the price. When i looked at the
âfinal priceâ of the car, they tried to charge me a
$300 fee for vin etching which is a known scam
that dealerships try to run. So now all of a sudden
the price of the car has increased and i drove 400
miles to see this car. Stay away from this
dealership.
Would give them a zero if I could. I bought an $80,000+ Trackhawk there and the engine blew up before I even received my plates. Had it
towed to another Dodge dealership, they said it was due to lack of oil. Went to Emmons to see what the deal was. They said they checked it
and the oil was fine. Come to find out the oil hand not been changed in almost a year and now my warranty wont cover the damages.
Emmons is no help with any reimbursement or financial assistance of any type, so now I'm stuck with a $15,000.00 bill on vehicle that I owned
for 5 weeks when the engine blew, plus 4 to 5 weeks of rental car costs.. More picture to follow from the tear down.

I wish I could give zero stars. Extremely disappointing experience and furious with this
dealership. I saw this car posted on 7/9 (Thursday) with no pictures. Immediately
asked for more pictures and a salesman sent 4 via text right away. Texted him back
to make an appointment for next day (Friday 7/10) and he told it wasn't going to be
available until Saturday. Friday came and went. Contacted him Saturday morning and
he told me the car was sold the day before. I questioned him and told me he had
personal affairs to tend on Friday. In a polite way I expressed my frustration of losing
the opportunity because I could have visited the dealership on Friday (not 10 miles
from my office) even if he wasn't available. Perhaps that Trackhawk would have been
in my drive way if it wasn't for a selfish and dishonest salesman. I had been looking
for that car for a good while now... and it Got away!!! Sorry still salty about it.

Called to check if a car was available, they said yes, but one person was "looking" at it. Drove 40min there only to get there and be told that it was going to he "sold to a owner's friend". Didn't find another car that fitted my family and budget so we left. About a month later kept looking for another car and the car is still shown available. Just trick you to come into their shop, with a car you see, but theybdont want to sell it to you.
Very poor communication. Vehicle is priced way over value and when told so answered with a snobbish attitude saying that he dares me to find a better deal and that they know better than I do. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend, also after told I was not interested because of price continued to answer just to keep bugging me about not finding a better deal

The vehicle was listed on Car Gurus with no accidents or orther issues reported. As we were about to purchase this car, the sales came in and wanted to disclose that they had detected structural damage to the vehichle after they bought it, but wanted to assure us that in no way was enough damage to affect the vehcies operation or reliabillity. They were not aware of any accidents that may have caused it.
I asked to read the Carfax report again. It listed accident history in the summary. The salesman updated listing on Car Gurus to redlect one accident.
Further review of the carfax report indicated that the vehicle had been involved in 3 different accidents. We stopped the purchase and left.

An inexperienced salesman with very little knowledge on the vehicle I was interested in followed up with me after my initial inquiry. He did say it was still available and and on their lot. After asking him a few questions, he had to research the answers and get back to me but he never did. I had to call him back 7 hours later, just to find out it was never available in the first place and already sold. This is after I spent a good part of my day setting up the purchase with my local lender. Very frustrating

Paperwork sent in advance and ready to drive when I flew in. I would highly recommend Emmons as an honest broker and a great place to buy a sharp vehicle.

A salesman, Donny Slaughter< contacted me and followed up
with conversations to answer my questions. The GM also
contacted me to offer any help I might need. Both were
appropriately helpful.
Ii like my sales person alot. I was actually close to doing a deal but I wanted to go home and re-think my trade in because I was sure I could get better
value on the open market without too much effort. (their offer was $12K I needed $14K). Turns out, as I told them I wanted to do this route, for some
reason another guy entered the equation and suddenly was willing to do $14K, even though he said my truck had been re-painted (it had not and I later
got documented evidence that verified it had not). I wish they could've been more upfront from the beginning and I might've done the deal on the spot.
But something about the way that was framed (as if they were doing me a favor) did not sit well. I ended up buying s similar car elsewhere but it is
nothing my sales guy did wrong necessarily; I just did not care for the bit at the end where it felt like I was being tricked. But I would recommend them. It

email from the sales manager. I told him I was no longer interested and his response was great. He was courteous about making sure I knew
that they were there to help if needed, but didn't flood my inbox day after day. I know this seems like a silly review, but I would gladly but a car
there because they respected my decision.

I got a response from Matthew B. @ Emmons Autoplex who was very helpful. It was the quickest, most simple non hassle car buying experience I’ve ever had. I did have to return from out of town the following day, because the loan officer at my financial institution missed my purchase order before leaving the evening before - that said if I’m counting actual process time from walk in to drive out, at most it probably took 4 hours. Would definitely recommend this dealer, and the salesman.

Love the offer and tundra but way out of where I live.
I wasn’t really pleased. Wasn’t treated if they were pleased to do business with me. Never received personal phone call only text messages. Wasn’t shown invoice on car no negotiation, only concerned about financing. When I told them that I was approved with Cargurus for financing they never considered it. Frankly I was told that your financing isn’t what it says. Never had an experience like this. Just didn’t feel right. Beautiful car, really do want it however they didn’t try to make a deal with me. Disappointed!

through CarGurus was seamless. Matthew, the sales agent was
communicative and provided quick response to my questions. Busy place
and may have been a touch overextended during my visit, especially after I
said I'd buy it. Bit of hiccup between sales and finance; probably because I
was paying with cash and deal wasn't contingent on financing. The wait and
lack of attention in between was a bit odd, but overall, very happy to have

It was great. I first went on line & found the vehicle. I filled out a information form & not long after submitting the form, I was contact by a salesman, Mr. Rowe. Made an appointment & went by to see the vehicle. Then I ask to bring my wife by the next day. We looked the vehicle over, then drove it. I told Mr. Rowe there was a noise in the rear & explained that sounded like tires. They checked & found this to be true. They had two new tires installed. Emmons Autoplex is highly recommended. Mr. Rowe was a great salesman.

They responded and answered my questions. They were about 200 miles from me and I never made it down to see the gorgeous power wagon in person. Ultimately I went in a different direction on a vehicle locally. Can’t talk to in person experience but their email communication was quick and helpful.

Well after getting a call back from the sales manager to confirm my credit application, my preferred vehicle and my appointment day we made the trip 3 days later, me and
my wife rented a car and drove the 5 1/2 hours 360 miles and make the purchase only to arrive to find out that no appointment was made and that my vehicle had been

Edmond facility is a brand new large dealership complex. Have classic
cars displayed. Have nice reception area. Salesman Frank was
courteous. We test drove a 2010 Mercury LS Grand Marques. Lovely
car we wanted but had 2 electric seats that did not function from
controls as advertised they did on CarFax and by Edmonds. General
Mgr. (GM). got involved. We never argued pricing issue. We put down
deposit based on written agreement GM proposed that they would fix
the seats & 3 other problems agreed to fix. Have signed agreement
.Seats were a true safety issue. They knew that They kept car one
week, no call saying repaired. We called and went by. GM said it would
cost to much to repair seats & we could take as is, or they would return
deposit. We took back deposit, have poor opinion. Would not

Great experience
The 2013 dodge ram 1500 was sold before I got there on the 4/12/18. So I was shown a 2014 dodge ram. The odometer was different than what me and my Credit Union was shown. 5kmiles more and the manager said the price wouldn't have changed,but I think it would have the price some. Then I pick the truck up and the headlight on the driver side has water in it! I let the salesman know and he said he will get with his manager. No response yet!

I initially emailed them for the red mustang and they did reply right away but when I asked if the price was negotiable they said they would get back to me and never did. The car was beautiful, just as described but there were other issues. The vehicle has four tires, it was delivered with four different tire pressures ranging from a low of 26 PSI to a high of 45 PSI. I was able to get exactly 12 starts before the battery died. This vehicle has a special battery ($200) located under the rear seat . The + terminal was so corroded that oxidation had to be chipped off in order to access the bolt. They sold the vehicle for nearly $300 above the CarGuru listing price and I had to stop for gas on the way home from the dealership. I talked to my salesman about these issues and am still waiting for a response.

This autoplex was awesome. Dixie had every thing ready to go before we got there. We drove 2 hours and the car was just as described! Everyone is so surprised to know it's a 2015. The staff was very nice. The building is beautiful. Financing was so easy!! I would buy from them again.
The car we went to see was in bad shape. They acted as if they didn't know and gave us a cheesy sales pitch. They pressured us by saying there was a buyer coming from Louisiana to look at the car. If that was true, I feel worse for him then us. The car is still for sale. No surprise there.

It looks like you were not a fan of the black interior as your request was for the lighter (tan) color. To say our car (2017 Subaru with only 11K miles) was in bad shape was a gross overstatement. The right hand dash trim that was tattered had been ordered for $17 (none in Houston so we had to retrieve it from the Dallas warehouse). automatic email reply to an appointment has you going there to look at
a new vehicle, when appointment is for looking at a used vehicle. They
should update feature to avoid confusion as well as change the address
on their web site to their new location. Their new facility is very nice and
the staff are friendly.

Was great my salesman was very professional and nice ask for Justin he will take care of you
I went there for my 4pm appointment but I was 40 minutes late. I waited about 35 to 45 minutes but the salesmen was very busy, so I didn't get a chance to speak with him. I also did not see the automobile on the car lot. Not sure if it was in the back are not.

These people have no clue.... I arrive to buy this Hummer and was told it was mine but it had to go in the shop for suspension repair and I was ok I even told him I would do paper work on it or a deposit, the sales man every day will send me an email starting off with your hummer is still in shop but then 4 days later he tells me it's sold and tried telling it was sold long before I went there the first over a week ago. These people have no clue on what's going on!!!!!! They should not even get one star

I talked to this dealership lasr week on December 29th and told them I wanted this car. I asked for some assistance with transporting this vehicle two hours away to a condo I

I was about to make purchase with a very helpful sales consultant and asked to lower down the price on a different vehicle. Was referred to sales manager who was nice but can not make a decision and was referred to GM. The GM was nice at first and left to talked to his boss, maybe the owner but when he came back he became rude, angry and controlling. I did not do anything except asked to lower down the price.This is not acceptable behavior so I left. So it means they will be nice to anybody who will buy their vehicle only.

Amazing place with friendly people and great atmosphere. I drove over three hours to look at a 2011 Mustang GT Premium. A couple hours later I was driving off the lot with it. Scott was the salesman and answered any questions and never pressured about anything. Will be the place for my next purchase and would tell anyone I know to check them out.

initial contact and was very helpful. Since Hurricane Harvey was just about
to hit the area the dealer was closed for over a week. Low-sitting inventory
was moved off site. Finally 10 days after initial contact I was able to drive
the car with Heather (sales). She was very knowledgeable about the car.
The buying experience was straightforward and painless. Everyone was
very nice to deal with. They even helped me arrange for one of the sales
associates to drive it to my home. I would recommend them to friends.

Not a normal dealership but good at service. I set an appt and met with Jaime. He was friendly and energetic. Nice kid. He let me test drive the car by myself. I took it for a spin for a few hrs and bought the car. Trade in was decent. The finance clerk was a hottie. I really like the car.

MY problem was I changed Specs from 4-cyl.to 6-cyl, which ruled out their on-lot offering.
I only got a response saying they were closed. How about answering my question when you are open? Only seems logical.

everyone there gave me the run around. I requested the Carfax and didn't receive it. requested again. was sent the wrong Carfax. then was notified that the didn't have it and that they could get it for me and I never got it

The car I was interested in has a millage inconsistency (Carfax).
In asked the seller about this and they told me I should contact the dealership that (supposedly) entered the millage incorrectly in the Carfax report back in 2012 and ask them what they have in their system. After this email (about 2 weeks ago) they never contacted me back to see if I was still interested in the car.
it seems to me that since they want to sell the car, they are the ones that should provide proof to clarify that the millage inconsistency was caused by a human error and not by something else.
Basically the did nothing to help and they did not follow up.

I sent email from your website and from there website I got one response out of 5 and it was to set up an appointment to test drive. I been to Emmons a couple of times and if your not there to purchase they really don't want anything to do with you. I just wanted to see a couple of trucks and they weren't on the lot or weren't even available or not processed for sale yet, but they were advertised for sale.

After taking delivery of the Z06 and it was in excellent shape I got it home and had a little issue with it so I contacted Jerry and he has worked with me to get the issue fixed and resolved. Below average Spent several days getting all the info on car. After that I received a price on the car. Then several hours later I received an email that the price on All used mustangs for sale. I emailed back and that applied to all cars except the one I was trying to buy. Early the next morning Frank called and told me the car was sold. That may be the way business is done in Houston but not in West Texas at the dealership where I trade does business

Cars are not as advertised. Some of them have badges and
aftermarket parts that make them appear to be something they
are not. For example, a Mustang GT with Shelby Cobra
emblems,rims, and even the cobra leather seats, but the steering
wheel has the horse on it. Things only someone who knew what
to look for would find. This place is shady and uneducated as a
salesmen even tried to convince me the mustang mentioned
above was a real cobra!

Meaghan was polite over email, but was unfortunately extremely busy when I drove
to the dealership. Test drive went fine, but the sales manager offered an insulting
$700 for my trade (a 2004 Infiniti) claiming "rust." Why not just say that you don't
want to buy the car? He then said "I don't want to be rude, but we're very busy"

I got a lukewarm reception when I arrived. Despite speaking to and making an appointment with a specific salesperson to test drive a specific truck, I wasn't told until I arrived that someone else had made an offer on the same truck. They had no other trucks that would fit my needs and had no desire to work with me. The truck was worth the price, but I suggest you get financing elsewhere and don't expect more than the basics from the company.

Called before going. Took off work to be told the truck we were
interested in was sold three day earlier. Then later that same day
we were called by another sales person tring to get us to come
out there again to look at the truck tht was sold. They did not
know that is was sold. We then recieved emails from another
sales person wanting to sell us the same truch that was sold.
The sales manager did email me and relpied back to my response
saying that he was going to make sure his sales staff addressed
this situation.

The car I wanted was on a flat and out of gas. Then the sales person told me that the car always give them problem. I told her this is not the car i want to buy. Not to mention when i arrived, several sales associates walked past me & didn't greet me, after 10 mins I was finally greeted by a manager. Also the finance dept is in the open with only a divider between you and the lobby. No privacy for the customer.I heard a customer give his s.s. Number, and hourly pay.

Excellent experience! I found Emmons via CarGurus while searching for a particular RX350. I live in AR so had to work with them remotely on the details before making the 400+ mile trip. Our rep Jamie was great. He was very responsive and provided us with everything needed to make a good decision prior to driving down to purchase. The RX350 was exactly as advertised if not better. We were very happy when we first drove up and saw the car and even happier when we drove away with our new purchase! We love the car and were very impressed with Emmons. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is incorrect. The response was excellent. I inquired about a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. Armondo responded with a 2003 Chrysler town & Country. I bought the T & C which was like new. A Car Fax was included with the ad and swung me to the Chrysler. I was very pleased with my experience.
Drove out to dealer after calling, looked at truck found it to be
about $2.000 over priced, made offer of about $1.000 less to
cover TT&L sales person did not even check with manager and
told me good luck even though I had cash in my pocket. It
appears that they only want to deal with people who are down
on there luck or don't know better and can only finance. Found
this to be true check other reviews on this site for that dealer.

Our salesman Justin was great, no pressure sales and great selection of cars. Easy to get ahold of and always returned my calls/emails very quickly. He also went the extra mile to get the value I wanted for my trade in. I plan pan on buying another vehicle on 6 months and I will start my search here. They also gave my brother inlaw quite a bit of free advice about a bad deal he is stuck in with another used car lot. He spoke very highly of them and thier desire to just be a helpful and genuine dealership.
Overall 10/10 - only thing I would change is make thier location a bit closer to my house, but they were worth the drive.

Courteous, no high pressure sales. Recommend to make an appointment, they seem to be busy and have a light sales staff. The car we were interested in was ready when we got there. Justin went over some details with us then left us alone to take all the time we wanted for a test drive and check out. Prices seems to be very good opposite a no price negotiation business model.

The Internet price is firm. They will not hustle you if you are
looking at cars on the lot, which is very good for most. They are
very busy and crowded. They also were out of cups for the water
fountain. The car isn't prepped any after you look at it and I drove
away with it blinking on empty. Lot is over crowded but they
should move next year. Terrific deals on clean cars. They might
push a little hard on the extended warranties where I don't think
the price is the best but the exceptional buy on the car and
knowing there is no dealing makes up for a lot. I would rate it 4.5 if
I could.

Uninterested in selling their cars. Contacted them by phone, got
mediocre to bad service after finding they had left a listing of a car
that had already sold on their website TWO WEEKS after it sold.
Emailed them a week later asking if the car was still available
because it was STILL online, they emailed me back with the simple
response "the car has sold" not a word more, not even a signature of
who had sent the email. I would not recommend this dealer to
anyone!

Manny, our representative was very helpful. There was a couple
of issues with the car: it needed oil change and the brakes weren't
working correctly. They are very firm in their price so they prefer
to fix anything wrong. They did the oil change and turned the
rotors. My boyfriend, a mechanic said they did an okay job on the
rotars. We had the car looked at by a dealer and they said the
pads had a bout 40% life left so that is why they didn't change
them. The car ran and braked great when we picked it up and
everything was ready for us when we got there. My son is
thoroughly enjoying his new car! Very fair price as compared with
KBB.
