Great place to buy a car. Process was simple and quick. I had been there last year and just wasn't ready to buy but saw exactly what I
wanted this past Friday. I received communication the next am. Steve C. is awesome, friendly and informative but not pushy. I left the
dealership with my new car and we thrilled. Finance Manager was also very clear, and all the paperwork was correct. I have been to other
dealers and it took hours for this process, with many errors. I appreciated that they understand and know what they are doing! They will be
my first place to look and to recommend!
Steven and the rest of the staff here have been one of my best car buying experiences ever. They were straightforward, honest and very easy to work with. I ended up with a vehicle I really love at an excellent price, backed up by a dealership I can trust. Would absolutely recommend them to all friends and family!
Initial contact via text wad great, provided me with lots of information. Then I got to their salesperson, Nick. He held conversations with co workers while on the phone with me, mocked my trade in, said I wouldn't be able to get the vin from the car. Loved the cat but wasn't going to stake such a large buy on the experience. Loved the car, had been searching for months, so disappointed I had to let it go.

I emailed this dealership to see if they still had the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport available, and Nick responded that they did. I replied that I'm interested in seeing the jeep. Nick replied the following day that the jeep was sold. While still looking for a car, I noted that the jeep is still up for sale on their website as well as car gurus. I should've checked their reviews, I read that this dealership likes to play these types back and forth games with their customers!

The conversation was productive!
I love this car and it's in great condition, as advertised! Test drive and everything. Business was professional, but rundown of everything was fast. This is my first car purchase so I was w bit confused at points. They had no problem explaining things though. The whole process though took hours... Was not a fan of the waiting game, but I guess that's how it goes. Overall would recommend business with them.
I bought this car. They found me the financing and payment I want plus delivered it to my house. Fantastic.

Took them 15-20 minutes to find the keys to the 2015 Golf R. The sales rep didnt know much about the car. The exterior is in rough shape for the mileage, door dings down to the metal interior arm rest was broken and has alot of fault codes when scanned. Not worth the hassle at that price.

Car was dirty and front seat was broken. They did not even try their best to sell their car as they said on the phone the car had gone trough inspection and when I got there the car was dirty, missing pieces inside, fro t seat broken and they dis not evwn know if they could fix it. Waist of time!
Jacob was extremely helpful and responsive during my vehicle search. Although I did not end up buying from this dealership, I was left with very positive feelings about how they do business. I would recommend!

I sent a message to get more info. about a jeep and was contacted by e-mail and was tolled that the jeep was still
for sale and that if need be they could bring the jeep to my home as i must go to work and need to also take care
of my handicapped wife i can only come to them on saturday so could he bring the car to me at my home but i
was told no i must come to them so by saturday the car was sold on friday but not by the salesman i had talked to
but by his boss who had contacted me in the first place and the salesman who i had talked to new i was 99% sure
that i was going to by the car on saturday so now forced to look more ti find another jeep and did just that the the
same day i was going to but the first jeep but found one even better and with less miles on it i just bad to tell me
one thing and then they do another

They were very nice to me to get me to buy, and I did , and took this vehicle home that night , But I’m not satisfied because this vehicle on my way home the engine light came on and I notify then the next day and they don’t want to check it because they want me to pay for a diagnosis a fix it.
They responded back to me within minutes of contact via text and were answering everything I asked. Very helpful in dealing with.

Customer walked in showroom, asked for help with a vehicle. We had one available sales consultant who was finishing up a phone call. Customer got upset after waiting no more than one minute and walked out. Said they were here for 1/2 hour but that is no where near accurate. We pride ourselves in handling our customers in a professional and timely fashion, but with this customer, there was no pleasing them.

Unfortunately, I was unable to come to a deal here. The salesman repeatedly got my name wrong, confused what vehicle type I was looking
for, and then notified me 10 minutes before an appointment that the vehicle had been put under contract with someone else. He then tried to
convince me to look at another model series, wrong bed configuration, wrong engine size. Clearly did not understand what I was looking for.
Don't think I'll be purchasing here even if they end up having another truck that fits my parameters.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is sketchy! I was told that in order to bring my car to the dealer I would have to pay a mandatory $500 and sign for it. I said that there was no way that was happening, so they lowered it to $250. I was uncomfortable since he brought the manager so it became 2v1. They told me it was “mandatory” yet they lowered the price for me. I left refusing because I’m a college student and didn’t have that to “hope they would give it back” if the car didn’t check out with my mechanic. Then he called me once I left, and said “You can take the car for the weekend since you live far and bring it Monday to the mechanic for free”. That’s what worried me and their dirty business. If it was really “mandatory” then they wouldn’t have lowered the price once I said I couldn’t afford that upfront and then tell me that I can just take it to the mechanic for free. I would not trust a dealer that goes off their own word.

This is incorrect, we had explained that the $500 was a deposit to hold the vehicle. Not mandatory as we had mentioned, but we did not want the vehicle to be sold to someone else during the process. Our only intention is to help!
Lent me a different truck for extended test drive. Then told me I had to bring it back. Dropped it off at 10 at night. The white Silverado is covered in rust. Very shady salespeople finance people. And management. Don't go here.

We let customer take vehicle for a total of 3 days on our dealer plate with truck when we were told we had a deal on the vehicle if we addressed two things that customer wanted. We let customer know that he has been out in the vehicle for a third day and that his loaner agreement was expiring at the end of the day and that we needed to get him new paperwork. We contact the dealership through CarGurus, there was an immediate reply from Patrick Cosgrove. We did a deal via email and text in a day. We drove to CT from VT, test drove the vehicle, a Lincoln MKX and loved it. They cleaned the car while we did paperwork and the back to VT after trading in the old Subaru. The MKX had a slight problem with the shift lever, contact Patrick and he said go get it fixed, because you are so far away and we (the dealership) will pay. He was very concerned because it was a safety issue. That came out of his mouth. Nice people, will buy from them again

Dealership experience was great. I was contacted in a timely manner. They worked with me considering I had to travel around 1300 miles to look at the car and was very helpful in picking me up, taking me to the dealership and finding a carrier to have the car transported back to Nebr.

The guys were professional and didn't

in this vehicle. My thought is always you
