After having pre approval, they were quick to say I needed a co-signer and offered me no other solutions. And then never contacted me again.

Once I was switched from the salesman, who was great, to the head of the internet sales department it was awful. He couldn’t ask questions and had no idea that the car was sold from under me. I would not recommend buying over the internet with them.

Old school deception . Refused to show me the price of the car until the final moment , that's when the Sales Mgr comes out with the sheet and explains to you that you need understand that 13,791 is now 17, 600 . And says " did you really think you were going to buy this car for $ 15, 400 ?" Thats how much the car would be after tax , title and license. Dealer prep is a fee to call you an idiot . Since I walked out of that story that I spent 2 days on they have raised the price to $17,300 before the tax title and license and the imaginary dealer prep . If you like over spending and having your intelligence insulted " literally " Go here ! They will give it to you good .

Purchase online doesn't seem to be a very good experience with them!
I was ready to buy a 2018 BMW X5 available on their website online and with everything right and pre-approved to close the purchase and I
couldn't because the seller told me that he had an in-store customer interested and that it would no longer be possible I buy the X5 I chose!
I don't understand why they gave preference to a customer who was in the store in person, not taking seriously the commitment of a customer
who was about to buy remotely online!
So my experience with them was bad and I leave a bad impression that they don't care about the customer who wants to buy online!

Experience was ok. The car had some paint damage. The salesman tried to play it as no big deal. I'm sorry for a car that I'm spending $60000 for, it
is a huge deal. We ended up buying a new version of the vehicle because it was cheaper than a used model. Make no since that new cars are
cheaper than used cars. I have bought 2 new cars in the last year for this reason. People need to stop buying these overpriced used cars and then
the dealers will realize that they have to come back to reality and stop trying to screw people over.

This is the second time I interacted with this dealer and it is the last time. The first time I was
ready to buy but within 3 days they raised the price 12% with the reason the market place
had changed to a better value for them. Strange thing the car was still available a month
later at the higher price.
Like an insane person I returned to the same dealer (different store) and drove another car
with damage and high miles. We talked about the damage and two salesmen said no
problem the dealer would fix it as good as new. Again, I went back 4 days later and this time
they had raised the price 23.5%. It went from $31,573 to $38,995. Chapman BMW is not a
place to try to buy a used car, I question whether a new car purchase would be good.

They Told me This was a Factory produced Supercharged car, It was not. Vehicle had new tires but pulled to the right
when I asked if they would do an alignment before I purchased the car they said " No, Because if I didn't purchase the car they would be stuck with the bill" (Big deal
$175 on a 37K car) I asked don't you need to align the car even if I don't purchase it ? They said "No the next person might not notice"

It was ok..nothing to to write home about. Wanted them to move so off the price of car since it was in a accident and my trade in was very very clean Benz all paperwork from Benz dealership provided excellent mechanical conditions ....only gave me 6k for a GLK 350 125k miles...not good way below Kelly...but no worries..all good....

Everything was so fast and I had a car in less than 4hrs. I'm pleased to have left with a BMW.
The down fall is that my things have been misplaced not only once but twice. The first time I was
able to get my belongings back. ( mistakes happen, I get it.) The second time all my belongings
ended up in the dumpster and People took some of my belongings. I was told to purchase my
toddlers bed set and then they would write a check for that. At the end of the day I told 2 people that
I would be back that Friday to give the title for my trade in and gather the rest of my things.
(Chapman BMW had no title so could this even happen) To show up and Chapman BMW had
already took the trade in to get detailed for a action. How devastating. Everyone works hard for their
money, and out of everything that was taken from me or tossed in the dumpster my toddlers bed set
was the only thing that was getting compensated for. That's a huge slap in the face.
I definitely got the experience of my life

They kept changing the price of the car. When I went to go see the car, it wasn’t on the lot. Two days later I called to see if I could come see the car and was told it sold the night before. Very disappointed in this experience.

Great experience! They treated me with respect like I was a real important customer. I dealt with the sales representative Marcella Stallings who goes by Marci, and she listened to everything that I said very carefully. She is a great repesentative for Chapman BMW and a very good salesperson. If you want to deal with this place ask for Marci she's your person. I'm a male who knows what he wants and when he wants it. She worked with me and made an impression on me that makes me want to return if I had to buy another vehicle in the future. Everytime I called her she always answered with enthusiasm I was glad to hear from me. She is a genuine person.

I emailed Chandler about a specific vehicle I was interested in possibly buying for my wife but unfortunately was notified promptly that it
had been sold. I was subsequently contacted by several Chandler representatives in an extremely professional manner with each
individual expressing a genuine, sincere interest in offering to find me a similar vehicle. If I were ever to be so fortunate enough to be
informed by Chandler that a as nice as the one we would have liked to buy was available I would again consider flying down to Arizona
from our home in Wisconsin to inspect it and if I decided if it was one my wife would want I would drive it home.

Luc (my sales associate) was great. I was inquiring about a trade in the had for sale (non- BMW) and he was very responsive and helpful. That particular vehicle had a deposit on it from an internet buyer before I could look at it, but Luc was very forthcoming and didn't try to get me dealership to see what else they could put me in.
He has been communicating the status of similar vehicles at a nice interval (not too often) and I'd have no it's buying from Chapman or recommending them to a friend based on Customer Service...

Car was as advertised, clean and ready to drive home. I live in Tucson and couldn’t get up to Phoenix until the weekend. They held the car until I had the opportunity to test drive it. Todd emails me and tells me they have not priced the car yet because they just received it but have had several inquiries on it. Before he even sends that response he appends the email by telling me they just sold it!!
I wrote back and said how did you sell it when it wasn't even priced yet by your people? He said someone called in and made an offer - they took it. I told him I thought that was a pretty crappy way of doing business and why would you not provide all those who had contacted you the offer made and at least allow each party to decide whether they wanted to improve on that offer. He writes back and said they had no intent of creating an auction.
Regardless, that's just not the way to handle the situation when you initially beg off by not citing your pricing and then accepting the first offer just because someone called in. Told him I would never do business with that dealership since I don't believe that to be fair and ethical.

Went to go see a used 350z and had the worst
car buying experience of my life. Salesman
denied me credit from a specific credit union
knowing that the interest rate would be lower.
Long story short, i had to leave the dealership
due to the bank being closed after the salesman
stalled (lied about submission being denied) for
almost 4 hours. Contacted me the next day with
the deal i wanted and took a deposit on the car
from an out of state client while i was on my way
ready to sign. Not only did i not get the car, i was
treated with disrespect the whole time because
they thought i was "just some kid". Yea, just some
kid with perfect credit ready to buy a car. I
wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody.

Dealer was quick to contact, and honest and straightforward about fees up
front. Wasn't the car for me but an overall Ok Experience.
The experience was great with them all...that assisted to me and my fiance'...with her getting the vehicle...and the best part was that they didn't even take long at all which she was able to drive off in the short time we were there...excellent service and would go to them again to get another vehicle from them...

This dealer made contact with me and their primary focus was to get me on the lot, not to answer my questions or to provide information on the requested vehicle. It was also obvious they wanted full asking price for the vehicle they have listed for 60+ days, then the "other buyer" has an appointment so you should get in fast... This is the second Chapman dealership I have had the same online sales experience with. It must be in the training.

Great experience. Tom Wojcik provided prompt responses, answered all my questions including pictures, and was always available (days off and on off hours). My entire experience was top notch and all done via text and email.

Sales person very knowledgeable
Set up appt to view the car, when I arrived they told me the car sold
40 minutes earlier, and no others like it., They tried to show me
higher priced vehicles. When I returned home saw the car still on
site As well as others at the same price with same equipment.
