No Communication and zero follow up. They are selling a vehcile before it was even inspected and then dragged their feet at seeing it, driving it, financing. The after they got tge financing only to tell ke they couldn't sell it because of engine issues! They ruined my credit and the sales person Alejandro had no idea what he was doing and botch my pre-approval when another dealership got me a deal right away! So they love being scummy, non trustworthy or accurate on anything. They denied my credit just so the only option they gave me was their internal credit! They have zero business ethics or knowledge and won't help people!!! If I could give them negative stars I would! I will never trust or buy from them ever in my life!!!

Everything went smoothly until vehicle was finally delivered to me. I drove off not noticing same as the guy from dealership who sold and delivered it to me that it says security on fenders and on both sides of vehicle. I had to wait until in town and take time off work, take back 2 time for them to finally remove on the third buffing try. At the same time I brought to there attention they also didnt specify a very long deep scratch on the truck. But it was delivered paper work signed. I'm in my big loan for several years 2021 and they won't help with that. They agree they didn't even see it nor did they see other small dents or markings. I would research and see car in person my next time around. Lesson learned next time I won't have it delivered. Had I seen the scratches had they specified the truck had it, I would have not taken a second look at that one. I would ha e went to a brand new truck instead. In the end it cost me time and more money not what you want when buying.

I wanted to purchase the car for price adversities. They said that had to add some anti theft devices that would cost about $2000 and would increase price. I told them I didn’t want these items and I would pay cash that day. I was told they are adding anyway. They would take $500 off the bottom line price. Told them not to bother!!!!

The dealer did contact us about this vehicle,(specifically an employee named Margarita
Gonzales) and invited us in for a test drive. We went in the next day, and we were told (by a
salesman named Ishmael, Smiles was his nickname,that the vehicle was in "recertification"
and "way out on the back lot" and therefore, unable to be test driven. But that they would
contact us was soon as the vehicle was "recertified". We have not heard from this dealer
again, although I contacted Ms. Margarita by email to inquire about the status of the van. I truly
believe that this is a classic "bait and switch" tactic, as they were quick to offer to show us any
other vehicle that we wished. It will be a week tomorrow since we attempted to take them up
on their offer to test drive this vehicle. Avoid this dealer if you are looking for a used car that
actually exists.

Chapman offered me a great deal, started the process of them contacting my bank and getting my info, then I got an email saying the new car I thought I was buying had been in a wreck and had 10k miles instead of 0. I had no intention of writing a review but the car is still advertised for sale on the website and the price actually went up. Not sure if I was lied to or they didn’t wanna go thru with the great price they gave me but come on Chapman, u gotta be better than this.

Was all set up to test drive the fiesta as well as another vehicle. Scheduled a time ahead to come in and meet with my salesman who seemingly had left to go home already. It was odd considering we had emailed up until that day and was given no notice that the person I had hoped to speak with would end their day early. Waited 20 minutes outside by the car thinking I could test drive when the key system was down. I understand things happen out of our control but it felt overall as they were unprepared.

I felt like I was at a car dealership for sure. The offers were laughable with interest rates that
were unbelievable. The stories (offers) were hard to understand. I wondered if they were trying
to take advantage of a senior citizen. I left with the comment that I wanted the vehicle but with
the financing they offered I would be unable to accept. They finally called my credit union and got
decent numbers including the interest rate that was just about half the original rate they offered
me. I felt like I had been run through a wringer. We first met on Saturday and I took the car
home on Tuesday. What a trip. I would not recommend Chapman Honda.

Very courteous salesman who contacted me immediately. We have talked several times - I’m just waiting on insurance settlement for my Tundra that was totaled in a wreck that wasn’t my fault. Communication with the sales person who responded to my inquiry was rather well.
I went to see the car, and noticed that the car was not clean---inside was dirty, seat belts and the back seats were
stained with some form of dirty. I consider a car in such a dirty condition should not be listed on the market yet.
However, they were nice enough to emphasize that they will make sure the car is completely clean up for me if I buy
the car. I made them sign the 2 conditions I requested in regard to complete cleaning and do professional touch up
the scoffs at the front right fender to my satisfaction or else I should get my deposit back and not buying the car. I
am now waiting for them call me in within 3 or 4 days from last Friday 10/23/20.

I think they are taking advantage of a Coronavirus buyer desperation situation... the salesman was very nice and attentive his hands were tied by the corporation...

Helpful and knowledgeable. However, I am not sure whose fault it is, the dealer or the people who put in
the ad, but the price I was given by the car dealer was suddenly much higher than what the car was
advertised for. That did not feel good and made me hesitant trusting them overall, which is kind of sad
because I really liked the person who called me back from Chapman Honda. I ended up not buying this
car because of the discrepancy in the advertised price and the "real" price. I simply lost the trust, even
though the car probably was worth the higher price because it was immaculate, but it was just not a good
feeling being played like that.

Called dealer on Monday 1/20 for availability on wrangler, dealer confirmed availability and price. Now I’m in Phoenix they’re in Tucson. So I let them know that I wouldn’t be able to be there until Saturday. So before I came down here I called and asked for confirmation on availability, the gentle man said “yes we have I can see it”
I I drove down here, and guess what the car was sold last night, which I’m not sure as to how this happened if the car is available the morning of, but was sold the night before.. just wasted my entire Saturday. Waste of time, money, and gas.. please don’t bother with these people if you’re out of town..

I worked with their internet sales rep using e-mail, so I had a written record. He answered my questions about add on costs such as nitrogen,
and vin etching. I would not pay them. He gave me an estimate of the trade in value for my Rav4 that was on the low end of edmonds
estimate. We agreed on a final cost to me including taxes and fees. He took it to his manager who said something like, the price had gone up
since we started our conversations. Reminds me of the old fashion used car dealer. "Let me talk to the manager". I cut off the deal.

Drove 116 miles to look at a car that the front desk said was available and to let her know my ETA she’s have it pulled up for me. Got down there and was told that it had too much wrong with it and they were going to sell it at auction..... than why did your receptionist have me drive 116 miles to see it?! Seriously!

Dealer responded quickly and we tried to work through some pricing issues. In the end I found a 2011 GMC Denali that was only priced a couple thousand dollars higher and it was from a dealership out of the southwest. I felt that their was a lot of fees tacked on their that the other dealer did not. It is what it is but when it was all said and done it didn’t work out for me.

Had a bad experience with the first sales person. Sales person blew
us off like he did not want to sell the car. Then the manager got
involve and it became better as the manager and different sales
person help us out.
At the end of the day we ende pd up buying the car and ended up
happy with our sales person and the manager

Chapman was very responsive to our inquiry and the listing was 99% accurate. Customer service was good and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Issues during the process were addressed fairly and the dealership is very willing to find solutions. One improvement is sales staff familiarity and knowledge of the vehicle other than what is on the vehicle sticker and overall cleanliness of vehicle as the interior wasn't completely clean when the vehicle was first looked at.

I called, the woman salesperson was very responsive. She checked on the vehicle , which had just come in, and called me back. Unfortunately, according to her the 2003 XK8 did not pass safety inspection and they were removing it from their inventory.

followed this car and offered to buy it as soon as they posted the new

I was contacted right away from the dealer, though it was towards the end of
business day. I asked for the out of the door total rate and it took till the next
day to respond. Once I received a response the car had supposedly already
sold. The next day I received a notification from CarGurus that the price had
dropped $500, (this dropped a total of $1000 from when i first inquired). I sent
an email asking if this was actually correct, CarGurus website showed that
this price did not seem right, but I never received a response.

I received a prompt reply by email with a request to schedule an
appointment so he could give us his undivided attention. We made an
appointment for the next morning at 10 am. When the salesman got to the
lot the next morning he realized the vehicle we were looking at had been
sold and they didn't have anything else in that price range. Most
dealerships would have simply tried to sell us something more expensive
when we got there. He didn't. He called right away and told us the car was
gone and said he would call when something else in that price range came
in.

First salesman was polite but not too attentive. Worked with a sales manager, locked in the selling price and paid deposit. Every thing slowed down at that point. still waiting for initial paper work to proceed with finalization ( 4 days).. No sales pressure, good about following up with info.

ok...they tried to jack up the interest rate to a 4.99 to make extra money
which set me back. also still waiting for their "overnight " express of docs.
Had to call them as they were too busy to call me back.

Actually purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Chapman. Love the car. Realized after I arrived home that I left garage door opener in trade-in, immediately called sales person. Never received a call back. The price on the car was great, but waited almost an hour to see finance officer.

I test drove the car then was told the price was not as listed. They added several after market items that I did not need,which increased the listed price almost $1000. After I negotiated the the price back down, I was told I could not pay cash. I had to finance the car! Very strange experience!

Dealer didn't call I called them. After talking about buying the car and then running my credit and giving me offers they "sold" the vehicle to a sister store to either aboid selling to me or auction. Either way probably the worst car buying experience anyone can have.

They knew I was coming. Told me they had to install a GPS and I couldn't
take the car would have to take a loaner cars been there forever they could
have done that a long time ago. Couldn't find the keys to start it. Interior was
in bad shape they could have sold that 18 year old car they priced so high if
they had given me a new steering wheel that I would have replaced. They
lost a sale over a steering wheel. 4,900 for a 18 year old car I'll look for a
muscle car now.

My Daughter bought this car from them, they were very nice and easy to work with. I do have an issue with the service they did on the car before putting up for sale. There are error messages about past due service needed. the windshield wipers fell apart on the 5th day she owned the car.

I was finally contacted two weeks after my initial inquiry... apparently the car did not sell as expected. There was a good set of photos available, and was enough to tell me the vehicle was/is a specific model variant in which I am not interested. If the Sales Dept. respects my decision without further emails; I would be inclined to give them a 3-star rating.

Neal Browne was fabulous. Very personable, knowledgeable and all round
classy guy. Very prompt with e-mails and information and cooperated with
our schedule. He took down the ads and gave us the week we needed to get
financing together and to get a full day off to fly to Tucson to check out the
car. He picked us up at the airport and was a gracious host. He spent lots of
time to give us a good understanding of the car's navi etc - a good thing
since we were to drive it 498 miles home!
This model, with a manual transmission and low miles, was very hard to find.
I left many messages with other sellers and either got the run-around or no
response. Then I e-mailed Neal and Boom! The car was good as promised
and was delivered in top shape w/ a new set of tires.
