I was impressed with the size of the operation also with how quickly the salesman got things done.

Vehicle I purchased needed various items serviced that i wasn't aware of at the time. I have since had to install a rear hatch window switch, which was missing and headlights that look like a flashlight on weak batteries. I also have found an issue with the onboard computer system that I can't program a new key fob that also wasn't functioning. Individual that this dealership has put me in contact with to correct the alarm issue continually fails to show even when I agree to meet up with him. What I thought was a pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare. update* now there are issues with the transmission. Less than a year of ownership and I am finding myself spending more money to keep this vehicle road worthy.

Sales guy was cool. Not 5 stars because it wasnt given a bath before I picked it up but then again I showed up early, would have waited or accepted a voucher to a nearby car wash. Overall good experience. Other cars they had looked good as well!

Although the car was already sold, the dealer contacted me to personally let me know. He then spent some time on the phone with me discussing cars & told me he'd let me know if anything came in that matched my criteria. I found him very helpful. I originally gave them a negative review but cannot figure out how to retract it, so I'm re-reviewing them.

I called in about a 2010 Mustang GT Premium and dealt with Eric. From the time I went to look at it to closing the deal, Eric never made me feel pressured to buy the car or accept a deal. He sat there for almost 40 minutes negotiating a fair deal for the two of us, and gave me several options in buying the car, and always left it up to me, never trying to pressure me into it. He really did his best to get me the best price for the both of us, and to make me happy as a customer overall. The car needs new rotors and Eric offered to throw them in to seal the deal. Once the deal was sealed, Eric worked quickly to get the car ready to pickup just a few days later, and he said I could've picked it up even earlier were I not busy. The only downside I feel I have to mention is that Eric said the plates and rotors would be on the car upon pickup, and they were not, but I consider that an inconvenience, not a problem. He immediately set a new date to have the rotors put in, and even put it in writing to make me feel more comfortable about it. Nothing sketchy going on here, overall great experience with Eric and Capital Motor Group as a whole. Would definitely suggest shopping here, and I'm sure I will be again down the line. Had a jeep on deposit and they sold it while checking credit. I also had a SOLID co applicant which I was told was needed and got one with a credit score of 899! How she got denied also is beyond me or anyone else I have talked to! I had proof that my loan was being paid monthly by my co applicant my family member. She was doing this for me to get this Jeep, even gave a letter from her saying she is basically paying the loan for me, still no approval?! Really?! I was being "put off" basically because they sold the Jeep from underneath me. Eric told me that the new bank would accept a letter from her (my co applicant) )as proof and guarantee the loan would be paid for, she wrote it up that day, I texted it to him with a picture, still didn't hear for days. It was like they wanted me to get sick of waiting and say forget it because the Jeep was sold anyway! Lousy business in my eyes! We gave them everything they asked for immediately and was stull denied when I had a solid co applicant! Isn't that why you need a co applicant because I couldn't get it on my own?! Shady if you ask me and didn't get a good feeling from them after my co applicant got denied lol I was being stalled for days and days. I got a loan 7 years ago just filing bankruptcy and a not so solid applicant from a real dealership go figure! People get approved in hours, not days and weeks! Then it took forever to even get my deposit back! Had to calll them constantly, but took my money in a day! Never recommend them!

I was suddenly in the market for a vehicle after being rear-ended while stopping for traffic on the LIE, causing enough damage to total my vehicle. I was very content with my previous vehicle and had no plans on replacing it. In fact, my family would make fun of me because of my car's impressive mileage and respectable age. It was paid off and reliable, whatever! Anyway Eric at Capital Motor Group was able to turn around this disappointing and frustrating situation entirely. While shopping cars at Capital Motor Group I noticed that they were receiving a delivery of vehicles. One of those vehicles was the same make, model and color as my beloved totaled vehicle, except this one was in excellent physical condition, boasted way less mileage and was much newer. I was thrilled, practically sold immediately. Eric told me he first would have to have his mechanic look at it and also have it detailed, so I could come back the following day to finalize the paperwork. Short story longer, the mechanic's report was unfavorable. Eric told that he refused to sell that car to anyone because of the potential problems the mechanic discussed with him, despite how much he knew I wanted it. Eric helped me find another vehicle that we were both very satisfied with. I've had it for months now and haven't had a single issue. I'm so thankful that Eric helped me avoid purchasing a problematic vehicle. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was used but in outstanding condition, the only flaw, which I pointed out to Eric, was that the tires were well worn. Eric agreed that the tires were unacceptable, that they would be replaced and also added that the car was to be detailed. I was in desperate need to replace my totaled vehicle and didn't have time to wait for the vehicle I was purchasing to get tires and detailed. Eric told me to give him a call whenever I had time to come back to get it taken care of. My wife and I are both fully employed and we share two beautiful kids. Add the holiday season to that and next thing I knew, months had passed since I left the dealership with my car. I finally called Eric, he remembered who I was and had my car detailed and the new tires on it by the end of the week. A display of OUTSTANDING integrity.

Eric and Danny were awesome! We came in from CT on a holiday and they made sure they did everything they could to get us in our car that day! Eric got us approved for our loan instantly and they gave us a fair deal for our trade in vehicle. They replaced he windshield of our vehicle before we even saw the tiny crack. The only thing we are a little disappointed in is that the ad said Bluetooth and I assumed that meant hands free calling-but it only meant that the vehicle was on star capable which we didn't realize until our ride home . Also, we were under the impression that the car had a camper tow package and it does not have a hitch. Other than those, great experience with capital motor group.
