BE AWARE, SHADY AF BUSINESSES PRACTICES!!! I contacted dealership via text and arrangements were made to make purchase. So the following morning I waited to no avail for sales associate to contact me as planned. After waiting all morning I contacted sales associate only to be told that deal we had made the previous evening was off the table and when I asked why was told that manager had stated more people were showing interest in same truck so price was increased by almost $3,000. So be aware, money is far more important to this dealership then customer care. They’re all about the quick buck so if you have interest in buying from here be cautious and prepared for disappointment!!

The price of the car is not what it would've costed to purchase it. With all fees involved a $5500 car came to roughly $7700, and that's cash. I was very disappointed.

In addition to the sale price we charge sales taxes, registration and a dealer fee. If $5500 was your out the door limit, we could have offered you an option within that budget. Salesman didn’t get back to me until 3 days later, I’m out of state so wasn’t “just drive there” situation. Also get an email from The“General Manager “ saying to contact him needed anything, well left him a message and of course no response. So communication on their part is severely lacking.

I called about a used vehicle. They knew I was driving 4 hours to get it. I asked about rust issues they said there were no issues. I drive 4 hours and the first thing I saw when I got out of the truck was covered up rust. And not covered up well either. It has bad rust issues and they would not budge on the price. That didn't bother me as much as the 4 hour drive over a fib or an oversight. Either way I will never be fooled by then again

It was great and I did purchase the truck and I love it
Went to the dealer pre approved to buy a 40k used truck but the sales rep insisted on selling me a new truck and re-running my credit. Even called his New Yorker finance manager over to convince me that I wanted a new truck and not a used one. Long story short, They could not get me approved under ford financing but instead shopped me around with various different lenders which I did not want and by the time they called me back 24 hours later to tell me they thought they had the perfect truck for me I had already had a much better experience at a different dealer in town which was more than happy to sell me a used f250 diesel super duty for my approved amount of 40k. Definitely would not refer this dealership to family or friends as the customer DOES NOT know best at this dealership!
First, the car was advertised as a manual transmission, which is what I wanted. I get there, and the car is an automatic, I let them know that I wasn't interested and left.
Second, I get a letter from a credit union two days later informing me that I was not eligible for a $16K loan; I never applied for a loan!!!
The dealer tells me that they do that, just so that they can get an idea about financing.
The car is listed for $14K, and I never even started to talk about buying it, and I would have never asked for $16K, cause I can't afford it and I know it.
I have contacted the credit union to complain about this hitting my credit report as an inquiry. Shady, shady, shady.

Going into the showroom there were a lot of associates about but did not greet me, so I was anticipating a poor experience, but when I found Jose he was amazing! My husband and I got first class service from that moment on and we ended up buying the truck we came to see.

Overall, really great. I bought the car for 28.5k out the door. However, there were many broken components in the car. The car is going into service soon, and it seems that everything is covered under warranty... even though, they should've done a more thorough job with the car. Overall, great experience, great people.

Can only speak to their used car sales. I live in Atlanta area and found a 1997 Mark VIII at this dealership. They were very helpful in getting pictures so that I could check out the car long distance. I also asked if the car had gone thru and inspection that verified everything was in working order and was told yes this car was owned by service manager's father so everything was good. Flew down to pickup the car and it looked very nice (and still does). Drove it around for a mile or so and didn't notice anything bad other than electric tilt on steering wheel did not work and later found out the cd changer also doesn't work. So we finished the deal and I proceeded on my drive home. All was fine until I ran into heavy rain. When I would apply the brakes with any force at high speeds the car pulled violently to the left and then on release overcompensated coming back right. This was 200+ miles into my trip home so I continued driving super careful. I immediately took the car to a local ford dealer the next morning and they said the car need front brakes due to a caliper locking up and also needed basically a new front suspension. SO BUYER BEWARE OF DUVAL FORD ESPECIALLY IF THEY TELL YOU THE CAR WAS INSPECTED!! I sent an email that day to both the salesman and the GM and never heard a word.

Good response to emails, telephone traffic was quick to answer questions and try to support our request. We did purchase a vehicle from another dealer due to cost.
