I received a response within 24 hours, in fact, I received 27 responses from 4 different people at the same dealership within 3 days. Be careful in contacting them unless you are into high pressure tactics.

Floyd Whitlock, my car salesmen was phenomenal, and very professional, he paid close attention to my concerns and credit issues, along with the staff at Easterns Automotive Group who was kind and accommodating, and instrumental to not only getting the requested vehicle financed, but had it cleaned and ready to go. The whole buying experience took much less time then I anticipated. I’m proud to say that I would strongly recommend not only Floyd Whitlock as your next salesman, but the Eastenrs Automotive Group as your car dealership.

Buyer beware. They tell you how great they are but offered 4,600 (32%) below Nada Avg Trade in ($13,600), which is the lowest trade in numbers of the main sites that offer car values. They won't negotiate on their prices but they want to throw low trade numbers in the hope that uninformed people will take the offer. This is a common practice by car dealers so be sure you do your research!

Horrible experience. I was in the market for a Chrysler Pacifica and was ready to buy that same day. thank The salesman Devin was great and the only reason I am not giving one star. When we are in the office with the finance manager he was rude and disrespectful with no reason to and was attacking all of my questions and answers. When I told him I would not be purchasing the vehicle he pushed himself off the desk and stormed off. He did not greet us goodbye or say a single word. The general manager gave me a call to apologize as I was pulling into another dealership. I ended up purchasing my Chrysler Pacifica from a dealership with people who were respectful and helpful. I will never buy or visit a vehicle from Eastern Motors again.

The WORST Dealership EVER! 1. We set up an appointment for a test drive (I had to take a half day off work). When I got there the car was not even there. They sent it to Virginia by mistake. I waited for 2h30min and nothing so I decided to leave. They did not even apologize! 2. They did an apraisal on my car (trade in) and offered me $200. My car’s value based on Kelley Blue Book is $2500 - $5000. Next day, another dealership offered me $3000 for my car. 3. While waiting on the car to arrive from VA they tried to sell me extended warranty on a car that was not even there. LOL 4. Please do not make a mistake of doing business with Easterns.

Did not really like their vibe at all. Also the Salem a.m. was mad that I decided I did not want to buy the car because it was not in the range that we had discussed before. I drove 3 hours to this dealership, never again

They search for car I had interest in buying, with the specifics given, said they found one , had it transferred to their dealership, unfortunately when I bought my wife in to see and test drive the car, the backup camera (which I specifically requested) was not available on this vehicle, but they did say they tried to reach me after the car arrived, they even tried to sell the camera package at cost, I wasn't interested.

I traveled 3 hrs to see the suv and called 3 times to make sure it was still at the dealer ship. I was told a hold was on the suv for me. When I got there they said sorry we sold it. Very poor way of doing business. This is the second time this has happen to me.

Got an emial response from corporate office responding to my request to be contacted about a 2015 Suburban. The gentleman confirmed to me that the car I wanted was available and that I can go see it and even texted me the address. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the car had been sold the previous week and that they have other similar cars that they can show me. I drove about an hour to go see this car that didn't even exist? Their answer? "The system didn't clear the car from the available to the already sold list and that they didn't know". I mentioned to them my disappointment and was led to believe that it was a bait to drive foot trafic to their dealership. Once they have you there, they'll do anything to sell you what they've got in stock. Over a week later, the car still shows up in ine inventory. Well, I went to another dealership a few days ago and bought a car and the car's listing was deleting and even mentioned it was sold. Unless this is a bait and switch, why would it still be listed for weeks on end? This is unprofessional and insensitive to people's time and gas spent to and from the dealership to see a car that only exists in the stratosphere and not on land. Don't waste you time. Go find some honest dealership.

Loved the car, however the visit turned into a terrible experience. Dealer would not honor the sell price advertised on the Internet. In addition, they refused to address our concerns regarding two tires on the drivers side that had gauges in the sidewalls after we negotiated a sell price. After refusing to fix the tires we had no choice but to walk away from the dealership and the deal. Unfortunate, but we were able to get the same car, different color at another facility for almost $3K less.
