The place is terrible. They lie to you and add extra fees but the worst part is the fees they add after you close the deal and then they almost force you to pay for them. Look out for recon fees.

Was horrible. Had an appointment. Showed up on time. Truck not ready. Sales person tried to show us a
bunch of other trucks on our really long walk out to see the one we were interested in. Once we finally got
there, the truck was not ready. Hail dents every where, dirty, ton of stuff still in the back of it, and just a mess.
When you have an appointment to look at a specific vehicle, it should be at the curb or nearby and ready for
show, or they should have informed us that it was not quite ready for showing. It was 112 degrees outside and
we had to walk from one side of the lot to the other in a back lot, just to find a filthy, hail damaged, not ready to
sell truck. Terrible service - terrible experience.

they tried to screw me over on this used vehicle and I am not one to be screwed over. They can keep their vehicles and Ill shop elsewhere,
they even ran a hard inquiry on my credit when they were not authorized to do so and they have done it to previous customers as well, bad
business. Def not recommending them to anyone.

Contacted this dealer about a proce on a Yukon for sale. Posted price was 65000. Salesman looked up the stock number we gave him verified the price and then called back 4 hours later saying the posted price wasn't posted correctly. He stayed they were receiving a bunch of calls and the price should have been 75000. Won't honor what they posted. After reading the reviews of this dump I should of gone there first. Don't waste your time on this place go to ANY dealership in the country. Save yourself a ton of time and go elsewhere. What a horrible experience this was.

The salesman didn't read my messages and responded with canned sales talk. After a couple of exchanges and
opportunities, I told them not to contact me anymore. He also told me how I should spend my money and imposed
his personal beliefs.

Chapman called me a few minutes after I put in the inquiry. I spoke with a sales person
named Justin. Advised me on one price over the phone. When I got to the dealership I
seen they had added a "Market Adjustment" of $5,000 Which given the scarcity of new
pickups I was not thrilled about it, but basic economics justifies it. I also understand why
they did not disclose the mark up until I arrived. No other deanship is either. Overall it was
a pleasant experience. Salesman, Manager and Finance Manager were pleasant people.

This was one thee best car buying experience I've ever had! I didn't leave with the ford fusion
but that is OK because thanks to KEYON BRYANT!!! who is the best, honest salesman I have
ever met!! He is sooo handsome, cutie with that smile, but that isn't it and I am not pursued-ed
by good looks only, ( just a bonus lol) he was so polite and I came in with a really complicated
situation. My credit isn't great i am rebuilding, just had bad experience elsewhere, I didn't even
see the car before hand just talked abt year, color etc miles, he had earned my trust by
wanting me to not have to be in the dealership long at all, make sure he could even work out a
deal for this single mom, just got screwed other new car gone, just lost a very major family
member and 2 others due to covid back to back in 2 weeks, shockingly!!! Lost my job due to
covid etc! He got me a 2016 chevy malibu which I wanted over the fusion and never thought I
could have one! GO TO CHAPMAN ASK FOR KEYON PLS!

Was told to come in and see a couple of vehicles. Get there and could not test drive the cars because their shop was closed. Still applied for a car and they did not try to help out at all and only tried to sell. Customer service was not that great since first I spoke to a girl over the phone and advised me that she was going to be there. Arrived and she was gone for the day, then I was received by another gentleman who before we made a deal went home for the night and left us with another guy who was nice but no helpful at all. Finance person was a great sales guy but nothing more than that. Very little to no trust I earned from these people. The vehicle was not even ready for a drive and did not have yet what they call a recon. Overall I was on guard with all the staff. I would definitely send someone I don’t like here.

Worst experience ever. I was disrespected by the sales
manager, and treated very unprofessionaly. The vehicle
was delivered in poor condition after taking them 3 days
to get it ready only one of the safety concerns was met.
None of the repairs negotiated in the original deal were
completed they blew off my safety concerns!

I give them a negative 10.
They quoted me by email a price of $21,500 for the Hummer, I said I will take by return email. The dealer called me and confirmed the price of $21,500 and would fedx the paperwork overnigt. Documents never arrived. I called the sales person rhe next day with no call back. A day later a second sales person called and said the price of $21,500 was wrong and came up with a BS Story that before they could sell it to me they would have to do work on the Hummer and the new price would be $29,000. So a negative 10 for Chapman.

Chapman has a ford f150 in there ad for at least 2 weeks that they ask me to come on down take it for a test drive it runs great no problems. So before i left my house they called back and said no the truck needs to many parts to fix it will be too expensive and that they will be sending the ford to wholesale. Then a few days later multiple used salesmen called me back to come look at the same truck that they said went to wholesale they said the truck is actually is good no problems. I get down there none of the used salesmen knew what I was talking about they could not find the truck in their ad and the truck actually is a piece of junk that did go to wholesale after all. I'm not saying all the salesmen at Chapman are clueless just the 5 different people that called me are.

This post is based in my opinion of events surrounding my attempt to purchase a vehicle from Chapman. After settling on a price via telephone with Dwayne, additional fees added on at the time of purchase. I was working with my local dealership to purchase vehicle on my behalf. Rick informed us, I had to pay dealer tax in Arizona despite my living in Texas and then apply for reimbursement. They also were trying to charge a mysterious extra $1500 dollars on top of the agreed and advertised sale price. Once they learned I was not financing through them, the agreed upon price again raised another 1,000 dollars. These guys are shysters. I recommend shopping elswhere.

The vehicle was advertised but no price. The salesman told me to come in but when I got there the vehicle had dead batteries and he said wouldn't pass emissions. Then they updated their information on the truck and gave a price so i returned and the vehicle STILL isn't for sale. Very unprofessional group who don't seem to know which end is up. Also the salesman immediately started trying to talk me into another vehicle. All in all, bad experience: I do not recommend

Carlos and Roberto were very helpful. Although the car had sold already, Roberto did the best he could to help me find something else I liked. They are also willing to work on financing options. They have been so friendly and have kept in contact to help me find a car that is right for me, and there was no pressure. They truly do want to help you.

Dealer was responsive, but as they couldn't offer the 10yr 100k warranty on
the Kia, did not buy from them.
They did not try to convince me to buy a different car that they could warranty.

Talked to the salespeople told him I would be there in about two hours to see the car. Drove 13 miles and when I go there he told me the car eas sold by his manager. Lost all credibility at this point.

The online sales guy Carlos is
very.unprofessional. I made.him and offer and
stated my max monthly payment I will afford. All
he wanted.to do was argue that he had best
prices anywhere amd that's why I inquired about
vehicle I was interested in.Wrong I'd found with a
base asking price I felt would meet my needs
and be good negotiation starter. He said I can
get you that monthly payment price if you let me
get you a bigger loan amount...Really? How does
one do this in the real world of truth not scams?
Spend more to get lower paymemt! I told him
KBB of vehicle...offered aprox 1690 over that and
he had nerve tell me make realistic offer. Yet he
never once budged to make proper counter offer
in fact he then sends me a price quote based on
original MSRP when the vehicle was brand new
which ny the way was 5000$ over the asking
price on CarGurus.So now he's trying sell me
used for new. He then proceeded to call me by
another name indicating I was.riled up. He's
horrible salesman I hope he doesn't last much
longer at all.Chapman lost me.forever amd a day
unless they want to be realistic now amd truly
sell me that vehicle at a major loss instead of
marginal profit.

Very fast responding to my inquiry and provided a free Carfax!
Found the car we were looking for on Saturday after the dealership was closed- I called first thing on Sunday morning to see if it was still available- I was told it was so I filled out all the paperwork online and gave them my bank card number to hold the vehicle. We got ready and got in the car to make the two hour drive to pick up the car and then while we were on the drive down they called to say the car had sold the previous day. Whoever updates the website should do it in real time and the sales people should be made aware of inventory (also in real time)

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. VERY unprofessional. The salesmen and sales manager were very rude. They had a take it or leave it attitude. They were offended to the point of becoming borderline confrontational that I dare attempt to negotiate their price. I did however reluctantly purchase the vehicle from them ONLY because I loved the vehicle. Their unprofessionalism unfortunately carried over into the finance department. I ended up having to go back to the dealership twice due to errors with the paperwork. Even after I told them that I'd take the vehicle and agreed to their terms, they changed the original deal that I had already worked out 2 days prior stating that the deal I made was with a different sales manager that was off. The on duty sales manager told me that there was no money in the deal for him and if it were up to him he wouldn't make the deal at all. I love the vehicle, but, as I write this I am disappointed in myself for giving this place my business.

We arrived on time for our appointment. The receptionist couldn't find our appointment and told us to wait. We waited for a solid 20 mins before anyone came to check on us. Then we got a junior salesman. We look at the truck and there are so many thing wrong with it that is comical. After the drive he tells us to wait again so he can go talk to someone about the issues. We politely declined and left. We bought a car from a different dealership.

I called 1st to see if the jeep they advertised was still available, they said it was. When I got there they had a difficult time finding it. It was in a back fenced in area. The used car mgr said it had a bad front end and they wouldn't sell it like that, so I made the trip, on a car they said was for sale, called before I came, just to find out it wasn't for sale. Thus 1 ⭐️

My experience is take it or leave it kind of deal they won't budge on the selling price,so I went elsewhere.

Grant did an excellent job to get the deal I wanted. I give him 4 stars and 5 stars for making it happen in one day after the app was done. Other dealers takes 2 to 3 days and most of them get dropped for not working with the people's needs and not putting then first as the people are the business driven to the establishment. Customers are the President of your company as they decide if you shall stay in business! Andd money revenue generating back is key for long term business.

Dissapointed in the sales person ,I asked about a carfax and they didn't respond.I asked about an out the door price and they gave me one which was the window price w/tax,doc,lic,standard with no compromise.I asked how much if I pay cash and price went the wrong way it went up $1000.00.This sales person just cost them the sale and possibly others as I am looking to expand my company and will need a few more trucks in the near future.

Went to dealership unable to locate auto.
1st sales rep walked right passed me and
said someone else will help you looked for
20 minutes before I was able to find
someone to help. He then wasted half my
day trying to track down the car, then he
wanted to try push another car on me that
I did not want. I then Contacted the
Internet Sales manager the next day and
he avoided all my questions and finally
came out and said well that cars in Vegas
so I don't even know why its on our site.
This is all after he tryed to schedule me to
come back to the dealership for a test
drive. POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY
AROUND.

when we finally connected, I found out the car was in the body shop for repair due to a rear-end accident, we went to look at it and there is front end damage as well... the car was dirty inside from the previous owner...several delays and attempt to gain my business, but I walked away from the deal--they really need to have the vehicle in top condition before putting it on the market--it's a turn off to customers to have to wait multiple times while they decide what they want to do to earn business. Exact opposite of what I've experienced at AutoNation and CarMax.

I went to look at a van that was listed at $8,800.00 on line. The vehicle needed to have the decals removed, new tires and checked out by their mechanics. I put a deposit down to hold it so I could look at it after the above mentioned work was done. They gave me a summary of what it was going to cost me which was 8,800.00 for the van plus 1,250.00 for tires, decal removal and mechanical work. They estimated the taxes to be 1,750.00. The tax should have been around 750.00 not 1,750.00. I cancelled the deposit and informed them that I was no longer interested in the vehicle and the called back and said that they would take off the 1,250.00 but I still felt uneasy because I thought they were trying to charge for something they should have been doing themselves. I bought my van elsewhere..

Hide the fact the truck was wrecked, asked for the car fax 3 times,
never got it. They went right to high risk auto load and kept it a
secret until we insisted on it. Bottom line, Chapman Chevrolet tried
pulling a fast one by constantly pushing things along!!

Fantastic service and price was as advertised. I got the car I always wanted no joke and the salesman John was very nice not pushy and the finance guy Josh was honest and straightforward. Couldn't have had a better experience.
