By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with! In short, expect that the advertised price you
see is not the price at all. In my case, 2021 Jeep Rubicon listed for $37,679 (currently listed for
even more @ $41,424), Chapman adds $1,995 for SWAT Tracking, $1,495 for Red Alert blinking
brake light and also $1,495 for Chapman Cerified. They refused to remove these items when I
was there to purchase, the sales manager ( dark haired lady) had better things to do than make
a sale so, I moved on. Two days later, I get a call from my salesperson, Mariah. They removed
$5,000 in ridiculous add ons and that another manager Jacob would call me. When Jacob
called, he spent 1/2 hr acting like they were doing me a favor by selling the Jeep for the exact
price advertised but without adding $5000 on top of that! I declined and he asked me to leave a
better review. Jacob neglected to hang up phone and I had to listen to his sales associate
attempting to make fun of me??? Lame, unprofessional...

Dealer wasn’t serious, they agreed to lower the price, but then sold it during online negotiations; thus, wasting my time. Overall, I do not recommend, unless you like having your time wasted. Even worse, the dealer tries to sell me on an entirely different vehicle.

horrible customer service ..... they lie and do

over !!!!' i would give them zero stars !!! they
told me i got approved for a deal signed all the
paper work took the car home put insurance
in the vehicle drove the vehicle for about 2
days and they called me back to go back and
sign paper work from the dmv but when i got
there they told they needed the car back
because the deal didnt go thru . zero stars
they let you take the car so they can force you
to a deal they want its never deal you need

They contacted me with in a few hours, I e-mailed them at 5am. Everything went extremely
well. the whole transaction only took 2.5 hours with a trade in. registered and insured the
truck today. Would recommend Chapman to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, 10's

It was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I went to see the car had a 1 pm appointment nobody came to talk to me till, 2 pm after asking for the salesman twice, then they couldn’t find the car, then the description of the car was totally off, it needed a lot of work they wouldn’t fix, then they had me wait another hour to come back to tell me they wouldn’t fix anything, and wouldn’t budge on price. And they did order a few cosmetic parts for the car that were weeks out, so not even ready for sale. What a waste of 3 hours! I was paying cash! Knowing that that salesman should have said well that didnt work but let me show you this!! But nothing it’s like they were lazy and didn’t want my money! What a waste of time!

Friendly people but I drove three hours for them to tell me I didn’t make enough to do business with me even fate I was told it was approved.
It’s impossible for those on disability to finance apparently the hanks to the banks they use to finance. Wouldn’t have even mattered how much I put down.
I financed 20,000 plus before I went to them. Now I’m told after that I’m not good enough? Cool. I won’t be using dealerships anyone. Period.

This dealership posts misleading pricing. Upon request, the dealership
provided a price quote which was 11% greater than the price posted on the
internet ($59,654 versus $53,659 respectively). I think that it is safe to call this
deceptive pricing. I encourage anyone considering buying an automobile from
this dealer to exercise extreme caution and watch out for this added cost
scheme. Of course, there was no deal to be made.

I called to inquire about this vehicle on 5/16/22 and spoke with two different employees. One told me the vehicle had a lot of potential problems. The other told me the vehicle was in great shape, and to come in when I got off of work before 5 pm. Within an hour I received a call stating the vehicle had been sold that previous Saturday. Today I see the price has been raised and it's still there. I see this place is disingenuous. Warning signs are obvious.

Terrible! I found the car I wanted on cargurus and the website said it would ship for free. I contacted Chapman jeep through cargurus and agreed to the advertised price but questioned the sailsman when he told me that I would have to pay about $1,500 to ship it. I asked the salesman to have his manager call to talk about the shipping. They never returned my call. While waiting i went back online and noticed they increased the price almost $1,200 and added another $1,149 shipping and $1,800 in fees. I called to complain but they refused to honor their origional terms and dismissed me by saying the use "live online pricing" even though we we legally in negotiations. Please take your business elsewhere. Im a disabled veteran and small business owner. These guys don't deserve your business!

Our online pricing is controlled at a corporate level and is continuously adjusted to market value, sometimes the price will go up but also very often the price will go down and only at the point where commitment to buy has be reached will the price be locked out of market adjustment. Called in the am set up a time to test drive the vehicle dealer said they would have it washed and ready for test drive was it no couldn't even look at it or test drive it told me it was going to car auction then they wanted to put me in a new car there high pressure sales didn't work I don't suggest going there I will never go there again

The salesman was good although he didn’t point out the extra 8k for some bs paint protection and low Jack we didn’t ask for nor was it pointed out to us prior to signing ppwk. The final guy we signed our papers with told us it was to late to remove it. He kept trying to talk us into all the extra crap and wouldn’t take no for an answer and put something about windshield/tire protection we said no to and was very rude when we called him out on it. Says he was tired and they treat him like a slave. Almost walked away because of this guy. I get that’s how you make your money but maybe if you were nicer about it we would take some of it. Probably won’t go back no matter how good the deal

The price on cargurus is fake to get you to contact them. Once i talked to a salesman the price was over $4500 more than shown on cargurus. The salesman even said price is set aggressive to get calls. I call it fake not aggressive when they have no intention of selling at the listed price.

Either the dealership is very inept or dishonest.
I would not recommend Chapman of Henderson, Nevada.
Long story short...I was told and given in writing a paper showing that the final cost, "Out The Door", would be $27,894.16. That price included all taxes, registration, license, and any other misc. fee. Two weeks later I went to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles to pick up my license plate, they charged me an additional $356.14. DMV stated that the dealer had not calculated the fee correctly.
I contacted the Dealer, Chapman of Henderson, NV, and they have not responded!
As previously stated, I do not know if they are simply inept or dishonest.

communicate (e-mail or phone) i chose e-mail, and if i could not reply to their e-
mail, they asked me if they could call me. I wish we could have come to a deal
on a vehicle i had selected, But for reasons not their fault, they did try. I live over 400 miles away and they were willing to work with me, but thats too far for a test drive.
If i lived in Henderson NV, i would not hesitate to shop here for a good deal.

Was excited about this vehicle. Did a test drive and informed the sales person I’d be back at 2pm with my trade in in order to purchase the vechicle. While I was gone the vehicle was sold. The sales person continued to contact me to see if I was returning as prearranged. 15mins after returning I was informed another sales person sold the vehicle in the interim. I would have preferred to have been told it was sold, I also would have been happy to have given a deposit for the vehicle but was never asked for one.

No consideration for the buyers time. We set up an appointment to test drive a car. Was called and sent text messages to confirm appointment several times the night before and again on the morning of the appointment, even within 1 hour of it. When we got there, we were notified that they sent the car to auction since it was on their lot for too long. Of course to no surprisetof most, they had other cars with a higher price tag and more miles.
I don't mind them selling it or sending it to auction, would have been nice not to waste my time going there when they knew they did not have the car.
My advice don't get your hopes up of finding a deal here unless you are currently on the lot with the car in front of you, don't trust their online inventory since they even admitted it is not up to date.

My salesman has been friendly and helpful. Emails or texts me when a new truck comes in. Easy to talk to. Truck seemed overpriced. I tried to deal but they use those old fashioned sales tactics..."gotta talk to my manager"..."let me see what I can do." When big guy came to close the deal, he did the writing the price out followed by the O.T.D. trick. Said he was doing me a favor by changing the oil twice a year. At least he was honest when we couldn't deal. Store could use a paint job and new furniture. Felt like I was in the 90s.

Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. Test drove the vehicle. When I asked the sales rep about the price on Carguru was told that’s not the real price. It’s to draw in customers. They would add an additional $2500 for the 128 point inspection they provide. When I questioned the overall lunacy of his statement I was told the car was already sold. This is one of reasons people generally hate car salesmen.

Terrible experience. tried contacting them repeatedly for a vehicle and when i get a response they say its sold. I accept that as how it is yet a week later its still listed on cargurus and has even gone through a price drop, the carfax even says the vehicles still available as i write this. Tried contacting them again a few days ago (honestly the vehicle was a great deal) and still no response back. Isnt the point of a dealership to sell vehicles, how hard is it to keep track of inventory. You need to find someone else to take care of your internet sales as this is sad and poor business on their part. Take your money elsewhere.

The CarGurus site said the vehicle was priced high. I asked them if they would lower the price to the fair market price and was told CarGurus site priced it wrong and the price they had it priced for was the best price they would sell it for. So, I did not bother pursuing the car with this dealer.

The internet salesperson, Beth, contacted me right away. She was very pleasant in helping me complete a search for a late model car in the price range I had desired. April was also very patient and helped me to understand that trading my 1996 car was not in my best interest. I would visit this dealership in the future.

Unsatisfactory. They told me the car was on the lot but when I got there they couldn’t find it then immediately tried to up sell me. They told me the car was sold earlier that morning, however two days later I received a notification that they had dropped the price on the very same vehicle they told me was sold. Didn't make the deal happen. I had bad credit upside down on my trade but they gave it a shot. My car was a piece of crap and so was theirs. I was hoping they'd lower the price considering their seat didn't work and it was quite a bit of damage inside but the salesman were cool and did their job fine.

Called to make sure the cars were still available and told them someone would be coming by to look at them that evening. When they arrived, the dealership told them that they couldn't find either of the cars- but could show several cars that were out of price range. Didn't bother calling them back to see if they ever "found" the vehicles

Went to look at this car and the rear bumper had
been damaged from an accident. Still on the lot
for sale. Drove the car, it drove great. Tried to
make a deal on it and was surprised when they
added $2k to the price listed on the Car Gurus
site. No fine print anywhere on the ad on the Car
Gurus site. The $2k added to the price was
before adding the taxes and doc fees. Would not
come off the added $2k in fees calling it a
preparation fee for getting the car ready for the
lot. Not professional at All. Bought at another
dealer with NO additional fees added to the price
of my car!

We do the prep and reconditioning on all prepared vehicles and I'm sure if the cosmetic damage on the vehicle you were interested in was mentioned we would have been more than happy to get that repaired to make the deal. That typically comes with the reconditioning, so perhaps it might have happened after we put it on the front line.

Terrible, to start off they did not want to honor the price listed in Carguro
they said they had no affiliation with them. The car was listed at 5,000 and
they were charging me 6,000. after they agreed to come down to 5,200
after they made me wait for about 3 hrs.and finished the bill of sale, it
turned out that the total was almost 10,000 they made it seem like a great
deal. Of course I said no, and walked out.
nice people but car is advertised at $5000 but
then they added on a recondition fee of $1999.
That brought the car price to $6999. By the time
they added on sales tax and other fess in $7850.
It's a 2008 Hyundai. Too much. I looked it up and
it's worth $4650 because it has low miles and it's
clean

Chris was extremely helpful. I purchased the truck from a different state so the sale was a little more complicated. They did increase the list price from the original price they posted online. But the truck was still worth it. The purchasing process was faster than experiences I have had in the past. Overall a pretty good experience.

Sales manager John sounded very unfriendly and intimidating. The whole
Chapman atmosphere was very unfriendly. I offered to buy a vehicle for 35k
but during the signing of contract they said that I had to pay for their missing
key. Their customer service was questionable. I called off the deal and
walked away.

contacted this dealership regarding 3 vehicles.was called saying they
have the vehicles i was interested in and to come down.i get there the
internet sales manager who was a nice guy tells me the vehicles im
interested in are at their overflow lot and to go there and the internet
sales manager there will take care of me.upon arriving there and waiting
they finally tell me my first choice vehicle has been sold,i then tell them my
second choice oh it was also sold.they then show me a diesel truck they
just took in on a trade and since i was inconvenienced they will cut me a
deal on it.the deal was $19,900 on a 6.0l f250 if any one is smart this is
no deal.a few days later we look up the truck we were getting a deal on
their website and its listed for $18000.ROFLMAO such a great deal for
who?they raised their price 1900 for my inconvenience

internet salesman can't rmember his name contacted me promptly via email, I called, he said he'd get back with me in half an hour... hours later nothing, didn't respond to my calls or texts, I called the dealership, helped by pleasant lady who got another salesperson to return my call shortly, thank you ma'am, I wanted to know the price out the door...$6000 turned into $11500... no thanks... 2 stars.

Originally called on vehicle which
dealership was not open. I left a
message to call and or email back. The
next day I received an email but did not
answer my question. Just answered
"call if you have any questions." I
continued to call dealership but nobody
had answers and left messages for
Internet sales person to call back. I had
three different sales reps call back
including manager not knowing what
was going on but all told me vehicle was
there. We drove down to dealership
across town, and what a waste of time!
Nobody greated us upon arrival, not that
we are special but they were all huddled
around kiosk to see what deal they could
make with all the unfortunate buyers.
Finally a gentlemen greated us and we
told him why we were there. The main
sales person did not even come over to
great us as he may have been busy. The
other sales guy came back and said
vehicle was under contract from that
morning. What?! Yes, the old bait and
switch. Just trying to get us down there
after 3 people told us it was there. This
fiasco did not end after we left
frustrated and disappointed. A couple
of days later a sales rep called from the
sister dealership which we thought was
night and day, and we told them our
story. How it left a bad taste in our
mouth with a ultimately horrible
experience. He said he would love to
change that and rectify the situation. He
personally went and picked up the
vehicle, and held onto keys for us until
our arrival. We arrived and took vehicle
for test drive. We really wanted the
vehicle but it seemed they played the
game of numbers after we got there.
The rep was a nice guy who took his
time and answered our questions we
must say kudos to him. We did our
homework before coming in and had
been watching vehicle on Car Gurus.
They already had vehicle $2,000 more
according to true car. The dealer had it
listed for $17,000 but started saying how
they added tires and upkeep with
inspection. Really? This is nothing new
but it is your job as responsible dealer to
have vehicle in serviceable condition to
sale at the price you list. They decided
to start adding numbers after we were
ready to buy. I can understand a little bit
of up-keep but $5,000 more? Yes, you
read right, they added $5,000 on top for
what? We had not even discussed if we
were buying or trading a car. We had
told dealer we wanted to think on it and
for them to send us the out the door
price. Again...we left frustrated,
disappointed, and overall another waste
of time. We never had a follow up, they
never sent us total price, ultimately felt
like they don't care about customers.
We noticed two days later they listed for
$22,000 on Car Gurus. This is five grand
more than what they had it listed at
when we went down for test drive. This
vehicle will stay in lot and then go to
auction as they will never sell at that
overexagerated price. What a negative
experience, and did not restore our faith
in dealerships. We never like to
complain and or gripe but we don't want
others to waste their time or have the
same experience. As a owner of
business the saying is, "you need the
customers, not the customers need
you."

Hard to get in touch with anyone. Very little communication
made possible with the salesman. It feels like they were
ashamed to tell me that I wasn't giving enough down. I am a
man; I can handle rejection. I ended up buying the same car
somewhere else with much more attractive financing terms.

I was passed off to two other people. I drove two hours to see this vehicle (after talking to their internet person) who knew how far I was traveling. When shown the vehicle, it was not in running condition. They told me the transmission was bad, so they replaced it. That one was bad also, so they were waiting for another one. They knew this, but told me to come up anyway. Obviously not able to test drive it, but they wanted me to commit to this vehicle and sign a contract now. There was no back seat, which was not mentioned. Because they needed to replace the transmission, they wanted to raise the price by $3,500. No deal. Waste of time. Will not deal with them again.

Typical car salesman. Made me feel like their car was made of gold
and my trade in was a piece of crap.
After coming to an agreement with some numbers discussed multiple times over the course of two days we had a deal worked out.
I sold my motorcycle after hashing out numbers one last time when our personal financing fell through. Luckily I had a couple of backup options and called to give these guys a heads up as courtesy.
Little did I know that the deal we had worked out was not set in stone, not on paper, and not even CLOSE to what we had discussed. After being told that the 17,500 I was explained was going to be the final deal on the car ended up being after I put a downpayment of 4500 down, not before. Totaling out 499 dollars over the listed price of 20,501. This is after explaining the 13,000 financing I had lined up and the 4500 downpayment over a dozen times totaling out to (you guessed it) 17,500.
Why would I call and work out a deal if I was going to be paying above asking price for a car you ask? I wouldn't. I'd walk in to the dealership and pick up the car. Nobody.. -nobody- pays asking price for a car.
I called their floor sales manager Alex and informed him about the "misunderstanding". I explained that not only did I not have a car lined up, I had just sold my means of transportation after being assured we had a deal worked out. He was mildly sympathetic and asked the opportunity to make this as right as he could. I have yet to hear back.
