Doc/Processing fee seems a little higher than most but perhaps the overall service is worth it. Finance office process was typical. Appreciated the ongoing communication from the internet team, drove a bit of a distance but for a good deal and the sales staff I encountered was excellent. I would recommend this dealer group to others and would consider making a purchase with them again myself.

Drive 6 hrs and put 250 deposit on this truck to find out it was severely rusty and had 3 different size tires on it and was a 4x4 and had an antifreeze odor under the hood that wasn’t explainable and drivers seat was broken and salesman wasnt willing to negotiate for the mechanical issues it had

Communication was quick and pleasant when I inquired about a certain vehicle. Dealership came highly
recommended from a good friend of mine. I live in Northern Kentucky. Drove an hour and 15 minutes to test drive
a truck. Didn't end up purchasing the vehicle but was treated with respect all through the process.

Typical Dodge scumbag dealer quoted a price on CarGurus to collect information about me then changed the price when I contacted them and acted as if that is normal
behavior. CDJR dealers are unfortunately like this with some rare exceptions which are actually honest traders.

Dealer staff responded quickly. When they made an error on numbers, they called me back within minutes. Finance person was responsive to my questions and concerns. It just didn't work out mainly due to long distance from my home (fuel prices etc just to go see the truck). I even got a nice note from the salesman offering his help in the future! Unfortunately it just didn't work out this time. Thanks much!

Terrible. I reviewed in-depth the truck listed on their website and cross referenced it with what was listed on the Cargurus Website. Dan Cummins listed the truck as in “Awesome condition” and the CARFAX they listed for the truck VIN: 1GCPYFED6LZ376403
showed no accidents. Buyers beware!! The truck has been in an accident. Simply look at the rear end. I prequalified for the truck based on the dealers word, pictures, and website and it had damage. I drove 3 hours, just to find out for myself.

The truck pictured during this review is not the truck they had for sale (though what I test drove IS what was listed, so...). They tried to give me below
trade-in for my van and more than retail (about $5,000) for the truck. They marked the truck as "Good" condition, but it had an oil leak, water leak,
ABS light, and the parking brake didn't work. Transmission was difficult to shift in 4WD and the truck was in poor condition on the interior. Rear
receiver hitch was more-or-less useless due to the chain holes being covered by flat bar welded under the hitch. The truck supposedly came out of
the detail shop, though there was oil sitting in the cup holder that pops out of the dash, horrible smelling interior, major stains and ripped seat. A/C
hardly worked as the truck also had a vacuum leak. They then proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about, in very sales-tactic
words, about the van trade-in vs. the truck value. More details could be included, but I'm limited.

I was tag team about two of the sales reps. Felt absolutely awesome to be shriven it's hard as they were for my business. I get it it's the car industry, you got to earn everything so on and so forth. But that's any sales position, wish my team and guys were that invested in the needs of the the customer that put interest into your business. So overall yes I was satisfied. Didn't buy a car on behalf of Life certain things going on. But will definitely continue to keep up with Dan Cummins to make sure that that is where I purchased my car when I do.

They waited a week to reply once I sent my information in. In the meantime, the vehicle I wanted was sold out from under me. Then the manager contacted me, apologized and was going to find me a similar vehicle. It's now been another week and nothing from them. Stay away they are a large dealer that move a ton of vehicles. You, as an individual customer, are not important. It's about the masses.

I have always had an issue with the over the top car salesmen, but Terrance Butler has the perfect demeanor and personality. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and he made the experience worth our while.

The environment was very clean and stress free. Tony answered all my questions and explained them in full detail. They have a lifetime powertrain warranty on their vehicles as well. The only reason I didn't purchase the vehicle, was because of my insurance. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other car shoppers. Thank you guys.

Not a good experience! Didn't get a call right away so I called and asked if the vehicle was still available, giving them the vin #. The said yes.. so I drove 50mi only to find out the contact person I was suppose to talk to had left the company some time ago and the vehicle was already sold! So no I was not happy with the dealership or their call center who answers their calls. I did get a call from the dealer a couple of days later... but then it didn't matter....

They didn't disclose the $499 dealer fee until I was ready for check out and for a car they selling for $500 this Fee equals a 100% mark up for total cost of $1000 and car not worth that much

Creepy atmosphere, alot of attempted bullying. There's not really much call for having three people in an 8x8 room to try and bully a woman into buying a car. Did not want to talk numbers with me. They'd have to call me back with an amazing offer on my trade in to get me to go back.
